I was sent this book to review as part of an advance reader copy. First, I read this on my Kindle, which turned out to be a great way to read this particular book. I could then copy relevant selections and save my notes. One of the great aspects of this book is that you can easily pick up where you left off and/or reread selections as they become more prevalent in your life. All in all, I felt that the writing was concise, easy to follow, and to the point. The author uses every day, realistic examples for each of his points without becoming too wordy. He also makes it easy to see how his advice could be used for virtually any situation or time in your life. Ultimately, it's a book to read and keep for future reference.
Very insightful! Recommend reading this, some things can be repetitive but I found it helpful to be repeated because it stuck with me longer. Will use this guide to track my habits and then update on here after 5 months.
The content of the book was really great. I am currently in the midst of a habit overhaul in my own life so reading this reinforced a lot of what I already knew, was a good reminder for some things and gave new insights on others. The only reason I gave the three star review is due to the repetitive information. I think the book would have been much shorter if the information had been consolidated and organized differently. I did struggle to read it a bit due to this issue.
