They say new love changes your life. They never said it could destroy it too.
When Mom lost her job, our world collapsed. Bills piled up. College started slipping through my fingers. I was desperate—until I found a new way to survive.
One camera. One screen name. One secret life.
A year later, I'm not just surviving—I'm thriving. I’ve found love in Ezra, the kind of man who burns through your soul and leaves you breathless. He knew everything about my cam work—hell, it was his idea to spice things up. But that was before her.
My brand-new stepsister. All curves and smirks and forbidden heat. I didn’t expect the pull. I didn’t expect the way she looked at me like she knew. And I definitely didn’t expect Ezra to snap when he found out we were filming together.
But love isn’t always kind. And life? Life gets dark when obsession enters the frame.
Because someone’s been watching me. And he’s tired of sharing.
...
The only reason I'm not giving it a 1⭐️ is because I've never read a Why Choose FFM with a lesbian, a bisexual, and a man.
1. The book feels like it came from Wattpad in 2018, with the worst possible writing. 2. The scenes that needed to be extended were skipped, and the ones that needed to be skipped were narrated (? 3. The smut is garbage. 4. The supposed plot twists are terrible😭 You know about them as soon as the book starts. 5. Who would think of putting "10 months later" in a book where the MMCs are supposed to meet and they already know each other? It makes no sense. From then on, I knew it was going to be terrible.
Let me start by saying I read the warnings and Bre said if FF is not your thing stop here…well it’s definitely not my thing but I didn’t stop and I’m glad I didn’t. She did an excellent job introducing Felicity, Ezra, and Roxy into a world where they could be in a poly relationship. It was tastefully done even though it got pretty spicy. I enjoyed the relationship between Ezra and Felicity because you could feel the love. I love that Roxy was able to bring Bliss out of her shell on and off screen. Really love Lorna and Chad - this is a great addition to the Behind the Lens series!! All in all I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed this book.
So I am going to start with saying this is the first time I have read FMF, and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it! I really should not have been as Bre Rose, always knocks it out of the part, and this book was no different. How do I explain my feelings on this book without giving anything away. Lol, Ezra is so supportive of Felicity and her job. Felicity is a rock star, She plows through, no matter what she has to do, to make sure she has a roof over her head and that her and her mom are fed and safe. I will say this I don't know if her mom truly appreciates everything her daughter did for her. I'm gonna end it here because if I write too much more. I'm gonna give things away. And I don't want to do that. This was a really hard review to write, and it's not my best, but I tried to get everything down and express my feelings about it without any spoilers.
I will say this, though. Read this book it is so good.
Enjoyed reading this one! I did read the warnings up front and while FF is not necessarily a genre I usually reach for I did like the bi-awakening that was written in this story. It felt authentic to the characters & does come back around full circle in the end. It was great to watch Felicity grow and come in to her own throughout the story - and seeing how yet another personality fits into the Behind The Lense world. Seeing more of the main characters that are present in each book was great as well. Can’t wait to see what comes next!
Chasing My Bliss, book 6 of the Behind The Lens series, by Bre Rose @breroseauthor is a favorite author of mine. Please read the trigger warnings!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book about Felicity, Ezra & Roxy! Tropes: Contemporary, FFM, Cam Workers, Stepsisters, Light Stalking, Found Family & HFN!
First time reading this author's work and I absolutely loved it! There were parts where I thought hmmm do I know that person and then at the end I was like yesss! The main FMC I resonated with her so much and the MMC I loved him through most of the book and even at the end but there was that one little part, not spoiling it but yeah, you will know. The other FMC I loved her too and then she became the step-sister and I was like ohhhh my gosh! I can't wait to read more of this author's work!
Wow this book was really good. Normally FF isn’t my jam but in this book whoo definitely did mind the scenes. Loved Ezra was kind iffy about him but he grew on me. Can’t wait for the next book.
This is Book 6 to Behind The Lens Series & Bre Rose delivers in the FF 🙌. The way I was drooling 🤤 throughout this book is the least part.. that stalking the FFM aspect will have you wanting to be one of the Females.
Amazing read! Bre is one of my go-to authors and she didn't disappoint in this shared world story. Working at BTL to make ends meet, Bliss is offered an opportunity that she can't refuse but could destroy everything she's built. Her bf doesn't like the idea of her being with someone else for her job so he suggests a woman. Little does he know that sparks will fly. But what will happen with the bf? And what about the stalker that won't leave Bliss alone! This one had me guessing until the end! Loved it!
Felicity knows the saying, new love can change your life. She just never heard that it could destroy it too.
It all started when Felicity's mom lost her job, in that moment their entire world fell apart. Their bills started to pile up. And Felicity's college dreams started to slip farther and farther out of her grasp. She picked up more shifts at the diner, doing everything she could to keep everything paid, she was desperate – until a new opportunity suddenly fell into her lap, offering her a new way to survive.
All it would take was for Felicity to have one camera, a secretive screen name, and keeping this life ultra-secretive.
Suddenly a year has passed for Felicity and she finds that she's not just surviving – she's thriving. She believes that she's found love in Ezra, the kind of man who can burn through your soul and can leave you breathless. Felicity has been honest and told him all about her cam work – when she is offered the opportunity of a lifetime in her cam work life, it was his idea to spice things up. But, neither of them expected her to walk into Felicity's life.
Felicity's brand-new stepsister Roxy. She's nothing but all curves and smirks and forbidden heat that lights up something in Felicity that she's never felt before, a pull she's never felt before. And Roxy looks right through Roxy like she knows just how Felicity is feeling. And Felicity never expected Ezra to snap when he finds out that they are filming together or when Felicity admits that she has feelings for both Roxy and Ezra.
But, Felicity learns that love isn't always as kind as it should be. And life? Well, life gets so much darker when obsession enters the picture.
Someone's been watching Felicity's live streams. And now he's tired of sharing her with all her viewers.
And now he wants Felicity all to himself.
And unknown to Felicity, he's coming to collect.
Chasing My Bliss by Bre Rose. I am a huge fan of Bre Rose so I was so excited to read this book. And I have to say that Bre Rose delivered on the synopsis. She has given us a great why choose with a stalker obsessed with our FMC and it's a beautifully written dark romance that will leave you wanting more and more.
Felicity is a college student, she works at a diner to assist in her college expenses. The relationship between Felicity and her mom is not perfect. You can tell that they love each other, but you can see that they would have a better relationship with some space between them. When Felicity's mom loses her job and ends up blacklisted, Felicity picks up extra shifts at the diner to help make sure the rent and all the bills get paid.
One day, one of the couples who are Felicity's regulars stops Felicity to talk to her. They can tell that she is working herself to the bone and they think that she might be perfect for another job...and Felicity gets excited, she starts to think that she might be able to stop working herself to the bone.
In meeting with the couple they tell her that she would be working as a cam girl and she could do whatever she wanted on camera. It would be up to her and her comfort level. She could do as much or as little as she wanted. Felicity asked if she could wear a mask to protect her identity and they told her that was fine. Felicity agrees to try and see how it works out and how she feels about it.
Very quickly Felicity, or Bliss as she's chosen as her cam name, finds that she's a star. She's a natural at being a cam girl. And her subscribers love her. There are a few who are obsessed with her. And one of them, they search for clues to who Bliss is. And another one, they just bide their time till they can meet Bliss face to face.
The day that Felicity meets Ezra she thinks that she's such a klutz and out in la la land. She bumps into him while looking for a book in the school bookstore and she ends up spilling his coffee on him. And very quickly they start dating and Felicity learns that Ezra is a school teacher.
Felicity decides that she has to be honest with Ezra about what she does and explains to him about her being a cam girl and he's fine with it. When Felicity's offered the opportunity of a cam girl lifetime for a special event, Ezra's not OK with Felicity being with another man, but he agrees that there's no harm with her being with another woman.
Felicity finds that she is matched with Roxy. They spend some quality time getting to know each other in the lead-up to the event to make the event seem that much more natural. And while spending time together, they both start to fall for each other. Felicity, not believing in secrets, admits this to Ezra and he doesn't take it well.
From there events will have your jaw hitting the floor and your eyes popping out of your eye sockets. Honestly, none of this surprised me as I know and understand how Bre Rose writes. Bre has given us so many twists and turns to the plot and subplot. It's sublime. She has written the perfect world for this story and it feels so very real and it's almost like you could run into Felicity, Roxy, or Ezra anywhere or just around the corner.
Speaking of Felicity, Roxy, and Ezra, I just loved the characters. They act their ages and even a bit more maturely than their ages. And I loved their character development through the book and their arcs are perfectly crafted. They don't act like they are stupid and they started to use their god-given brains to figure out their problems rather than sit and whine and complain about their problems. Although, there is one thing that Felicity goes through that isn't all that great and I didn't like that all too much.
I'm going to tell you that you are going to be shocked after all is said and done. I'm still questioning why certain characters appear and they could have used a bit more fleshing out to understand them a bit better, hopefully, we will get another book with them as an MC and we will get to understand them better. Trust me, this is a great book that is well-written and is gripping, and enthralling.
I highly recommend this book. It is just amazing and I couldn't put it down. And you need to read more Bre Rose books. She is an amazing author. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
Ok this story was so different from the rest in this series and yet worked so perfectly with the series (so far) as a whole. One of the best things about this series of books is how unique each story is in terms of the author and what they can bring to the table and yet how they work so perfectly in a world as large as this.
What I loved from the beginning of this story was Felicity. She is struggling -and I don't mean ok maybe a little, I mean the weight of the world is on her shoulders, literally. Her mom has no job, she's working herself to the bone trying to not only keep the roof over their heads but to keep herself from falling behind on her education, knowing that the struggle for the degree will all be worth it in the end, assuming she makes it there in two years.
I think what makes Felicity's story so different and unique is that this story isn't necessarily about the romantic relationship(s) she has, it is all about finding herself and gaining a level of comfort and self awareness that she is lacking in the beginning. She does find love in the end (in an expected and completely unexpected way), but her journey to that love, discovery and acceptance of not only herself and the relationships she cultivates along the way is really what drives this home for me. The chemistry between her and Ezra and her and Roxy is off the charts, and is so different from each other that it really keeps you hooked as the reader, and adds to the self discovery theme throughout the story. I also really enjoyed the tension from Ezra (despite the fact that I did not think that this was going to end well for Felicity) when he discovers that while he thought he was protecting their relationship by telling her it was okay to do the calendar/shoot with a female, it really backfired in a way on him but yet opened the door to so much more love that Felicity had to give. I know that in the end Ezra and Roxy weren't interested in anything with each other (like no attraction, interest, you name it, it wasn't there) but they were willing to put all of that aside to focus on the most important thing to them, and that was Felicity.
This world just keeps throwing curveball after curveball and I for one can't wait to see what ride we get to go on next!
This was an excellent read! The character Chad in the book had a story a year or so ago and makes a reappearance here. Felicity is going to college and working at a diner to help pay her way. She and her mom have a volatile relationship; they do love one another though. When a couple that frequents the diner regularly talk with Felicity about another job…she becomes all excited! She also has a boyfriend named Ezra; he is a school teacher.
She currently resides by herself in a place with her mom. She always makes certain the bills are paid. Her mom lost her job months ago and has not found a new one yet. She discovers the new job is for a cam girl on the internet. She can do as little or as much as she feels. She will wear a mask to protect her identity. She is a star~ They absolutely adore her~ Only, a couple of them are obsessed with her. One looks for clues around her to discover who she is. Another, just bides their time.
When Ezra found out about her jobs, he was fine with it. When an opportunity comes her way for a special event, he does not want her being with a man, only a woman. So, she meets Roxy. They spend a lot of quality time together leading up to the event and they both become smitten. Not one for secrets, she finally tells Ezra, and he is not happy
What transpires next will have you with your mouth open and your eyes bugging out. Although, knowing how this author writes, none of this should really surprise us lol. There are so many twists and turns to the plot. The world building is very good for the characters, given their ages. I really enjoyed reading about how they use their brains for problem solving. Although, one thing that happens is definitely not kosher with Felicity.
You will end up pleasantly surprised after all the drama and crime. I still question certain characters in the book that is missing some fleshing out…but I am wondering if they will play a part in another book in the series. Only our lovely author knows. So, sit down and be prepared to not get up until you are done with the book and be prepared to keep it on hand to read while performing other chores. It is that good~
Another great read by Bre Rose! A why choose, dark stalker tendencies romance that has you wanting more! Delving into a life "Behind the Lens, Felicity, aka "Bliss" to her subscribers, soon found her groove as she became one with her secret identity on screen, "Behind The Lens". Needing money she soon found making soft p!rn an easy out without having to reveal her true identity. Filming in seclusion, mask on, she felt she was indestructible! Having stalkers, (that she was unaware of), was par for the course for women who seduced their subscribers into thinking they were the only ones she has eyes for. Meeting and dating Ezra was a dream come true for Felicity, and he was accepting of her "secret" after hours job, placing limits to her being on her own and not filming with other men, as he was not into sharing! But who is "Hothands69"? Who seems to have an obsession with "Bliss"? A careful watcher of her clips he keeps her in his sights, and who knows her true identity. He is waiting for the right time to reveal his identity to Bliss. And then her 2nd stalker with the handle "Ravensin" who also avidly watches her clips and also knows her real identity. It sucks you in and makes you want to tell Bliss to "Watch Out", cos they are coming for ya!! In the nicest possible way of course! Bliss meets Roxy at "work" when she is asked to be part of the yearly Calendar picture and video shoot. Sparks soon fly as they get to know one another before the video is scheduled. Bliss makes it known that she is uncomfortable doing the scene with another woman, but this was stipulated by Ezra that he would be unhappy if she did p!rn with another man! Sparks begin to fly and Roxy ignites something in Bliss that she was not aware of. Feelings for another woman?! It's a great story that takes you on a rollercoaster of a ride and with plot twists you don't see coming. A story of how two people overcome their prejudices and learn to live with the other.....not always happy but better than living without their Bliss!
Felicity is in college working as a waitress when her mother loses her job and is unable to find another one. Behind on bills, Felicity must take on extra shifts to not only pay her tuition but to cover all the bills. One of her favorite customers offers hernan opportunity that will solve all of her financial difficulties, but it is working as a cam girl, and Felicity has very little sexual experience. She is nervous about doing this but once she realizes she can remain anonymous by wearing a mask and do this job solo she comes into her own and starts to make a lot of money solving all of her and her mothers financial problems. Fast forward a year and Felicity is thriving at her cam girl job, doing well in school, got her mother out of financial ruins, her mom now has a job, and Felicity has a boyfriend, everything is finally fitting into place. Felicity is then approached by her boss to become part of a calendar job, where she will make a tone more money, one catch she needs to take her solo act and bring a partner in. Felicity is beside her self, when her boyfriend, who can't go on camera with her, has an idea, have a woman join her instead of a man. Felicity is nervous about this whole thing, but when her boss matches her with Roxy, fireworks explode between the two of them. At the same time, Felicity has a stalker watching her. Then, a huge twist comes when her mother elopes to a man Felicity knows nothing about. You are going to have to just read because this is going to shock you, and who am I to give away all these crazy twists and turns. Just when you think you have it all figured out, you realize that you are completely wrong. This one is absolutely worth the read.
This was such a fun read, and our first introduction to FF romance within the shared world - and I ate it up! I wish I was kidding, finished this one in like, three hours because once I started, I couldn't stop.
The suspenseful side of the story had me gripped, and I was shocked when my suspicions turned out to be way off base - normally I'm ace at picking out the plot twists, but Rose absolutely caught me out on this one! This was definitely one of the reasons I kept reading, but Rose also hooked me in with three distinctly unique characters, and with the promise of FFM, I was curious how it would all unfold.
I loved Felicity; her strength and her willingness to try anything if it could help further her chances of success. Timid and shy where needed, but also willing to take the chance if it would lead to better her life.
Roxy was that beautiful, strong, confident woman I know a lot of us wish we could be - and her "allergy" to men had me cracking up.
Ezra is a sweetheart, and I love how much he loved Felicity. I enjoyed how he thought out of the box so that he would be okay with Felicity doing the calendar entry as he knew how much it meant to her.
This quick read was chock full of emotion, spice and that sprinkling of suspense that has you turning the pages, and gets wrapped up into a sweet little happily ever after for our trio.
Thank you to the author and the Behind the Lens shared world team for the eARC opportunity. These are my honest thoughts that I have provided voluntarily.
I haven't read any of the other BTL books. I didn't even know this was part of a shared world, but I may have to look into it now.
**Possible Spoilers ahead** I couldn't put this book down. I had already figured out one of the twists, even though I did find myself doubting at one point. I didn't see the other twist although it does make sense now that it was made known. This was a quick read. I thought there would have been more spice, but ehh. This story was more about Felicity/Bliss making her own way in life. Growing into a confident woman and figuring out what she wants.
What made this not a 5 star for me was... I wish there was more from Roxy and Ezra's POV.. I would have liked to see more of them grovel in some way instead of just having time pass and Felicity just going back... Ezra ghosts out for 2wks or so without a word, and all is forgiven? Not to mention what didn't make sense to me was how it was made a point on how creepy the stepbrother is.. to stay far away.. how pushy the stepdad was in wanting Felicity to stay at the house with the family.... yet nothing comes of it even when Felicity ends up staying there after fleeing Roxy and Ezra? It was a missed oppportunity given the information that was provided. Otherwise, to me.. it should have just been left out. Regardless, good book.

Chasing My Bliss is book 6 in the Behind the Lens series.
It is an FFM book with bi awakening and coming out, menage romance, camgirl, cyber stalking, stepsister, and many more.
I love this book so much!
Throughout reading it, there were several twists and turns that I thought I saw coming, and then after reading some more, I was just proven wrong. In a good way, of course! The gasp I gusped in some parts of the book.
I fell in love with Felicity/Bliss once things had picked up, and I had seen the way that she was during her live sessions. I felt like I was really there, watching her through a screen (in this case, a book), and I even really liked HotHands69 from the get-go, too.
I never could have seen who was behind this username! Wow! I was shocked by that one.
I also loved Roxy's character. Her quirkiness, flirtatiousness, quick comebacks, and the way that she was so confident, and even the way that she treated Felicity right off the bat. I also really enjoyed Ezra's character too, though, in some parts I was like... wtf, but he kind of made up for it in the end.
I would definitely say there was character development and plot to the story. I really enjoyed this read from start to finish. The only reason it isn't a 5 is because I don't know that I would pick it up for a reread, but, that's not to say there was anything wrong with the book.
Okay so lets start right off and say this is a FFM story and when you know Bre Rose is the one that is bringing you the story then you know you are in for a treat. Now secondly if FF is not your scene then that's okay and take a step back.
So as always this is part of a shared world and ech book can be read alone, but if you have jumped onto this shared world then not only do you have Bre as an author but you have this story that has you hooked from the start.
Felicity is our main female lead who has got to the stage that life has became to hard she is trying to get an education while working every hour available and then an opportunity presents its self..... be cam girl, no needs to know who you are. Felicity has no choice and decides to give it a go and this is something she is good at.
She has a man that loves her and knows who is she is then she gets asked to make a calendar and needs a video, but a man doesn't want his woman to go with another man and then he cant be involved due to his career so he has a solution..... add in anoth3er woman.
A situation that should not evoke emotion but what happens when emotions become involved between these two females. How will felicity’s boyfriend cope.
Add into this Bre’s suspense and intrigue and we re left with twist I did not see coming.
Chasing My Bliss is the fifth installment in the Behind The Lens shared world series. All the books can be read as a standalone, there is very little crossover over characters and no plot crossover. This is a mildly suspenseful Romance with a decent amount of spice.
If you have read any of the other books in this shared world, you already know the majority of them have ended on a major cliffhanger, a ploy to get you to read another book by that author. Chasing My Bliss does not suffer from this problem, it is a complete story with a solid ending. Bre Rose is a skilled and talented writer who draws you into the stories with fabulous storylines and characters with depth and chemistry. I loved the smooth flow of the writing style, it was easy to follow the timelines. The plot felt slightly predictable at first, but then a couple major twists threw any routine out the window. I was captivated by Felicity, the Female Main Character, from the very beginning. She was realistic and relatable, with a best friend or kid sister feel to her. The other main characters were likeable, though not as much as Felicity.
Overall I found this to be a fantastic Romance read and addition to the Behind The Lens World. I enjoyed the suspenseful plot twists and chemistry between the characters
Bre Rose has dropped a bombshell FFM story for our pleasure! If you don’t already know, The Behind the Lens series is a collection of standalones, with each book representing a month. Now you may think of fireworks when you hear someone mention July, but did you know there’s a National “O” Day in this month? Fear not. Bre makes sure the sparks fly in Chasing My Bliss. It’s not just a tale about a young woman taking a job as a cam girl. There’s a lot more than meets the eye with her boyfriend. And there’s definitely a complication when the other cam girl she’ll scene with is her stepsister! The stepdad is a little too handsy, a little too bossy. Her stepbrother’s vibes scream stalker. And after being around them, it’s no wonder she has a feeling something isn’t right, because they’d make my skin is crawl too. But the real drama in any romance book is always with the love story; the heartbreak, the groveling, and the smut. But in this case, a lot of the smut is behind the lens and watched by viewers. There’s so much groveling. And that creepy feeling she’s had is well-founded when she’s knocked out and wakes up in a bed she doesn’t recognize.
Our Bre gives us a super hot read full of suspense! There were so many times I found myself saying, "Wait, what?" and "Who?!" Then came the moments when I either had to get up and walk around or sit down and try to piece everything together. So much mystery, so many secrets...
A very steamy and dark FFM/whychoose. Make sure to read the "shopping list"—I loved how she labeled the trigger warnings!
We have two FMCs, but the story revolves around Felicity: how and why she became a cam girl, and her ability to attract people—mainly creeps. She's a magnet and doesn't even realize it. With her sweet and insecure personality, she has no idea how cool she actually is. She goes on a journey of self-discovery and growth. The other FMC has a hot, strong, and dominant personality, and is only into girls. Then we have our MMC, who brings major daddy vibes and is completely obsessed with Felicity—only her.
This is a delightfully out-of-the-box story that didn’t disappoint one bit. And yes—it has an HEA!
I really liked this book alot. It was different from alot of other romance books ive read in that, yes there was romance and spice, but alot of the story focuses on the fmc, on learning who she is and her journey of self discovery and strength.
This girl has had it hard... I mean really rough. She ends up being the soul provider, paying house bills and helping her mom out while also paying her way through college. Hence the cam girl thing. It's not something she would ever think up on her own, as she's not that experienced in the bedroom. However she does find comfort in wearing a mask while camming.
She ends up filming with another woman, as it will bring in more money for her so If you are into FF, this has some spicy scenes to check out!
All around this was a great book. There was alot of spice, mystery, Obsession, stalking, twists and turns. This book will definitely have you scratching your head and asking wtf? The reveal will have you screaming "WHAT? NO WAY!"... I know i did!
This book was fine, it wasnt my favorite but i did have an enjoyable time reading it and i got through it pretty quickly. Roxy was by far my favorite character simply because i have a weakness for hot and confident women and i will own up to that. Felicity and Ezra were also okay, they didnt do anything to make me seriously dislike them but they also werent really my favorite. The ending section of this book fell a bit flat for me and thats mainly because i didnt understand why any of the characters made the decisions they made, specifically Ezra. To avoid spoiling it i will just say that for me it felt like his actions in the book were contradictory to the things that he is claiming to want, but i digress. Overall, the book was interesting enough for me to get through it and the spice was really good as well. Also, i will be checking out Chad's book in the future.
I was completely addicted and sucked into this book from the beginning! Masks, a little mayhem, stalkers, creepy vibes from step bro and daddy, FFM, and hidden identities made me run to the checkout! One clicked so fast I thought it didn't work.
Felicity, known as Bliss to the online cam world, is our FMC. She is shy but fierce. Determined to not let anything get in the way of her dreams, she cams for the money needed to get her degree. What starts out great turns a little dangerous when online names start surfing with demands. One guy shuts everyone down and becomes a silent guardian angel when she is live. Outside, she is living life with her boyfriend and learning of her mom's new marriage and getting step kids. Inside work, she has to get over her fears for a video. When both worlds collide, it's extreme, it's messy, dirty, but full of love that we all love from Bre Rose
Chasing My Bliss is part of the Behind the Lens Series.
Enter July with some hot and spicy moments, but what else can we expect when the holiday is National Orgasm Day. Get read to read some MF, FF, and FFM moments throughout this one.
Ezra was a charming character. He was a bit possessive and didn't want to lose Felicity. He gives her the idea to film with another female thinking their relationship with remain solid. However, Felicity gets to explore her sexuality with Roxy and discovers she can love two people at the same time. Roxy was a sweetheart who knew Felicity was it for her and really wanted to work on making a poly relationship work.
We do get some intense moments between these characters. Some unknown moments about who some of the viewers of the stream could be, leading to a big reveal. Good addition to the series.
A very enjoyable read! Bre Rose always writes such relatable and wonderful characters and this book is no exception. Felicity goes from having no idea to how to make ends meet to being an utter pro at being a cam girl. I loved how we as the reader get to see the spectrum of emotions she goes through with her calendar shoot/video and also the growing feelings she has for her co-star. Can I also say I want a bestie who is as much of a hype girl as what Roxy is. There is an added mystery to the story and I swear I changed my mind so many times in relation to who the person was and its a testament to the story that I was still shocked at the ending there. This is definitely a enjoyable read, but make sure to check that the triggers/tropes in this story are for you. Loved it so much and really hope to see the characters again.
Felicity "Bliss" is a college student working to pay for school and catch up in bills after her mom lost her job. She is approached by Lorna and offered a position at Behind the Lense.
She found a boyfriend that is okay with her job and is doing well in school and at Behind the Lense. When Lorna comes to her with an offer to join the calendar but advises she needs to add a partner to her shoot and video she isn't sure how the boyfriend will take it. Well turns out he will allow it only if it's a woman.
This book is spicy and filled with so many secrets and lies. Obsession, stalking and unconventional ideas full this story with twists and turns.
Will Felicity find her bliss amongst all the changes and lies or will she have to start over.
This book is part of the Behind the Lens series. Each book in this series is written by a different but amazing author. This series will have a total of 15 books (according to Amazon). I have read a few of these books and they have been amazing. I know I will love this book because it is written by Bre Rose, one of my favorite authors! This was such a good book! The FMC is struggling to make ends meet when she receives an opportunity that changes her life. Suddenly everything begins to fall into place. She has a great job, doing well in school and is in love with her boyfriend. Everything gets turned on its head when she is asked to join a project at work. That’s when everything seems to fall apart. Thank you, Bre Rose, for another amazing book in this series. This story was amazing and the reason why you are one of my favorite authors!!
