A short, steamy and surprisingly heartfelt story
Hugh, a widowed nobleman in desperate need of an heir and Isabel, the fiercely capable wet nurse who arrived with the infant who will inherit his title. From the start, Hugh’s disregard for stuffy social rules had me grinning. He’s respectful, honorable and unapologetically into Isabel and the way he pursues her with both desire and deep respect? SWOON!!
And Isabel is not some shrinking violet. Life may have handed her a rough deal, but she meets Hugh with confidence, clarity and a quiet strength that made me root for her from page one.
Their chemistry is electric, intimate and joyfully consensual, complete with playful roleplay and lactation elements that felt fresh and tender, not just erotic.

The final book in the Duchess Series is a bonus that follows Hugh after he left Julia and Laurence.
While with Julia, he was adamant about getting her pregnant/ breeding and in this story, you get why.
One day he gets a distant heir followed by a wet nurse whom he is immediately attracted to and it's not a one-way attraction.
His days of loneliness and lineage concerns are over and a hea is had.

This short story is dual POV, well written and edited, and an erotic, historical romance between a widowed nobleman without an heir (Hugh) and the disgraced wet nurse (Isabel) who comes with the baby who will become his heir. I adored Hugh’s absolute disregard for social mores and expectations. I also enjoyed his respect for his dead wife. I enjoyed his acknowledgement of his desire for Isabel and his actions to treat her respectfully whilst still securing his desires. I enjoyed Isabel’s confidence in who she was and what she wanted. I appreciated that, even though circumstances had left her in a disadvantaged position, she reacted to make the best of her situation. I enjoyed the erotic intimate scenes and the joyful roleplay between the characters. I enjoyed the lactation play and the shared preferences. I enjoyed the genuine intimacy between the characters and the fidelity and amity.

Happiness sent from Heaven
This is a sweet, heart stopping short story Hugh, gets the son he's , always wanted, and he knows little Thomas is a gift from his dead wife from heaven, he was so taken with the baby boy he didn't see his wet nurse at first, then she took the baby and he started feeding. To Hugh it was a beautiful site. But Isabel can't stay, she has a baby girl of her own to nurse left in the work house. But He needs her, so they go to the work house and get Abby. And all in one day Hugh got even more gifts from heaven. And so did Isabel.

First met Hugh in Trained by Her Husband’s Best Friend, a widower of 10 years gets his long awaited heir and a chance to love again.
I don’t think the point of erotic romance is to have the reader cry. But I was close enough, that I teared up in Hugh’s remembrance of his late wife but acceptance of finding love again.
Short, quick, and to the point that was hot and lusty.

Finally Hugh gets his happy ever after all in one fell swoop. He finds a second chance at love, and gets his babies and an heir. Is it divine intervention from the afterlife or just good luck on his side? You'll have to read to find out. It's also steamy and has some fun role playing in it.
