Indie & Doc 🥰🥰🥰

Lilyyyyyyyyy!!! I adored these characters and their blackness. Easily relatable and hilarious ! I loved Jay from the beginning, he was serious HusBae material, he supported Candy through and through and BIHHHHHHH the heat of the their spicy scenes deserved a few rereads. Their chemistry was unmatched and this was loaded with love. Girl your own is phenomenal!!

Okay, this was toooooo cute. A very cute palate cleanser. No drama with the couple…Just love, love, love.
(Alice had enough drama. Ugh)

Jay and Indie are it. I love when a man knows exactly who and what he wants. And even though Indie had her reservations at first, she worked through her feelings rationally and like an adult. 👏🏾 A queen. And she was hilarious!

I really enjoyed this book. Jay & Candy were perfect! I loved their banter & goofy personalities. They joked a lot with each other & their connection felt so organic. I also loved that both main characters had best friends in the story & a solid friend group. Jay was literally the perfect man. He’s absolutely on my bookbae list. This will be getting reread at some point.

I’m hooked on Lily Flowers. Recently discovered her and I’ve read a few of her books in the last 2 weeks. I wasn’t sure how the 2nd half of the book would pan out but there was still more to unfold. Loved Indie and Jay and of course Mac!

Very cute! Jay and Candy are absolutely adorable and great companions to X and Georgie. I love how sure Jay was about Candy from jump and how Candy was down bad and let herself have some joy.

I could’ve done without Wish Wednesday Addams (iykyk), but this was an otherwise cute instalove story!!
