Easy and enjoyable read that makes Harry’s life and success seem (unrealistically) so easy. His main message is property has “continual upside” and to be obsessed with the business. He clearly benefited from being early and staying in the game too. Some good lessons for success in business.

I found it a little bit annoying the way the author included themselves in the story at times but it was still an interesting read.
