All the feels were felt in this holiday second chance romance! I absolutely LOVED Kason and Willow! When two people want love and find it they definitely know what to do with it! These two loved on each other HARD and I was here for it!

Willow and Kayson had their whole lives mapped out. Graduate high school, graduate from an HBCU, get married, and have a ton of babies. But, you know what they say. “If you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans.” Unfortunately, life had other plans for Willow and Kayson that would set them on different paths. 7 years have passed since the high school sweethearts have seen or spoken with each other but, all that changes when they run into one another, literally, on the ski slopes. An impromptu friends getaway is just what these two needed to reconnect for a second chance at love. #ITheeWebb was such a cute read. It'll tug at your heartstrings and give you all the TVOne holiday movie feels.

This was the sweetest love story! Second chance romances can be done right when the breakup wasn’t for some crazy dramatic or traumatizing reason. And two high school sweethearts having to part ways because of one going away to college & one having to suddenly stay home…makes sense. Could they have made it work? Possibly? But it seems like the time apart did nothing but strengthen their love. As soon as they were physically back in each other’s orbit it was if no time passed at all and I loved that for them. I found it a little hard to believe that in 7yrs and in the same friend group they never saw each other once but I suspended that belief because the story just felt good🤣Also the plot twist? Babyyyy….🥰🥰🥰you coulda knocked me over. Kason & Willow were a cute couple with great chemistry and banter who made sure that outsiders knew to “find something safe to play with. DIS ME!” I can see this being added to the rotation of holiday/winter stories when you just want to feel something warm.

I love a 2nd chance love story. This book was filled with love and no drama. When love comes back to you after 7 years, you are definitely soul mates. Kason was definitely book bae. He knew exactly what to do to get his wife……I hope there are books about some of the others.

Who would think that your high school sweetheart is still the air that you need to breathe!.
This read was the sweetest holiday read! Kevon life took a turn before graduating from high school with his father falling ill and he taken over the family business with passing a couple of years later. With this all happening he let the love of his life go to live her life. Neither one knew that the reason they couldn’t move on until they to a trip with friends for the holidays.
Kevon knew Willow would be on the trip and he knew what his goal was and that was to get the woman back who still had his heart since high school. Willow had no clue that those feels she thought were gone would come flooding back to her when she seen him after being gone for the last 7 plus years.
The love they shared for each other is so beautiful. With neither one wanting to lose each other again, Kevon did what he had to do to get the woman of his dreams and the woman he only ever truly loved.
Loved this read from beginning to the and. Definitely plan to read this author catalog!!

This book started off rolling! Right from the start it grabbed my attention. The interaction that she had on the first date with this man and his baby mama popping up and sending her mouthy daughter inside. Yes mam give me all the drama.
Anyways the entire book was not like this though just a heads up it was literally the beginning which I feel like set this book up in the best way possible. This book was about Willow (FMC) and Kasan (MMC) rekindled lo after being separated for 7 years and finding their way back to each other. Love never was lost if anything it just enhanced while they were apart and then ignored when they were brought back together.
I absolutely loved this book. This was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 read for me I devoured this book and will def be reaching for other books written by this author 💕

I read this novella because I saw a book review of it on IG. The reviewer told a portion of the first chapter and I had to read this book!
See Willow was looking for love. She went on a date with a man she met at the hardware store. About 10 mins into the date his young daughter shows up. Yes she was dropped off by her Mother. The little girl was so disrespectful to Willow. Then she spilled the beans that he was still sleeping with her Mother. That was the end of the date. That had me hooked!
Willow is actually still in love with her ex. Who she runs into at a ski resort that she and her girlfriends are spending a week at. While there Willow and her ex, Kason, fall back into a relationship.
This is a cute second chance romance. That I enjoyed reading and rated 3.5⭐️. Borrowed this from Kindle Unlimited.

Willow makes a living securing everyone else’s happily after as a wedding planner, but when she’s reunited with her high school sweetheart, Kason, during a Christmas getaway with friends, she finally gets her own. Nek Mills got my eyes sweating! This was a super sweet and romantic short story. Willow and Kason’s love story was so romantic and sweet, but my favorite thing about this story was how supportive their friend group was of their rekindled relationship. No jealousy, hate, or toxicity, just genuine love and happy tears. This is second chance romance is definitely for the hopeless romantics who enjoy reading about FMCs who find a soft place to land.

When Nek said in her group this book was for the romance girlies, she wasn't lying. This book had me all in my feelings. I loved everything about Williow and Kason's second chance romance. That man knew when it was time to settle down it was only one woman he would do that with. It didn't matter the distance, he was gonna get his woman back. Willow was such a lover of love, and I was so glad she received her HEA. The preparation and planning on Kason's part was everything. I loved how he stood on what he said when it came to Kim because she really tried it not once, not twice, but three times. He set her straight each and every time. I hated for this book to end because I could've read their lovestory for so many more pages.

Short But SO Sweet!
This was a short second chance book that was super sweet with minimal drama, several sexy moments, and plenty of laugh out loud scenes. Kason said what came to his mind and didn't play with any characters in this book, he was hilarious. He also didn't play about his Star-baby and I loved to see it. I also really loved Willow's character. She was about her business, poured into other women so beautifully, even while being unhappy in her own life, she forgave and didn't play immature games, and she stood up for herself when necessary. The plot twist had me smiling so big for her/them when I finished reading this story.

This is such a cute Christmas read and perfect for a second chance romance. When your person has been your person for as long as you can remember but time and space have separated you, but the heart and body never forgot. I loved everything about Kayson (Kacey) and Williow (star). & years apart meant nothing for these two and it showed when Kayson put a plan together. This is every being of if you wanted to you would and having the support and backing of your friends and family! These two loved each other something serious and not even time and distant changed that for them. This reconnection turned into the beautiful ever after they both envisioned.

She tickled me when she went off on the cashier. She said that she got her man back and she's not letting him go. Kason got his wife and his daughter now they are having a son.

Willow and Kason were deeeeeep in love. Time and distance couldn’t tamper with the amount of love they had for one another. There were so many declarations of their love throughout the book that I was like, “Ok. I get it. Damn.” (And I’m a hopeful romantic who loves love lol.)
I really liked Willow and Kason’s friend group/family, except for maybe Chuck. We don’t really interact with him but when we do, he’s childish for his big age. Everyone else was locked in and funny though.
Finally, Willow’s date in the beginning had me hollering 😂 And Kim needed to gon head on somewhere.

The plot was nice but the writing was doing too much and wasn’t very good. I did enjoy and appreciate the story lines that was really cute and the big gestures at the end was sweet but still not okay because you don’t talk for 8 years but just know you love each other and plan the whole thing I mean fair if it didn’t work he would have cancelled it but I would have liked to see an interaction or something that sparked that reconnection and plan not just him deciding with nothing. The story falls off because of that plus the writing.

I absolutely loved Kason and Willow. If you love second chance romances with the right amount of spice and low drama, this is for you. If you love an "I'm not coming up off her" man and am "I'm not going to deny these feelings," woman Kasey and his Star Baby is the couple for you. I think I read this book with hearts in my eyes at the way these two loved each other and had no problems expressing verbally or with actions.

This was my book clubs book of the month . It’s a novella I enjoyed every single moment of this book , lol I felt like I knew them. Kason and Willow were high school sweet hearts unfortunately tragedy Hits Kasons family and they spilt. Fast forward Kason has his own mechanic shop and Willow is a wedding planner ( entrepreneur) they have the same friends still as adults and they reconnect. This book makes the perfect winter love story .

This was the sweetest love story ever! Willow and Kason ... A love comes full circle! 💜💜💜 They picked up like they never parted, demonstrating a love that transcends time and space. I was thoroughly tickled by the dialog. Those girls have no filter - especially the nail salon scene. 🤣 Well worth the wait! Bravo! 👏🏾 👏🏾
