This is my THE ice cream book! It's so good. I've been looking for wholesome ice cream recipes without eggs and this book offers phenomenal recipes without. The flavours are amazing and not your traditional North American kinds. We're talking saffron, cardamon, rose, turmeric, and even apple amongst many other flavour combinations. I bought both the e-book and the hardcover.
Excellent ice cream recipe book (feels weird to call it cookbook) - I have been to the ice cream shop in Brooklyn - want to check out some of these recipes!
