Snowed-in with Scandal: A Matchmaker's Perfect Storm

Rate this book
When a snowstorm delivers Lady Arabella Lushington straight into the arms of her former fiancé Nicholas Morley, their delighted hostesses can barely contain their matchmaking glee—what could be more perfect than a captive audience for romance?

The meddling Brightwell sisters are convinced that fate has intervened to reunite two star-crossed lovers, and they're determined to see sparks fly before the snow melts.

But while Nicholas remains as devastatingly handsome as ever, and her traitorous heart still skips at his mere presence, Arabella knows the truth about their shattered engagement. Five years ago, she didn't simply change her mind—she was trapped by circumstances that forced her to choose between love and family honor.

Now widowed and ostensibly free, she discovers that some secrets refuse to stay buried, especially when her sharp-eyed companion holds knowledge that could destroy what remains of her reputation.

With the Brightwell sisters orchestrating increasingly intimate encounters and her past threatening to catch up with her, Arabella must decide whether to flee back into the storm or stay and fight for the love she never stopped wanting—even if the truth could ruin them both.
