Finally reunited, even if only temporarily. Maomao can't hide from the truth anymore, not that they get much time to discuss anything. Loulan has a lot of insight about events leading up to their current positions though. This volume matches up just shy of where the second season of the anime ends, though the other manga series is further behind and the light novels are probably much further ahead in the story line. The difference in the names is still strange and have to remind myself who is who when I read this version, but otherwise still enjoyable.
