It was interesting but not really “groundbreaking”, in my opinion. Very little new information. I was hoping for specific examples say, of creams or lotions. The author just wrote about ingredients to look for and described them.

worth reading

As a sufferer of Arthritis in my knee and hip, I was very interested to read what I can safely do on my own to improve it’s I really don’t want surgery so stopping any further damage is my first target.

Useful if you’ve just begun researching your arthritis and trying to get a grip on it. Lots of avenues to check out to help yourself take control and feel better.
