I have struggled with emotional eating and constant thoughts of food for years. I have tried numerous things over the years but nothing seems to turn off those thoughts of food 24/7. Due to the time constraints I am still working through the 8 weeks. However I found the information in the book to be a valuable resource. I am looking forward to implementing this in my journey.
