I appreciate the play on the title, and how it’s pretty spot on go the story. I didn’t connect to it as much as I would’ve like to—I think it leaned a little too far into the rougher side of kink (ex: face slapping) than I usually like. So I simply think this wasn’t entirely for me, is all.

I was in the mood for something festive, horny, and ridiculous. This was exactly it. It was neither well-written nor made much sense in any way. There was no logic to be seen from start to finish. It was a ton of fun, though. I will never look at Mall Santas and Mall Elves the same way again, nor malls after hours either. It was also like 50-something pages long, so it was an easy read too.
It's a dark romance kind of story, so there were several incredibly questionable scenes, but they felt on par with whatever the hell was happening in this book. A specific one was completely unnecessary, but you can write anything you want these days as long as you say it's a kink. You can see from the trigger warnings what I'm talking about if you want.
I recommend it to anyone who's looking for something festive, easy to read, and weird as fuck.

Okay it was an interesting concept but honestly, it started very abruptly. There could have been more development and still have been a short novella. What really took a turn for me was when he had to stretch her so he put 13 large sized candy canes in her and she said that he would need 10 more of them to match his actual girth. Be so fucking for real. Can we be a little realistic here please? Also, candy canes in her 🐱 with the hook out, garland around her neck tied to the hook, and if she moved her neck it would further insert the candy canes? No dude, it would pull them out.

Santa never looked so fine 👀
So, it’s definitely not Christmas anymore (take me back 😭), but I sure found myself ho ho-ing while reading this SIVIUT-filled with candy cane goodness novella, and I can’t even complain (but I will say I cringed here and there 😬🤣).
Jack, AKA Santa, has been secretly watching Noelle “enjoy” her alone time, and he joins her from afar, even if she doesn’t know he’s also enjoying himself 😅. He knows she likes some darkness in her 🔥 because he’s seen her with a “buddy” from the mall. He can’t wait to lay his claim 👀.
Noelle has been wanting the mall Santa ever since she’s been an elf. He had the type of fit dad bod any girl can swoon over, and she wants to sit on his lap 👀.
When Santa gives her some “special” cookies, he decides it’s time to play, and Noelle’s been naaaaughty 😈.
What I liked:
—Santa came in with 12 inches of snow (take the snow away from that sentence 🤣). We gotta pray for Noelle’s well-being 🤣
—the 🔥. It basically starts and ends with all kinds of 🔥. Don’t come looking for a substantial plot 🤣
—the dark ish elements 👀. CNC ish, dom sub ish 🔥🫠. Santa doesn’t come to play 😮💨 he knows exactly what to do 🫠 and Noelle reaps all the benefits 😉
—the role playing/santa bit 👀
—they have deeper feelings than they let on 👏🏻
What I didn’t like/wanted more of:
—candy canes where 😬. Ummm… that’s like a UTI waiting to happen 😭 I don’t even know how so many THICK ones fit 🫠. It’s the mysteries of the human body I guess 🫠 and also… OUCH! 🤣🤣🤣
—are either of these people clean? 😒 give me a clean report please 🤷♀️
—a cute epilogue would’ve been nice 🤣
Overall, this was a 🔥-filled novella that hit the Xmas spot 👏🏻

If you want a short spicy Christmas novella, this will do it. I didn't love him calling her a b*tch, but she loved it 🤷🏼♀️ and the "love" bomb at the end was weird.... but take it for what it is, lol.

This book is not for everyone as there is no plot just pure sexy scenes between a mall Santa and his helper Elf. I mean who thought you could do such things with garland and candy canes of all things? So if you’re looking for a fast paced hot hot panty melting ice cube drink worthy read then this is the book for you. I would recommend this book to fans of the Author or to those that are into serious stalker or sexy scene kinks with a HEA. I was gifted an ARC but I am voluntarily leaving my own opinion in this review

Oh. My god. First I’d like the thank Haley for letting me be a part of her ARC team on this one. What a wild ride this novella is!! When Haley said just smut and no plot, she wasn’t joking around. The creativity with the spice in this book is TOP TIER. This will definitely make you look at mall Santas just a little differently, I guarantee it! If you want a quick book to get your juices flowing all smut and no plot then this is the book for you, Noelle is the little elf and Jack is Santa, he watches her and can’t wait to make her his, the smut is 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️, it is a HEA I absolutely fudging loved it and be prepared for the candy canes all 13 of them 😏

Never in my life did I think I’d simp for Santa, but here we are! 🥰
Santa is just on the fun side of dark in the steamy, quick read. The use of candy canes was also a great touch! I’m not sure I’ll ever look at a peppermint candy cane the same way again.

Everything about this darker Christmas novella is a yes. Santa, his little Elf, all smüt no plot. The mall Santa, his Christmas display, and candy canes will never be seen the same again. Garland? Multipurpose uses. 56 pages of just unh!nged filthy times and I support this.

What a little gem I found in Haley Tyler! Absolutely loved this story and if sth was wrong with it was that it was too short! I’d read a full blown book on Santa and his elf!!

Honestly, for a book that’s under 100 pages with the fore warning of lots of smut not a lot of plot. This is really well written Novela.
You should probably check your trigger warnings. Like with any Haley Tyler book. I have to give credit to the author. She finds the courage to write things that may be taboo, or controversial.
My advice is, if you don’t like controversial, taboo things, don’t read this book. If you’re looking for plot, don’t read this book. But if you’re looking for a naughty, smutty, Christmas themed Insta love story about Santa and his little elf... This is your book.
