Private Investigator Damien Anderson and his younger brother watched in horror as their parents were killed in cold blood by the head of the mafia. Eye witnesses to a crime boss suspected in multiple homicides and a major gun trafficker, they have spent the last fifteen years in the Witness Protection program.
A teddy bear at heart, Damien can be sweet and kind but the moment anyone puts the people he loves at risk, he has no problem becoming lethal. Working with the FPA, the brothers find themselves at a crossroads when their past starts to catch up to them. Do they tell the men in the Agency the truth, or run once more and leave behind everyone they've come to think of as family?
Ex FBI Agent Max Morris is a man with a darker personality and a deadly skill set, who just happens to be the very definition of vigilante justice… and he has no issue with admitting it. Fed up with tracking down some of the worst repeat offenders only for the court to let them go on technicalities, Max quit the FBI and took matters into his own hands. He doesn’t regret a moment of it. Someone has to take the predators like his father off the street.
Travis Manning is a social worker and the newest member of the FPA task force. He is in his element helping to find safe haven homes for the children in need. The shy, secretive, non-social man suffers from low self-esteem, which isn’t helped when he seems to always end up dating men who are in the closet and keep him as their dirty secret. Travis always feels like he isn’t good enough, until he’s caught between Max and Damien. Literally.
When Travis’ abusive ex shows up in Baton Rouge and proves he's a risk to the sweet man they love, what lengths will Max and Damien go to in order to keep Travis safe forever?
Evie Riley believes too much time spent at the beach is barely enough. She enjoys spending time puttering in the garden, cooking yummy things for her family, and has a quirky personality, described by her partner as ranging from cute to deadly, depending on her blood-chocolate levels.
Evie crafts steamy gay male romance filled with all the edgy angst, or dark and gritty romantic suspense where her men must overcome difficult obstacles and may find love along the way while dishing out their own brand of justice.
Evie spends her nights writing bad boys in love, and her days wrangling the sweet boys she loves.
ENG Damien lives in Baton Rouge, where the Federal Protection Agency is, however he does not work for them, he is a collaborator, he owns a company with his brother (don’t tell they are brothers) Sebastian. His story is alternated to Travis and Max ones. Travis is a social worker and he moves from Gaithersburg to Baton Rouge for job and also to escape from a violent relationship. Max, instead, has a hard past: his mother abandoned him because aware of not being able to be a parte, his father that abused him. In this particular book, no case at all: Damien and Max need to support Travis searching for houses, the last one was set on fire in the previous book.
The structure is the usual as for other books: the main characters have some personal issues and during the story they try to cope with them, they make new friends, they find love etc.
I found some small typos and also I sensed a lot of repetitions in the same sentences, in the same and in different chapters. I also detected there was no great difference between characters: they thought/say the exact same. I think that Travis should have been a more appropriate title for the book: he really is the center. I think that the story is good, but repetitions made it a bit harder to read it.
I would suggest this book to adult readers not bothered about gay “unconventional” relationships and by the presence of some swear words.
Thank you so much to BookSirens for letting me read this book, I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Disclaimer # 1 – I recieced an advanced copy of this book in order to perform this review. Disclarimer #2 – This is a M/M/M book, and I generally don’t like menage stories. Nevertheless, I knew what I was getting into so I WILL be fair.
Generally I choose not to read menage stories as it’s something that I’m not generally comfortable. It’s not a moral objection necessarily, it’s just something that is so outside my personal experience that I just can’t put my mind in the character’s headspaces. Just like I can’t imagine living without the privacy of indoor plumbing – I know people did it in the past (and some may still do) but it would NOT be my thing. Anyway, here goes. Travis is a Social Worker working with Isaiah in Gaithersburg to help the kids rescued by the Federal Protection Agency (FPA). With the FPA’s permanent relocation Isaiah has asked Travis if he’s willing to relocate as well. Since the only thing keeping Travis in Gaithersburg is a relationship that he knows he NEEDS to get out of. For those of you who have read the previous FPA books, especially Book 1, who that relationship is with will blow your mind. I’m not going to say who it is, but Travis has now accepted that it’s time to be OUT while he still can.
Damien is 1 of the 2 owners of the P.I. agency that the FPA has partnered with multiple times. It didn’t happen right away, but with the FPA now located elsewhere eventually Damien and his business partner Sabastian decided to move their PI business as well. Damien and Sebastian have been background characters starting with either Book 1 or Book 2, so while we don’t know them well they aren’t new to the series. Damien and Sebastian have a BIG secret, one that has threatened their lives off and on for the past 15 years. That secret will have an influence on this book, though it’s not a direct part of the storyline.
We also have met the 3rd MC in this book – it’s Max. Max is the former FBI agent who was the one to actually pull the tirgger and kill a kidnapper (and serial child molester) in another previous FPA book (sorry, don’t remember which one). Since it’s already been disclosed previously it’s not a spoiler to say that the man Max killed was his father, AKA the man who’d repeatedly raped him for years. We alreadyt know about Max’s demons, though prior to this book we’ve never been privy to Max’s primary hobby, which hunting down molesters who have gotten away with it an administering his own brand of justice.
3 wounded souls, who find themselves tasked with the job of identifiying homes that could be rehabbed into new Safe Haven Foster Homes. Each man is afraid and at the same time brave. Each man feels that keeping his secret is the best way to protect themselves and others in their sphere. These are secrets that could destroy them or bring them closer together.
The relationship between the 3, as opposed to the professional association, begins with a club meet-up followed by a 1-night stand. None of the 3 expected to see the other 2 at the club that night, but all were OK with letting the chemistry and hormones lead the way. After that comes the drama is if/when/how these 3 would ever be able to build on that 1 night into something more.
Despite my general disinterest in menage relationships I still found myself rooting for these 3. Like I said before, 3 wounded souls. Much to their surprise they found peace and healing in each other. They also find something they wanted but were thinking they might never have – safety and a true home. My narrative of the story will stop here, as I don’t want to ruin it for anyone. The HEA though (or at very least HFN) is pretty much an expected given though if you’ve been reading the series. I might add, while reading the previous books in the series would help you fall into the story easier, the book COULD be read as a standalone. If you like M/M/M you will probably like this book even if you haven’t been following the series. I’m giving this book 4 out of 5. This book was MUCH more character/relationship centered and less-so on the FPA’s investigations (thank-you for that by the way, the other books were more about the cases than about the people working them). This book was less action and more emotion. Despite my usual dislike for triads these 3 guys getting together felt natural and right. However, it did feel like the strength of the emotions built faster than I would have expected. That’s the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5.
My Review I received a copy of this book from Booksirens. The book is already out. Trigger Warnings: Contains violence, abuse, death, and other nasty bits that could trigger some readers. I’m back with another Eve Riley book. It’s book six in the Federal Protection Agency and I couldn’t be happier. Damien’s book intrigued me when I first read the summary due to the menage relationship. Not because I have a problem with it, but rather the ones I have read before have left a lot to be desired. This book made me smile. Max is a grump. He very much reminds me of a cactus. A very deadly cactus. He’s an ex-FBI agent who now works as a vigilante. He is on a mission to get rid of creeps who evade jail. Max also does work for Damien when he is short on cash and helps out the Federal Protection Agency for the same reason. He doesn’t think he needs friends or a family. Damien is a sweet teddy bear of a man with a fierce need to protect those he views as family. He is a private investor and Max is a great source of irritation because of what he does. He wants Max to stop and also wants him to feel like he can open up to him and the others they work with. When Damien and Max meet Travis, they both feel the need to protect him, though they don’t know what he needs protection from. They both feel attracted to him and, to their surprise, each other. I really felt for Travis, who has had a string of bad relationships. His last attempt was an abusive terror who he ran away from. He no longer feels like he’s good enough for anyone. I wanted him to trust Max and Damien quickly (sue me, I’m impatient) so that the two could deal with the ex and the three could ride safely into the sunset. This book was sweet and sexy and though it dealt with heavy themes, it didn’t feel weighed down by them. I enjoyed every second of this book and look forward to another book by Eve Riley. Excuse me while I go cry in the corner, as this is the last book in the series-for now. Until next time peace and happy reading.
This book was not my favorite. There were a couple of things that didn't work for me. However, let me start by saying what did work.
+ I was a really emotional read, which lots of drama, angst and pain. I could really lose myself in this. + The relationship in this book was between three men, which I loved and would like to read more about. + Having not read the previous books in this series, I didn't feel like I missed any vital information. So it can really be read as a stand alone. + The story had good bones and I wanted to keep on reading to see what would happen next. It was just the points below that kept holding me back from being truly engaged.
- The writing felt sloppy. Words and information would be repeated multiple times, like I didn't get it after the first time. There was also a lot of internal musing instead of interaction with each other. - I missed the spark of attraction between the main characters. Sure, they were hot together, but that was about it. - This book felt kind of sexist with everything only referring to men. There was not a single female character in view for the entire book. - I felt like I missed the emotional growth and personal development between the characters. I didn't get to know anything about them except for the danger they were in and the abuse they suffered in the past. No happy memories of being with friends, no hobbies or a passion to speak off. It felt very bleak and not really like a happy reading at all. - It was really only Travis' story, even though it's Damien's name on the book. However, after an abrupt ending, we didn't even get closure on Damien's history, despite this being the last book in the series. This felt really weird to me.
Because of this, I will give this story only 2 stars. This is not to say this is a bad book, it's just that I personally didn't like it much.

This was a great story with three men who each had their demons and dangers but it was more Travis who had the nightmare coming at him determined to reclaim him to abuse far more. There was a great deal of emotional analysis for these men who had their challenges but together they worked well. Lots of danger and drama in their story but it was also easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MMM story with mature content.
I started reading without having read the synopsis, so imagine my surprise when I realized that this book would be a triad! It was wonderful! I love polyamory.
The first chapter was hard for me to read because of the mentions and descriptions of Baxter abusing Travis, but just when it got worse, and I thought I couldn't even continue, it was over. Which was a relief.
If Noah's book was different, this one takes the prize! The first chapters were an introduction of the characters and their respective stories and backgrounds and the beginning of their relationship. The scene in the bar… Perfectly magnificent.
There was a little bit of tension with Baxter and I got pretty mad at Travis for not talking to Max and Damien or even Mason about that situation, I mean… It was stupid of him not to seek help. And being a social worker and having seen thousands of cases of family violence… He should have known better 😵💫😥😮💨. I understand why maybe he was a little embarrassed to talk about it with Damien and Max, their relationship was limited to one night of sex and nothing else, but he must have talked to someone at least.
The good thing is that the agony didn't last that long, and they were able to solve that problem relatively quickly, and I loved their action plan.
The issue with the mob boss chasing Sebastian and Damien has yet to be resolved, which I suppose will be part of the plot of Sebastian's book (which I hope will be an “enemies to lovers”). And, perhaps, if luck is with me, in the future there will be a book about Mason's brother.
I look forward to the next set of books in this series!

He had to get away and when a chance came to move with his job to Batton Rouge Travis took it, he moved at dawn when no one would see him.
Shy, gentle Travis Manning loved his job at the Federal Protection Agency protecting children was his life but his life had become unbearable, the man that he thought had loved him was actually a homophobic gay who abused him both physically and mentally.
At Batton Rouge Travis was still a nervous wreck, constantly looking over his shoulder but there were two people who had noticed, two people who would understand, two people who took him under their wing.
Damian Anderson was a PI, he and his brother worked with the FPA but they were living with a secret that they had revealed to no one, they had been in witness protection and were now trying to evade a particularly brutal mafia gang after testifying against their leader.
Ex FBI agent Max Morris was a bit of a loose cannon, he didn't like the restrictions of the FBI, he preferred to elicit his own kind of justice to child molesters who had escaped justice, child molesters like his own father. Max worked part time for Damien when he needed money to continue his crusade.
Damien and Max finally persuaded Travis to confess what he was running from and why he was so afraid, knowing who the abuser was made them even more angry, what lengths would they go to to protect Travis ?
Although I quite enjoyed the story in this book it wasn't my favourite Eve Riley book, personally I think that too much was written about the physical encounters between the three men but that is just my opinion.
I received a free copy of this book and my review is voluntary.
I really enjoyed this book and thought that it was another good addition to the Federal Protection Agency Series. This book covers a few heavy issues so please take note of the trigger warnings. I thought that Damien, Max & Travis were great together and their chemistry was completely off the charts. The three of them each have their own baggage, Damien and his brother Sebastian have been on the run from the Italian mafia after they witnessed their parents being executed by the head of the Mariano Family, David Russo, then they testified against him and have been in pretty much WitSec for the last 15 years. Max was horribly abused by his father as a child, he did the world a favour by killing his father and as a coping mechanism he goes vigilante style on other sick f*cks who’ve escaped justice, and
Finally Travis’s parents never cared about him, he has a protein deficiency so he doesn’t put on weight, gets tired and sick really easily and he’s recently escaped an abusive relationship but he hasn’t run far enough since his ex has tracked him down. Both Damien and Max know that something is going on with Travis as they’ve seen the bruises and notice how jumpy he’s gotten. Travis eventually opens up to them about what’s going on. I really enjoyed seeing what lengths Damien and Max would go to protect Travis from his abusive ex. I’m looking forward to reading Sebastian next, as well as more books from Evie Riley in the future. I’d recommend this book, series and author to others.
After following this series from start to finish, I was excited for this book after reading the snippet at the end of book 5. It was interesting to see how Travis's previous relationship actually interwove with previous stories and made me think deeper about him as a character. All 3 of these MC's clearly had a lot of trauma but were brought together by their chemistry. Damien and Max were so caring and protective yet still had sparks between each other too. I do wish, however, that we'd heard a bit more from Max and Damien in their own right. It was a bit like everything revolved around Travis and, while this was important, it detracted somewhat from the characterisation of the other too. We never really learned anything more than basic history about Max - he never really opened up despite their relationship developing because all the focus was on Travis. The same went for Damien, even though his problem was still and active threat that was never actually dealt with. I liked how the focus was aimed towards their relationship rather than external action but for me it just missed the mark slightly. Despite this, it remains a good story and the chemistry between them was smoking hot. I'm not usually a MMM fan but this menage was definitely worth a read. Overall, this is a good addition to the series and I do hope that there will eventually be some more from the FPA!
Wow, that's my first thought after finishing this book. I was beyond shocked by this book, it was so good!! I didn't know how Max, Damien, and Travis would work, but Eve Riley made them fit together perfectly! At first this book starts off slow, but then gradually picks up. My heart hurt reading about what Travis went through, but let's be honest. All three of these men have been through a lot of trauma, my heart hurt the whole time reading about their backstories, but their stories were really well written. The background detail was great, they investigated a lot of houses and there were details about them all.
This book was really well written, the mysteries surrounding Sebastian and Damien, Baxter hunting down Travis, and Max being a vigilante. There was so much detail and depth!
I really hope Sebastian gets his own story at some point, I really want to read a book from his point of view.
There was one thing I was confused by, and that was the Italian mob being after Damien and Sebastian. It was mentioned that they were still being tracked, but then nothing else happened in the story to give the feeling that they were still being tracked by the mob. But other than that, I really enjoyed the story and the characters.
*I received an early copy of this book and this is my honest review.*
This is the sixth book in the Federal Protection Agency series although Damien is more a consultant/part time member of the FPA team in Baton Rouge. Damien has his own private investigation company, and Max is an ex-FBI agent and part time employee for Damien. When Damien is asked to do risk assessment and accompany Travis, a social worker, looking for city-owned properties to turn into safe houses for children, he asks Max to tag along as extra security. There is an attraction between the three men which grows over time. Despite each man having things in their pasts that could come back to haunt them, as it finally does for Travis, they work to protect each other and keep each other safe, as the attraction becomes more in their lives. As with the other books in the series, main characters are strong men with interesting back stories, drawing the reader into their world, and also interacting with other characters met before. Book kept me turning pages to find out how Damien and Max protected Travis, and ending seemed fitting. Not a long read, but a satisfying one.

Say it isn’t so…the END?! Please don’t let this be the last in this series. We still need to find out about the mafia, don’t we? Anyway, if you want sizzle in your M/M or in this case M/M/M romance, this is for you. Read. This. Book. This is the fifth book revolving around the men who work for the Federal Protection Agency where they assist in finding children who have been mistreated or worse. Just like the other books in this series, the action is immediate. It opens with Travis Manning who at 27yo has an established job as a social worker in Gaithersburg but needs to run. His highly closeted lover/abuser is getting more dangerous every day. When Travis moves to Baton Rouge in the dark of night, he meets two guys: Damien Anderson and Max Morris. They all have secrets. Can they make a threesome work? Find out their secrets and how they handle Travis’ problem with his abusive “boyfriend” Baxter. Here’s hoping there is at least one more book; closing out Damien’s story and maybe tie up other stories as happy endings. Please, please, please. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book through BookSirens.
Max, vigilante, wild card. He murders the scum of the earth with zero qualms. Damien saw his parents murdered. Him and his brother were put into witness protection. Constantly moving, they finally ran from witness protection. Making a different life for themselves. Travis is a social worker. Children really matter to him. Lonely, even though he had a boyfriend, was wearing him down. His (in the closet) boyfriend has a lot of rules. The main one is that he will forever be in that closet. His abuses just kept piling up on Travis till he sneaks away. Three damaged, guarded men.
Quite a busy book. I enjoyed all the guys but Travis (of course) is my favorite. I liked the protective instincts of Damien and Max. Their damages seemed like they would of produced very hard men but I thought that the author created likable men in spite of their pasts.
I missed a couple of books in the middle of the series but I felt like I didn’t lose any steps in this story. Sorry to see the series end.
This is the last book in the Federal Protection series which had me hooked after the first few chapters of the first book. This book is a bit of a departure from the other four books in the series with a slightly different focus. It was good, but not what I expected from the last book in a series. The emotions for each of the main characters were very raw and moving which I especially liked. They each had complicated and disturbing pasts that greatly contribute to the overall story. In spite of, or because of their pasts they come together in a way that was totally unexpected and fulfilling for both them and the reader! A triad or a throuple - again a departure from the rest of the series. I am sorry to see the series end, but look forward to another wonderful new series from Eve Riley soon. I was provided a copy of this book by the author, and am leaving this review that reflects my opinion of the book voluntarily.
Exciting and I want more! After witnessing a horror no child should witness, Damien and his brother are placed in WitSec. They work for the Federal Protection Agency as PIs. The FPA doesn't know about their prior lives. Max, ex FBI Agent, quit the bureau when the bad guys didn't received the justice they earned. So he went rogue vigilante. Travis is a social worker working for FPA charged with finding the rescued victims safe homes. He is socially awkward and dates the absolute worse men for his personality. He flees when his abusive boyfriend crosses a line. When the boyfriend catches up, Damien and Max, go into full on protective mode when Travis' abusive ex shows up and acts out. These three all have their secrets and their quirks, but they are absolutely delightful. This is an absolutely exciting story and you are rooting for the men throughout. I wish it couldn't end, it was so good. Well done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Damien is the last in the Federal Protection Agency series for the moment and concerns Travis, a social worker attached to the FPA, Damien who runs a detective agency also linked to the FPA, and Max, a part time vigilante who also works for Damien when he needs money to fund his hunt for child abusers who escape the law.
The main plot concerns Travis as he tries to make a new life away from his abusive ‘lover’ while trying to help set up safe houses for children. When his lover tracks him down he finds he has to ‘fess up’ to Damian and Max. Added to this is the complication of the three guys unknowingly hooking up at a club.
This is a great ‘finish’ to the series with some hot stuff going on and some heartfelt moments. There are some moments of doubtful morality but maybe bad guys need to be eliminated when nothing else works. At least in fiction that is. Enjoy!
4,5 * This book, it gripped my heart so much and I was glad to see these three guys get their hfn/ hea at the end of the story. They book follows along the known structurw for the series and that works for me as a reader. They, Damienmax and Travis, all had accumilated trauma in their younger years and Max was still full on in getting more and questioning his worth. These guys are strong career men all in their own way, but have specific queerks and ways to cope. I was glad to read how they tackled Travis his nemesis. I however would like to see that Damien gott his closer for him and gia brother, however we might see that later on or in a spin off as this ia the last book in the series for now.
Triggers might be apllicable.

Damien owns a private investigation business with his brother. They help out the Federal Protection Agency when they are needed. They are also hiding from the people who killed their parents. Max was raised by his father who abused him until he was a teen. Max was an FBI agent for awhile and then decided to track his father down. Max is now starting to come to terms with his abuse and is slowly opening up and enjoying a relationship. Travis moved to Baton Rouge to help out. Travis is a social worker, trying to find homes to serve as safe houses for the kids that need protection. Travis keeps his head down and does not want to be found. Baxter comes looking for Travis. Can Max and Damien keep Travis safe????? What will happen when Baxter finds Travis?????.

Damien and his brother Sebastian were on the run from the Italian mob after seeing their parents killed for 15 years and have a private investigation agency. Max had a very hard life because of what his father did to him but that was taken care of and did some vigilante work against pedophiles plus did some work for Damien. Travis was a social worker that worked with the FPA, was asked to move to Baton Rouge which he did after what his boyfriend cop did to him. Damien and Max were to protect and do an assessment of the properties Travis was looking at, later met at a bar without realizing the others were there and had an amazing night. The cop found him after what he did to Travis the other two made him move in with them and the problem was solved. Good book!
Travis was in an abusive relationship and when he was offered a move to Baton Rouge ran away in the night. Damien had been on the run from the mafia with his brother for 15 years and had settled in Baton Rouge with FPA. Max was working for Damien having killed his father following childhood sexual abuse. All the men were vulnerable and not looking for a long term relationship. When they all worked a job together their feelings for each other grew. Max and Damien would protect Travis when his past came calling. Hot, steamy, emotional rollercoaster with kind, caring, protective men, wonderful friendships, danger, suspense and a lovely HEA.

I love the story of Damien Travis and Max. I couldn't put down the book until I finished it. I loved every single one of them in this series I hope that Eve will continue it at some point. It is a pace Turner it has all the delicious stuff that you want in an eve Riley book. In my opinion is a definite must read. Damian story as you will see takes a different turn than most of you Riley books but it is so good the way she wrote it and I can see why she wanted to do the story the way she did with Damian, Max, and Travis. It is incredible, romantic, unpredictable and steamy it has wonderful main characters and shows that the heart wants what the heart wants.

'If he was in trouble, I would be there to make sure he was safe. If there was a threat out there looking to cause him harm, I would eliminate it. I wasn’t going to allow anyone to hurt him, not while there was still breath in my body.'
I really enjoyed this book. I've read other books by this author, but none of the others in this series. I really loved all three of the men. Travis, Damien, and Max all had very distinct voices, and I liked the dynamic between them. The chemistry between the three was scorching! I was most drawn toward Travis- I'm not sure if it's his personality or the danger he was in; I can understand Max and Damien wanting to protect him. The story was exciting and suspenseful. I was completely hooked! 5 stars
When you meet Damien, you think this is one tough dude, don't cross him. When you meet Max, you think, cross the street, stay out of his way. When you meet Travis, you think someone hurt this man, badly and often. Damien and Max are actually teddy bears looking for someone to take care of. Travis has physical issues that make a lot of things hard for him. He is strong enough to deal face down the child abusers and traffickers and find safe places for children but not as good at protecting himself. But if the three of them work together, is that something their families and friends can accept? I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Damien isn't the star of this show, but it is his romance. There is a plot involving a torturer chasing after Travis. It felt more like Travis's story since he is the one rescued and cared for by the other two. But mostly, this book is passion on every page. As usual, I almost wish there were vigilantes like Max around taking care of the evil criminals in the world. Travis's abuser is evil and unlikely to be convicted even if taken to court. I liked how these men find a family together and make up for all they have suffered.

Travis moves to Baton Rouge to escape an abusive ex and encounters Damien and Max. This book wraps up the series about a federal agency tasked with solving crimes against children. Damien, Max and Travis are not directly part of the FPA team, but work alongside them. The three of them are teamed up to investigate homes to be used as safe houses, but they team up outside of work as well. This book fills in Damien's back story and the dangers he and his brother face. It is a fast-moving story, but there is a lot of violence, both in the current action and descriptions of past violence and abuse. "Damien" is another great book in the Federal Protection Agency. The characters are perfect and the story is fantastic. All three main characters have complicated and difficult pasts and there are parts that nearly break your heart. Their connection to each other is deep, the chemistry is palpable and the sex is steaming hot. The suspense and danger pull you in from the start. I love these books, they are easy to read but keep you on your toes.

This was a continuation of the Federal Protection Agency series. While I have not read the preceding books I did add them to me TBR. Travis is a social worker & liason with the FPA who also has an abusive ex boyfriend. Max is a freelance agent for the FPA & then we have Damien part owner of the FPA. Travis also has an abusive ex boyfriend who begins to stalk him. Max & Damien being the protectors that they are help him. I found this to be a well written triad story. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Damien and Sebastian run an investigation agency along with their crew. Max is part of that crew, a former FBI agent and vigilante. Damien and Max are constantly butting heads. Travis is the Social Worker who recently moved to escape his abusive ex. All of the people interact with the (FPA) Federal Protection Agency a government organization to protect children. This is a fascinating adventure that brings these people together to save Travis. It tells about past traumas in their lives, friendship, romance and overcoming your past.
If I have any complaints it would be that this series has concluded, well, for now. This is a fantastic collection of stories. I’ve enjoyed them all. This one is no exception as the characters are all top notch. I will say I am especially impressed with this author’s ability to write about quick justice. I’m not advocating for or against any ideas presented here simply stating my appreciation and respect for the freedom of opinion. This book is another success to this author’s credit in my opinion.
