Robbie has been having nightmares. . . terrible, bloody dreams of a monster in the woods. That monster kills every night. Its bloodthirst never satiated. As bodies began to turn up in the real world, Robbie realizes his nightmares are more than they seem. Can Robbie and the local sheriff find and stop the monster or will the killings continue to grow in scope and number?
Overly graphic and gory. The storyline was weak with holes. Spoiler alert - don’t keep reading this review. I can’t believe Robbie and the old Sasquatch just burnt up. I woukd t waste my time reading this one
Bigfoot is on a rampage in this one. Psychic connection with a huge squatch is driving young Robbie crazy with fevered detailed dreams that totally freak him out. A child goes missing in the woods kicking off a massive search with police, Bigfoot hunters and a dog team. Brown does not hold back on the graphic violence as not only the giant bigfoot but his brothers tear into the police team and the bigfoot hunters. They don't come away unscathed as heavy shotgun slugs and automatic weapons account for a few just not enough. The wild things go berserk in the town and a last stand is made at the high school gym, Robbie is there with the deputy and her one remaining officer. He realizes his connection is with the giant leader of the squatch. I'm going to leave you there because I think he could have ended this story another way.
