This was a hilarious story about the Bengali Brudezilla, Helena, mainly from the perspective of older sister Forida. The way the conflict between British and Bengali cultural expectations is portrayed is both insightful and delightful. Many issues are covered, in particular the way life appears so much easier for the younger sister. A warm and meaningful read.

I’ve read the whole series of books, enjoyed them, and this one didn’t fail.
It’s an entertaining and easy read; nice to not have to cringe at an author’s grammar or proof-reading mistakes.
The characters, throughout the series, are likeable (unless they're purposely not) and if you read the series from the beginning you get different perspectives of each person involved.
I found it very interesting to get a glimpse inside of a culture that I knew nothing about.
