The Apocalypse Was a Dark Comedy Robots can foul up anything, and biologicals can foul it up worse, but to foul up everything at once, they must work together. So they worked together.
This is the hilarious story of the 32,000 young men and women who drew the duty of kicking the robots off our dead world, so we could start to rebuild.
But first, the robots had to teach them to be men and women again.
Author's Summary The robots had superior tech and perfect military discipline. Our only advantage was that we had neither.
Everyone knows how we beat them, but you only know what I wanted you to know. Now, it’s finally time to tell you what really happened. This is my memoir of the war, edited by Dr. Insensitive Jerk. As editors go, he was not the most skilled, or the most likeable, but he was reasonably priced. In retrospect, I should have paid more.
Editor's I'm not writing a summary. You should have treated me better.
Publisher's Summary Given the author, we were fools to accept this contract. We won't make that mistake again.
The contract requires us to supply a summary, so here it FU.

Friendly aliens, enemy aliens, sentient computers, human women, and human men clash and collaborate in this exciting and thought-provoking science fiction story. Its fictional science is clearly described, constrained by rules, and plays out in a logical manner. Meanwhile, the human interactions express ideas about human nature that I found challenging and worthy of dinner conversation. Just what I look for in science fiction, and rarely find.
Extremely entertaining with explanations about social interactions from a slightly twisted but realistic view . Recommended reading especially for male readers.
