So …. this was absolutely adorable! Like, little leg kicks in the air, adorable. Yes. It was spicy too and had a very unexpected plot twist that I was not mad about! If you've read other books by MT Morgan, you'll find this one on the lighter, sweeter side... and i'm not mad about that!

Marcilynn is a 27 year old woman seeking a fresh start after a terrible break-up.
Tucker is her neighbour, older than her (not sure by how much) who is annoyed by her constant rays of sunshine. she finds herself needing his help with a few Reno’s in her house, begrudgingly because he is so grumpy with her and at times rude. She finds herself in a sticky situation and needs Tucker to be her (fake) boyfriend.
Their chemistry is undeniable and their relationship sparks. There’s not much faking happening.
In a plot twist or two that unexpected and intense, their relationship is put to test.
Marcilynn is a strong, independent FMC who is sweet, kind and full of compassion. I appreciated her optimism and her humour.
Tucker is the town’s golden boy with a strong Alpha streak to him. He’s protective of those he cares about, broody and guarded. He’s also a dirty talker and a generous lover ❤️🔥
I read this in one sitting! I just couldn’t put it down. Enjoy!

Addictive and enticing, The problem with neighbors will leave you obsessively turning the pages to devour every last page this book was my kryptonite I ate this book up!!!
I'm utterly enthralled. I've fallen irrevocably in love with Marcilynn and Tucker. The chemistry between them is undeniable and scorchingly hot!!

The Problem with Neighbors was so unexpected in the best way possible. This had a little bit of everything. Drama…..spice and omg the laughter.
I love a good small town romance and this was one I really didn’t expect. It was so much more. I devoured this book in one sitting. The whole story and plot of this book is perfection. I loved everything about this book.
Hands down one of the best reads of 2025 yet.
