This is a great self help book! Simple but has great advice for rebuilding and remembering who you are. Taking care of yourself first is key to living in the present moment and enjoying life. Will have to reread this one!

These are words to live by. So many nuggets of information that i really enjoyed, but this one inparticular was my favorite and I love how it kept coming back to the journey is the best part, not the destination. I really needed this book for the years ahead.

Nothing groundbreaking, but this short book is a perfect way to start your day when life feels a bit scattered. It offers simple yet valuable reminders to take care of yourself, nurture your hobbies, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. It serves as a gentle nudge to help you get back on track while also reassuring you that missteps are part of the process.
P.S. I don't recommend this book if you're looking for something new and mind-blowing. This is just more of the same.
A really good book filled with good advice and positive vibes.
At the beginning I felt like 99% of what it said I've heard before (and it does) but then again, if this is your first "in" at a self-help book then you've struck gold. It doesn't go deep into anything but it does hold the door to several important tools like positive affirmations, gratefulness, mindfulness and so on.
This book is nice and simple yet impactful. We often forget that taking care of ourselves is essential to performing at our fullest potential. “It’s not a one-day task; it’s a lifestyle.” What a beautiful read for reflecting on our daily routines.
A new year and a new reading challenge. To start I read this self help book. It's essentially common sense about boundaries with oneself and how to continue to rebuild/progress your life.
No need for a life coach when you have this book! While I listened to the audiobook, I also found the eBook and immediately added it to my Kindle. This is one of the best self-help books I’ve read and listened to in a long time. It’s simple, straight to the point, and truly impactful.
