Not my cup of tea, mostly restaurant fare with a couple gems sprinkled in. There were like 3 foie gras recipes, which seemed excessive to me.

If you ARE looking for restaurant fare, then this is your book. There's even a recipe for antelope loin.

Saved a few recipes:
- Horseradish crab cakes
- Calabacitas con queso
- Black bean salad
- Asparagus bisque with leek & potato
- Farm frittata w/ zucchini, feta, & onion
- Cocoa cinnamon scones
- Lemon scones
- French toast with a warm pecan glaze
