It defends some claims that can't be defended (The Bible is inerrant because the Bible says it is, when, in fact, the books were not written together and the Bible was not ever seen as a cohesive whole until centuries after Christ [a verse in one book cannot then speak for other books], the New Testament "quotes" verses from supposedly Old Testament scriptures that are not found in the Old Testament, historical dates and lineages from different books (sometimes from within the same book) are in conflict withe each other, etc). Full of American Protestant Dogma that seems to assume that modern Protestantism directly stemmed from early Christian communes and that all other forms of Christianity are heresy. Relies on logical fallacies.
However, there are some worthwhile passages that explain why Christianity can still be relevant and that practitioners need not be embarrassed because of their faith.
Would not recommend reading unless you know how to read critically and how to take things with a grain of salt.
