His discussion questions were a bit bland, but its a good paint by numbers Habitudes book about habits and attitudes on leadership.
This was a good book on culture change. It is a little more redundant than the other Habitudes books, but still so easy to read because of the image-based approach to concepts, and I still enjoyed it.
