What a sweet and beautiful opposites attract, vacation fun romance that will have our hearts feeling all warm and fuzzy. Vacation Fun .. or More is Ms. Komosinski's second book in her wonderful Winter Getaway Romance series. This book is filled with family love, laughs, found love again and a lot of flirting.
Laverne and her family are on a girls' week Caribbean cruise. What she wasn't expecting was one of the crew members, Dale, to be attracted to her. Just getting over a heartbreak and trying to pick herself up, Laverne decides to flirt back. The two of them had an instant chemistry, however, Dale needed to be careful because he could lose his job fraternizing what passengers. Sneaking away and meeting in closets saw the two of them falling hard for one another. But what about the end date?
What I loved about this book was that Dale was the sexy, flirty gentleman who wooed Laverne right from the start. To see Laverne start to believe in love again after what she went through was beautiful and it was all due to Dale and the way he cared for her. A definite feel-good read on a cold winter night.

This is book 2 in Stacey’s Winter Getaway series, and is a standalone opposites-attract romance that takes us on a cruise! I love forbidden romance, and this one is a fun escape with tons of flirting, longing, swooning and pining. I appreciated the strong heroine, Laverne, who is happy to be getting away from her two-timing ex, intent on a girl’s-only trip with her big, lovable family of strong women. Vernie is ready to enjoy a week long cruise in the Caribbean, when BAM! She meets hunky maintenance/bartender hero, Dale on the very first day. Their connection is instant, and what begins as innocent flirting turns into so much more as they set sail on the high seas. But Dale needs to be careful – he could lose his job fraternizing with guests. Will their secret be exposed? This is a quick and fun read, the perfect winter escape for those diehards dreaming of summer sun, tropical cocktails and romantic sunsets. (Did I mention secret rendezvous and laugh-out-loud playful puns?) Grab a copy and enjoy the escape!

Another romantic and cozy love story from Stacey Komosinski. This second book in the series follows the journey of Laverne and Dale as they traverse their way through buoyant moments and moments of submersion on this wonderful cruise ship romance. Grab a drink and a comfy blanket then settle in for laughs, chemistry, and a thoroughly enjoyable read.
