Need to go back to Brussels again to observe more closely. Need to probably learn French too that would help me understand the projects more but really dynamic ideas and obvious investment from the local level in their infrastructure / clever strategies to alleviate tension between the aesthetic or quality of life desires and the financing and profit margin of private developers.
