For anyone who has ever felt overcommitted, burnt out or that they always say yes even though that means it takes time from other things they value this a must read. The book is well written, engaging and enjoyable to read. The author is refreshingly open and vulnerable all while sharing practical, actionable techniques to move from surviving our lives to thriving.
I am already working to incorporate what I have learnt into both my personal and work life. I think anyone who reads this book will find something that resonates and is of value to them.
