There were like 3 foie gras recipes, which seemed excessive to me.If you ARE looking for restaurant fare, then this is your book. There's even a recipe for antelope loin.Saved a few recipes:- Horseradish crab cakes- Calabacitas con queso- Black bean salad- Asparagus bisque with leek & potato- Farm frittata w/ zucchini, feta, & onion- Cocoa cinnamon scones- Lemon scones- French toast with a warm pecan glaze
