There’s so much going on in the world to distract and distress us. So, this is a great time to take a stroll, a random walk, or a deep dive through and into the author’s offerings of self-care. Pick one of the 6 categories or parts as a starting point, peruse the 31 lessons, or begin at the beginning.
That’s what I did. Pflaumer’s authority is clear from the first entry as she reveals she worked with Louise Hay, who founded Hay House. The powerful lesson from their collaboration is the importance of moving at the speed of nature, instead of trying to force or resist its pace and timing.

This collection could be a daily read before bedtime or a prompt before journalling. I’m grateful for these lessons and reminders to give myself the care that I deserve, just for being a part of this amazing creation! I hope you enjoy it as much as I am!
This book is contains a variety of life lessons that cover every area of life. I enjoyed Andrea’s relatable writing style and found the book enjoyable and engaging. This is a book that I’ll go back to again and again.
I think this book is so relatable. Women talk to ourselves in a way that we would never talk to anyone else. We need to be reminded to be our own best friend. Andrea's book is a road map to achieve that goal. A great book for women.
