LEENA How did I wind up here? When I left my family at sixteen, I never imagined I’d be running a company with the men I’ve fallen in love with. I know that even if I tried, I could never choose between the two of them. Good thing they don’t make me. Everything was perfect until my sister was taken. Can I stand to risk my new family in order to save the one I left behind?
SEBASTIAN I’m not cut out for relationships, never have been. So how is it that I’m sharing a bed with not one, but two people every night? How can someone as grouchy as me be this happy? Then again, I’ve never been this confused either.
LUKE The man is stubborn. I’ve always known that, always dealt with it, but it’s different now. This woman we’ve fallen in love with has turned our world upside down. Leena is more than we ever hoped for, and she’s forcing us to see everything we already had.
COLTON When Sebastian calls to offer me a job, I don’t even think twice. I’m happy to have him and Luke back in the city. Well, until I meet the woman they brought home with them. I think I might be falling for her. The only problem is she’s my boss… and in a loving relationship with my two best friends. Which means she’s off limits. I should leave. But how can I go, knowing that the one thing in this world I can’t have, is suddenly the only thing I’ve ever wanted?
I was fortunate enough to ARC read this book and here in my honest review:
It is amazing! Rosaline Jay is quickly becoming my favorite author! Seeing Leena, Sebastian, Luke grow from The Coffee Shop into The Heart is something special! They even allowed someone new into the mix you'll grow to love! The twists and turns will have you laughing and crying and falling in love! Don't miss this amazing read! You will regret it if you do!
This book was amazing & mind blowing! 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 Super Super spicy! Definitely top number 1 spot for book of 2025! Rosaline is definitely my new favorite author. I can't get enough of Sebastian, Luke, Leena & now Colton!
Book Review 🫀THE HEART by Rosaline Jay (Deck of Cards #2) (aka I’m in a RH spiral and Rosaline’s to blame buddy read round 2!
You know I absolutely unalived myself over Book 1 (RIP me) so naturally, Micheal—my ride or die, the enabler of my reverse harem addiction—bought me Book 2 with the iconic words: “I bought it so you can shut up about all the peens.” 🤣 BABE. IT BACKFIRED. I AM SCREAMING LOUDER NOW.
Okay, let’s set the damn scene: We’ve got our badass trio—Leena, Luke, and Sebastian—running a special ops team and being overall sexy, stabby, and emotionally damaged. Add a squad of capable legends. Throw in missions, alcohol, and the never-die Deck of Cards evil bad guys who are BACK to ruin Leena’s peace and my blood pressure.
BUT. THEN. COLTON.
Sweet baby sarcastic Jesus, Colton is the chaotic cinnamon roll of my dreams. The comic relief, the serotonin supplier, the Nerf war initiator. But also… PLOT TWIST: THE BOYS TRAINED HIM TO BE DOMINANT. ME: slides down wall in spicy anticipation We enter the Colton Stage of the relationship and BABY it’s giving hot, heavy, hilarious, and unholy. I have no notes, only praise and mild dehydration.👀
Rosaline serves: 🖤 Family feels? CHECK. 🖤 Helicopter chaos? YES. 🖤 Motorbike chases? VROOM. 🖤 Shooting out car doors and blowing up boats? MA’AM?? 🖤 Tattoo Os? OOOFT! 🖤 MY SANITY? Yeeted into the ocean with that damn boat. I was riding this high and then I looked down and saw I was near the end and went— OH NO YOU DIDN’T. OH F*CK ME THERE’S A CLIFFHANGER.
Excuse me, Miss Jay, you’re telling me The Yacht is coming 2025?! IT IS 2025. WHERE. IS. MY. BOOK 3?! I am a desperate, unhinged, feral little gremlin for this three-man sandwich and I NEED MORE NOW.
10/10 spicy chaos. Would sell my soul to be the fourth point in this RH square. Rosaline Jay, you magnificent menace—take all my money and ruin me again.
*ARC review* Rosaline Jay!!!! Who knew that the follow-up to your little novella (The Coffee Shop) would be such an amazing story?! I was so happy to revisit Sebastian, Lucas, and Leena, anxious to see where they were after the last book ended. I was not remotely prepared for the introduction of the new characters, but I was so glad to keep them because they added so much to the overall storyline. There was one character that I didn't want to love, but I fell head over heels, and by the end, I was yelling out loud (both at the book and Rosaline, lol). This book was a ride I didn't want to get off of, and the ramp up to the end had my heart in my throat!! Bravo to Rosaline Jay for continuing a world and building it to be even better than it was before. I can't wait to see what the future has in store!

Thoughts This is how book 2 is done 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I loved every minute of it. The continued relationship building with them was so beautiful. I was also team Colton from the beginning! Omg don’t even get me started on the stage scene at the club! That’s gonna live rent free in my brain for a long time!
All the Yes Sir's. ❤️Found Family ❤️Heavily Tattooed ❤️Why Choose ❤️Forced Proximity ❤️Reverse Harem
This was absolutely amazing 👏, I loved getting to know Colton after he was introduced at the end of The Coffee Shop.
The chemistry between each of them is off the scales. Leena really is The Heart as Colton put it. The love they each share is beautiful, unique and fitting for their characters.
The spice.... 🥵🌶🌶🌶 phenomenal.
I cannot wait to follow more of their story in Book 3. I just can't get enough of Leena and her men Luke, Sebastian and Colton. Also hoping to hear A LOT more about the rest of the team too!
OMG! The Heart was such an amazing story! I had the pleasure of being an ARC Reader for this book and it does not disappoint! It has you going through all your emotions and will keep you on the edge of your seat. The spice in this book is off the charts but doesn't overtake the book like some stories. My heart is breaking for Colton in almost every chapter but it does get rectified. The banter between Luke, Seb, Leena and their crew will have you constantly laughing. I don't want to spoil anything but I will say I have a new favorite character. The ending broke my heart but also mended it. You will not be disappointed reading this book. Definitely add it to your TBR!
Tropes: * Reverse Harem * Forced Proximity * Touch Her and ☠️ * Friends to Lovers * Found Family
The Heart is book 2 in the Deck of Hearts Series by Rosaline Jay. Book one is a 39k word novella, The Coffee Shop. It is a super spicy and sweet read that I loved! That being said The Heart absolutely topped it by a mile! All of the things I loved about book one were expanded upon in book two (because it’s a full length book) and it was done so so well. The Coffee Shop is a MMF with Sebastian, Luke, and Leena. In book two it’s the same throuple, but Leena also gains a new love interest Colton.
I don’t want to spoil any of the book and it’s so hard to put to words everything I loved about it without spoilers 🤭.
The main things I loved: 🌶️ The Spice: It was so well done there was a ton of spicy scenes, as there is with most RH books. In this one though it is so well done and the so hot 🔥 🤭 The Banter: There were so many scenes I genuinely laughed out loud at in this book. The banter between all of the characters is so funny. 👬👫 Their relationship: they genuinely have a good friendship between all of the characters and it builds throughout. I loved reading their story because of how sweet so much of it is.
The Heart & The Coffee Shop are why choose novels with explicit scenes and MM content if you don’t like those things this book wouldn’t be for you. If you do like it you will love this!
OMG!!!! i absolutely loved this! I ate it up in one sitting!!! I love the development between the main characters and Leena being supported by the guys to feel out the new feelings that are rising in her as well. Also love how supportive our girl is in general.
But I love the found family that they all have in their team!! Not to mention the fact that the guys are the ones who trained ___ oooop... the girl was in for a crazy time and i loved each second.
also the fact that her entire new found family support her in her decision and this family would die for each other. UGH BEAUTIFUL!!!
The trio wants to move there operations to a different place and start fresh. Sebastian calls and old friend and tells him that they will be locating where Colton lives. Sebastian offers him a job which Colton takes. Carlton and Leena become friends also. There is a war starting and there has been betrayal. They will all fight this war just to save someone. The club scene left me in WOW moment. Must read, I can’t get enough you won’t be able to put it down. I love all the characters in this book. I don’t want to spoil it. This book has spicy scenes, romance, and you will have some laughs. Also you will not get enough and will want more.
this book was so much more than i thought it would be! i loved this more than the first one honestly and can’t wait to see what the 3rd one brings! i had a hard time at first with leena and colton until i saw how sebastian and luke handled it/facilitated it/leaned into it. i think they brought me around to it more than leena did. rosaline jay is a genius!
so we start off with leena and the guys living together and her being an equal partner in their business. they have hired colton, jace and ryan who all knew the guys and then they hired ava who was brand new to the group. colton and leena become best friends and start to become a little more. sebastian and luke can tell even when she isn’t willing to admit it herself. tragedy strikes and it brings them all together, but at what cost?

✨”I think about that for a moment. About whether or not I deserve to have the world. Maybe I don’t deserve it. But I’m going to fucking take it.”✨ -Leena
What is so enjoyable about this book is the relatable and witty banter. Alongside that, it draws you in, makes you wish you were there standing amongst the characters as a part of their chosen family. 🖤
While there are times of repetitive themes coming into play, it falls into place the further you dive into the story of each character and the implication of their relationships with one another.
It’s certainly doesn’t hurt that this book is deliciously spicy, with scenes that will have you wanting more, more, MORE. 😉🥵
You will be hanging on a cliff at the end by just your fingertips, but when I tell you it’s worth the journey i don’t exaggerate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book was so good and built suspense all the way. I need the next book immediately, I need to know what happens. Thank you to Rosaline for allowing me to be an ARC reader. I enjoyed this book a lot.
I’m on the ARC team for this but all opinions are my own!
I was so excited to read this after I finished The Coffee Shop because I couldn’t wait to see what was in store for Leena, Luke, and Sebastian next. This didn’t disappoint in any way! Meeting the team they work with now was delightful. I absolutely love Colton and he brought such a good energy to the table. He was the missing piece of the puzzle for sure. The way Luke and Sebastian’s relationship evolved in this book was so beautiful and the way they basically adopted Colton into their dynamic with Leena was incredible. Christmas Eve scene had me absolutely sobbing with the last present and the scene at The Club was very enlightening. The spice in this was scorching hot but all of the interpersonal interactions in this, whether it was within the confines of the romantic relationships or just interactions between the team in general really elevated this to the next level. I absolutely loved this and I’m so excited for The Yacht to come out.
This is the second book in the Deck of Hearts series, and must be read in order.
Wow, the author was not joking when she said she was going to try to earn that 5 chili pepper rating. This book is spicyyy. I loved Luke, Sebastian and Leena in The Coffee Shop and I was curious how their dynamic would handle adding another male into the mix, but I was pleasantly surprised with how easy Colton fit.
I first discovered Rosaline Jay when I won a book giveaway that included her spicy, why choose novella - “The Coffee Shop”. I devoured that one and when I heard there was going to be a full-length book 2? I dove straight into her DMs.
The Coffee Shop ends with Leena, Lucas, and Sebastian deciding to move away from the city where her father runs the Deck so they can open their own business and be together happily. The Heart picks up and builds so well from that prequel novella but with even more spice, suspense, and heart-throbbing feels.
Watching Leena, Sebastian, and Lucas’s friendships with Colton was beautiful and the acceptance from the guys to include him in their lives was so well done. I was on the edge of my seat for this entire story, ready to dive into what was going to happen next.
I think Rosaline does a beautiful job in this story of bringing people together and showing love and acceptance in various situations and settings. She did a great job ensuring each of Leena’s men had their own personalities and quirks without seeming like they were written that way just to check a box. I am fully invested with this relationship and with each character individually. I already knew I loved Lucas and Sebastian but Colton’s sweet and sensitive soul just grabbed me and I was a goner.
I can’t tell you how much I need the continuation of their stories. Colton just got here and I am excited for a future book to see them grow together and navigate the insanity that are their lives.
I will admit, this book scared me when I learned a new character was being introduced. I was messaging Rosaline begging her to not ruin what Sebastian, Luke, and Leena had created and built. My anxiety was strong with this book. I started reading it with an open mind, but afraid of what would happen. THANK GOD!!! Rosaline didn’t disappoint and proved her ability to write relationships in such a real and raw way. A wonderful book to fall deeper in love with the original three and their newest addition.
Sebastian, Luke, and Leera have burrowed deep in my heart since reading The Coffee Shop. Seb and Luke are one of my all time favorite MM couples and I adore the relationship they have. They have grown from co-workers, to business partners, to brothers, to something beyond their wildest dreams. Leena is who helped them both face the feelings they had for each other, while forming a throuple that I can’t get enough of. The Heart allows us to dive deeper into this throuple, peeling back more layers, and dealing with complexities that make each character so easy to relate to and love.
Enter Colton. He is the character what wouldn’t allow me to put this book down. I had to see how he would work with the dynamic already created. I didn’t want to see Seb and Luke go through any heartache. Especially Seb as he has grown so much and dealt with massive inner demons. Colton was the perfect addition to this group and although I still have moments of “why mess with a good thing”, I can understand why Colton was the catalyst that was able to break through a lot of walls built by our other MCs.
Rosaline, thank you for once again writing human relationships with such raw emotions and a look at what makes humans tick. The importance of relationships takes center state in this book for me. Yes the spice is perfect, the characters beautiful, but if they didn’t have the depth they each held, this book wouldn’t be as good as it is!
As always, review any author notes before reading.

I was one of the lucky few who was chosen to be an arc reader for this amazing book, and I’m truly honored that I got to read this book early and hopefully I’ll be able to convince you to read it and fall in love with these characters the same way I did.
Here’s my honest review of “the heart” by Rosaline jay, hopefully it makes its way into your hearts.
If you're looking for a story filled with sizzling tension, hilarious banter, and unconventional relationships that tug at your heartstrings, “The Heart” by Rosaline Jay is a must-read.
From the first page, you’re pulled into the wild, chaotic, and oh-so-entertaining dynamic between Sebastian, Colton, Luke, and Leena. Picture a broody control freak, a mischievous troublemaker, and a golden retriever in human form—all wrapped around the fiercely independent Leena, who somehow manages to keep these loveable idiots in line.
The humor in this book is top-tier. Whether it’s Colton getting manhandled into a van while making snarky comments, Luke teasing Sebastian with his annoyingly perfect blond-haired, blue-eyed charm, or Colton spiraling into a full-blown existential crisis over handcuffs, there's never a dull moment. Yet, beneath the laughter, Rosaline Jay was able to weave a heartfelt exploration of love, belonging, and acceptance. Moments like Colton being asked to "come home" by the MOST unlikely member of the group and them acknowledging their shared loneliness are surprisingly tender, proving that found family can sometimes be the most real family of all.
Oh, and let's not forget the tension. The chemistry? Off the charts. You’ll swoon, blush, and probably giggle uncontrollably as these characters navigate their feelings and desires. “The Heart” is equal parts fun, heartwarming, and steamy—a perfect blend of chaos and charm. Rosaline Jay doesn’t just tell a story; she makes you fall head over heels for every flawed, messy, wonderful character.
10/10 would get shoved into a van by Sebastian just to hang out with this crew again.
ARC Book Review 🩶The Heart🖤 Book 2 of the Deck of Hearts Series Written By: @rosalinejayauthor

Thank you Rosaline for letting me read this book ahead of the release date!
If you haven’t read book 1, The Coffee Shop, STOP now 🚫 for a better reading experience and it’ll make more sense since it picks up right where book 1 ends.
I immediately jumped from finishing The Coffee Shop into this one because the ending was such a great hook and continuation into this one. I wanted to know more about their relationship and how they would progress and boy did it progress! Especially when we add Colton to the mix.
I loved how Rosaline explored demons that Sebastian had to overcome; went into the reasons that Luke was the way he was and how wonderfully Leena was so encouraging with these two and vise versa when she was questioning if there was more to her best friend, Colton.
Then there was the banter amongst all the characters that came along throughout the book. There was such camaraderie, depth to the friends and colleagues that made everything so heartfelt when they no longer hid their relationships and it was beautiful!
There’s JUST more to this book. Spice = yes; Plot Line continuation = yes ; character development = yes; action scenes = yes. These were overall blended very well throughout the book and left with a cliffhanger.
Overall, I’d recommend this book if you like to read about a spicy ex-cop action packed why choose romance with great chemistry.

I was excited to read The Heart after finishing the Coffee Shop and boy was this one packed FULL of all the goodies!
This story picks back up with Sebastian, Luke and Leena after everything that happened in the Coffee Shop and as much as I loved their relationship in the novella, there was soooo much more relationship building and all the mushy feelings and tingly heart felt moments in this one. Then we add in our new flirty, jokester employee Colton, who happens to be Leena best friend and it’s fantastic.
This story is PACKED with all the spicy bits you want in a why choose romance. They’re all into each other, and love sharing and watching. We discover new kinks and find new ways to play all while still respecting consent and how BDSM works.
There was also So much action in this story, yes action is the bedroom, but action on bikes and helicopters! Our girl Leena is a total Lora Croft in the best way and never fails to impress her guys, even if it means she’s pushing their buttons. I loved meeting the new team, traveling on Ops, joking around in roadhouses or getting tats by Colton. I felt like I was there with them!
I really loved watching the relationships blossom and the way they finally embraced their feelings and made big leaps for themselves and the little family they’d created in this story. The level of openness and honesty they had with one another was soo nice to see, and how they respected that they could all love one another, even if they loved differently, the love they felt was worth everything! Lots of emotion and so much character growth! Rosaline Jay really did a great job!
“I don’t regret my lifestyle choices. Because Mondays fucking suck.”
“I frown at my phone for a moment, then hear Luke tapping out a response from above me. “I got it,” he says and I smile, putting my phone down.”
I am screaming into the void at the moment, I have already DM’s Rosaline because I needed to vent🥹. That cliffhanger ended me, I am so excited for everyone to read this because I don’t think I’ll stop recommending it. We have Why Choose, Found Family, BDSM Sex Clubs, Mafia, and so much more, it’s the perfect dark romance book and you should read it. Can you tell my brain is still fried? Anyway onto the gist as always…😅
The gist: Following on from The Coffee Club we get to see Leena, Luke and Sebastian settle into their working and home life, and you know what they say three’s a company but four is a good time… (you will find out what that means I promise but I’m not spoiling anything). The dangers are not over, the kidnappings aren’t done and the dangerous operations to save the ones they love are far from easy 😱🫨

Fair warning, triggers, a cliffhanger and so much amazingness soooo if you can’t handle that maybe find another? But seriously, please read this, loved it and need more people to talk to about this epic book 🫶
I am honored to have been an ARC reader for The Heart—this book had me absolutely hooked! The writing is smooth, the chapters are short and evenly paced, making it way too easy to binge. I was so addicted that I even found myself sneaking in chapters during my night classes—I just could not put it down!
Let’s talk about Colton—he is definitely Batman. The man has fancy toys, a freaking helicopter, and that broody, badass energy that makes him impossible to resist. And then there’s Sebastian finally letting himself openly love Luke… my heart shattered for Luke. He loves his family so fiercely, and the emotional depth he brings to this story is everything.
Leena? Still the ultimate badass FMC we fell in love with in book one. And don’t even get me started on the motorcycle scene—🔥🔥🔥—or that tattoo scene (I screamed). The spice between all the characters is absolutely delicious—I ate it all up. And the banter? Top-tier. Perfectly timed, laugh-out-loud moments that balanced the tension so well.
This book had everything—intensity, heartache, action, and a romance that just keeps getting better. If you love reverse harem, deep emotional connections, and unforgettable chemistry, The Heart is a must-read!
We're back with Leena, Lucas, and Sebastian now working together as a security team with a handful of others. They are still running from whatever criminal element is trying to take over or seek revenge for another Card death, which Leena caused in Book 1. There's a new player on the board Colton who may have earned being the 4th in their poly-relationship. Colton is a friend and dominant who had been trained by both Sebastian and Lucas years before. He's got a playful side that everyone sees until he's in a club or the right heads pace to be himself. The three are welcoming him in by the end, and it was very spicy with all 4 involved, including some hot 🔥tattooing.
This book moves pretty fast, and you can't put it down as you want to know the outcome of all the action in 1 sitting. Will they or won't they? I enjoyed this book, and it sure hinted there could be more to come even from the side characters.
Thank you, author, for the ARC! Release Date: February 6, 2025
Guys... I am still at the restaurant... I don't know how I will ever recover. I mean, I thought The Coffee Shop was masterclass RH/Why Choose with a heart, but THIS. 👬👫 This. Right. Here. 🥵 Ok, so, let's set the scene. This picks up a few months after the ending of TCS. We have Leena and her two hunky men who have vowed to keep her safe and ̶R̶a̶v̶a̶g̶e̶ love her 'til their dying days.🫦👅 They are now running ops with a rag-tag group of friends/found family. These scenes are amazing with the BANTER. Can I say that louder? The banter is BANTERING. 🥹 🔥🍸 Ahem, anyways. And here we meet Colton, Leena's new BFF and employee. The millionaire playboy at 'The Club' (yes, THAT type of club 😉) with a mouth and sarcasm that will make you wanna scream and laugh 'til you cry. Oh, and did we mention he is just as dēädly and smexy as Lu and Seb? Ok, well, He Is. 🥵🔥💪 👀 And Colton... Mister Sir Colton 😈 As Rosaline said, "Three's company, but four's a good time." ☕️🍎🔫🩹🛀 And The Tattoo Scene??!! Pardon my finest fantasies?? 🖤🍭 Ok, so, in all seriousness. I love my dark romances. I love my RH/WC romances. I love feisty FMCs with their own minds and personalities. This book- this series- checks so many boxes. I love how each man has their own personality and quirks. I love the self-discovery that unravels throughout the book. The acceptance and love that pours out from the characters was so sweet. Colton was the perfect chaotic kịnk master disguised as a golden retriever. 🛥🏍🚁 I am now in a spiral, my sanity is gone, I need a lollipop, and don't wake me 'til The Yacht comes out.
The Heart by Rosaline Jay is OUT TODAY!!! This is book two in her Deck of Hearts series. Book one is The Coffee Shop. I definitely recommend reading it first before diving into The Heart. I DEVOURED The Heart. Devoured. I love it so much. The Coffee Shop is MMF and The Heart becomes MMFM. We are a new man into the relationship this book, and he fits like the missing puzzle piece. I don’t want to give away too much of the book and spoil any of the twists but this book made me swoon, laugh, and cry both sad and happy tears. There were also moments when I was sitting on the edge of my couch or pacing while reading. Rosaline definitely loves her cliffhangers and she left us hanging at the end of this book and begging for book 3, The Yacht. I am loving this series and if you’re a fan of why choose, found family, suspense, spicy spice, a little BDSM, and swoony possessive men then these books are for you! Happy The Heart Day!!!!!
I wasn’t sure about this book at first, after having loved the first book, The Coffee Shop, so much. Once I got into it and got to know the characters more, it started to read much better. Colton grew to be my favorite character! He’s such a dynamic character who just wants to know love and feel wanted and accepted for who he is. Love and acceptance seem to be a running theme in this series and I’m here for it. Though it’s not stated explicitly in the final chapter, based on the general mood I think they find Jace? I hope that story is fleshed out in the next book along with what the heck Lu’s turncoat brother is doing with Lena’s kidnapped sister. Very hopeful for the continuation of this series and the characters continuing to explore their various relationships and dynamics of all kinds!

I AM IN LOVE!! I got to read The Heart as part of the ARC team and I am forever grateful to Rosaline for the opportunity because baby... Her promise of an exciting, spicy read is topped with action sequences that will leave your heart racing.
I loved how the relationship between the core three from the novella (Leena, Luke, and Sebastian) is explored and their bonds deepened even more. They work well together when doing operations for their security/PI business. And they work even better between the sheets or wherever the passion overtakes them 😏
The new additions were great and made the story seem more complete. Colton becoming a love interest makes sense as you get deeper into the story and the minor characters (Ryan, Ava, Jace, and a couple others) had me engrossed for two hours.
This is a must-read and should be added to every TBR in 2025. I cannot wait for book three to come out 🖤
This book was sweet, spicy, and had good amounts of tension and suspense. Luke and Sebastian are working on their relationship. Leena is learning more about her men and continuing to support their journey. Colton needed his friends and the development of the mutual feelings between him and Leena is so natural that I couldn't help but root for them. He is my favorite of the men, not for Leena as they all suit her in such different ways. Colton is just my favorite. His humor, his kindness, his attention to detail and how loyal he is to his friends all combines into someone I just loved experiencing as a character. The background tension with the different family and team members pushes the group to develop and share more details about their lives. I love these characters and I want more.
This book picks up 4 months after the first book. Sebastian is hiding his full relationship with Luke from everyone. Luke doesn’t want his family to know they are in a thruple and Leena is just happy. Colton is new to the team and him and Leena start to bond. I don’t get the relationship between the 4 of them and it’s not really explained in this book. Lena’s sisters kidnapping is and after thought and Luke’s brother now running one of the card gangs is not really covered either. I really enjoyed the novella however didn’t love this as it kind of felt like Luke and Sebastian were pushing Leena out of the relationship for her to be with Colton now they had figured their feelings towards each other.
I loved this book even more than the first one 😍 I could do without so much of the "feelings" descriptions, because I believe that point was made several times over. I could do with more info about the Mafia, the cities they are in, where everyone lives, etc... I'm still not sure where they moved from, and currently reside? I was only sure they were in Jamaica for the sister rescue op. Don't just think it's not important, but I feel it gives some insight when we have a general idea for their surroundings. The sex scenes Rosaline writes are pretty dang good, and some of the better smut I've read 🫦 I felt like it was a pretty good balance of the story and sex scenes. Y'all I want to be Leena! 😋😂🥰 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
