Sometimes your family are the people you find along the way.

Isla Green was found abandoned in her home when she was ten years old. Her mother vanished without a trace and now the only things she has left of her mother is a little bow that she wears everyday and her mother's voice in her head, telling her she will never be good enough.

Isla is tired. Tired of that voice in her head, tired of that feeling of abandonment and she is tired of hiding away from the world.

Along the way she falls (literally) into the arms of Noah Radmore. Noah is by every measure successful, he has a good job, his own place and a life he should be proud of. Despite this he can't help but feel like his is missing something, like there is more to life than the way he is living.

The two embark on a relationship which brings adventure, comfort and an acceptance that you cannot control everything. As the two being to fall for one another they attempt to work out how to bring that spark into their lives that they've always been missing.

I LOVED this book 🥹

I feel like it gives such an important message. I suffer with a bit of anxiety, much like a lot of other people & this book sends out such an important message that it really doesn’t hurt to just ask somebody if they’re okay & to let them know they’re not alone ❤️‍🩹 biggest well done to Caz, mental health is really important and this book was incredibly sensitive to that.

I adored Noah & Isla so much. How they cared for each other & everyone else around them was beautiful. Beautiful characters, beautiful book.

Please read the trigger warnings before reading this book ❤️‍🩹 but I do recommend everybody giving it a read.

I was very blessed to receive this beautiful ARC from Caz. I was so so excited when it arrived in my inbox and WOW it did not disappoint.

“𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞, 𝐛𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞.”

This book took me through every emotion, I was giggling, crying, smiling. I fell in love with both Isla and Noah as soon as I met them, they literally stole my heart. Noah is a sweet soul who just wants everyone to feel safe and happy, when he meets Isla that is his priority from the start. Isla just wants to be loved and someone to stay with her. Noah and Isla both struggle with their mental health, but together they realise it’s ok sometimes not to be ok and work through their struggles together.

“𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒚 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒕?”
“𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒕”

Caz, for me personally this book really is a voice for the people who struggle with mental health and it’s comforting to know you are not alone. It can be a real struggle to talk about mental health but your book really expresses the importance of reaching out. You handled the sensitive topics with such care & grace. I truly feel every single book lover who enjoys a cosy heartfelt, raw emotions romance needs to pick up this book. I promise you will not regret it. I cannot wait to have the paperback for this book to add to my shelves.
5 star read for me⭐️

REVIEW POST - Book 6 of 2025

Next Stop Us by Caz Redpath

Caz knows how to hit you in the heart. And she makes no exception with this one.

Feeling safe and happy and like we belong is something that everyone wants, deep down. And poor Isla, abandoned at a young age, has not felt like that her whole life.

She falls for Noah, literally and figuratively, in this sweet story. Both characters realise that sometimes you have to take control of your own life if you want to be truly at peace. No one else is going to do that for you, and sometimes that involves having the hard conversations in life.

Caz reminds us that it's so important to check on people, to mean it when we ask "How are you?" And to not be held responsible for other people's opinions, actions or thoughts. Life really is too short.

It's not about who you've known the longest, it's about who shows up and says I'm here.

So proud of you Caz 👏

I have been an ARC reader for all of Caz’s books, this one included, and it has been great to see this journey through. She really does just keep getting better and better. It was interesting to see something a little different from her Rosehaven series but she smashed it and definitely didn’t disappoint!
All of the characters brought something to the table, even the side characters, one particular one who I want to see more of! They either made me love them or hate them (those 2 specific people👀) but they all made me feel something and most felt really relatable. I felt really seen in most of the characters and it reminded me I’m not alone, we all feel certain ways.
The mental health representation was *chefs kiss*. It honestly could not have been presented better and also showed how it affected so many peoples lives and how to deal with not only your own struggles but how to help your friends out too.
As always, a five star book from me.

This was really special to me. ✨

I’ve been struggling the last few weeks and I just didn’t know why (well I knew but not knew knew, if that makes sense). To see certain words and feelings on paper was validation, that it’s real and not coming I’ve conjured up.

I absolutely loved this book. I have felt heard and seen and just understood.

This book will hold a special place in my heart. ♥️

It shows you that there is light at the end of the tunnel, there is hope and love and family (in whatever form it presents it self).

I loved all aspects of self healing and feel motivated to put the work in too.

I loved how attentive and perfect Noah was! Like seriously, someone who ACTUALLY listens to you and the things you show?? Like sign me up please!!

This was such a cosy romance for me, which is just what I needed to read right now. I fell in love and connected with instantly with Isla and Noah as they were just so relatable. As always, Caz touches on some real issues here, but does so absolutely beautifully, which in itself makes it even easier to connect and really understand these characters and their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. All of this with a little sprinkle of spice made this such an easy read for me!

All the stars for Next Stop Us, and I've got a new fave book boyfriend to add the list now 👀❤️

Next Stop Us is the kind of book that grabs you by the heart and doesn’t let go. It’s a beautifully written, deeply emotional story about love, healing, and the struggles we often keep buried.

Isla and Noah’s romance is the perfect mix of tenderness and passion. Their connection is instant but never rushed—it feels real, raw, and incredibly touching as they slowly let their walls down. You feel every moment, from the hesitant beginnings to the all-consuming love they find in each other.

But what really makes this book stand out is how it tackles mental health. Isla’s abandonment issues and Noah’s struggles with anxiety and panic attacks are handled with so much care and authenticity. It never feels forced or overly dramatic—just real. There is a real voice to the struggles that so many people deal with but often don’t know how to express.

And let’s not forget the humor! Paul and the rest of Noah’s circle of friends are absolute gems. Their banter and unwavering support provide the perfect balance to the heavy moments. They love Noah for who he is and embrace Isla without question, proving that sometimes, the family you choose is just as important as the one you’re born into.

What makes thos story so powerful is the way Isla and Noah don’t just fall in love—they also confront their demons. They fight for themselves, for each other, and for a future that’s not defined by their past. Watching them grow, heal, and choose love despite everything? Absolutely beautiful.

This book is a must-read for anyone who loves heartfelt romance, emotional depth, and characters who feel like real people. It’s raw, funny, heartbreaking, and hopeful all at once. Trust me—you won’t be able to put it down.

Once again Caz you have knocked this out of the park.

Caz's author voice is really so different from so many other books I've read, it is all the feels and vibes from a hallmark movie BUT with some of the best depictions and accurately of dealing with mental health, anxiety, mh disorders and how people cope with it for years.

As a big advocate for asking for help and going to therapy I love that this is addressed in the book often enough that it is important but not so often it takes over the romance.

The blossoming love between our two lead charecters is just so sweet and warming to read. I had moments of kicking my feet and being so over the moon when things went right for them!

I have so many feelings about side charecters that i really hope Caz continues this world so I can find out if sweet sweet paul gets a happy ending

“The more you fake your feelings, the easier it gets. It is almost so easy now, that sometimes I am not sure what emotion I am truly feeling.”

What a quote🥹 Caz really pulls at your heart strings with all her books but this one was the most emotional for me💔

I found comfort in how relatable the characters were, their experiences and pain; the way they view themselves and the world, down to the dialogue, I felt a part of them two throughout and loved being with them on their journey and growth🥺

After this quote >>> “she’s the kind of woman you would lay down in a puddle and let her walk over you so her shoes don’t get ruined.” 10/10 ⭐️ I need a Paul book badly!!🫠🫠🫠

Proud of you Caz! Excited to see more of your talented stories xxx

✨️ ARC Book Review✨️
Next Stop Us- Caz Redpath (265📖) (22nd January - 26th January) 5⭐️ 2🌶

Thank you so much to the amazing and talented @authorcazredpath for allowing me to be part of her street team and to ARC her third book Next Stop Us.

This book is flipping phenomenal! I cannot fault it in the slightest. The characters, the scene setting, the plot and everything in between was chefs kiss. My emotions were all over the place the entire time, but I was always smiling with every interaction between the MCs. I have never related to characters the way I did with Isla and Noah. I loved the way their mental health was detailed and talked about as part of the main plot rather than just being a little side character in itself - it represented mental health like it would occur in real life and how challenging it is to live with . Caz nailed it with this book. My only request is that Paul gets his own  - he deserves his woman worth laying in a puddle for too and I want to devour every single part of it.

Wow. This book is a massive five stars from me. I devoured it in one day as I could not put it down.

The story is a cosy romance about Isla and Noah, who both have interesting back stories. They meet on the tube and have an instant connection, which brings out the best in each other, helping them both to start enjoying and living their life rather than just existing. The book explores mental health and suicide and the impact it has on others. What I really enjoyed during the story was how a group of men dealt with this and how they then supported each other and ensured they talked about their feelings. There is a massive stigma with men and mental health, and from personal experience of men who have been affected by suicide and mental health issues, I particularly liked the emphasis that men can talk about their feelings and not be ashamed of it. I felt the book dealt with this so well and would be a good educator for men in similar experiences.

The story gave me a range of emotions from happy to sad to angry, but ultimately, when finished, I was left with a warm fuzzy feeling that I don't always get from a book.

I can't wait to read more from this author and look forward to more of her books.

I received an advanced reader copy for an exchange of an honest review

Thank you to Caz for an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I don’t know how to put my feelings into words about this book but I’m going to try. This could easily be the best book I read in 2025.

Isla and Noah are everything. They’re relatable, they feel as though they could slot into real life and no one would bat an eyelid. Caz has a talent for making characters seem like the sort of person you could fall into on the Tube.

Mental health plays a role in this book, as in her other books, and is handled delicately but also doesn’t shy away from the impact it can have on you and the people around you. There is also a focus on a group of men who are in touch with their mental health and this was a breath of fresh air to read as it encourages the conversation of mental health within men. Men are less likely to discuss mental health issues as it’s often considered to be a taboo subject but this should not be the case and I’m incredibly glad that this was discussed within the book.

I teared up at multiple sections during this book, particularly at the funeral scene, and sometimes I want to throttle Caz with the emotions that she can evoke from me. I mean that in the nicest way, I promise, she won’t hate me for saying that. But Noah inviting people to Isla’s mum’s funeral, not just any people, but people who care for her and want to see her do well.

Character depth is also something that Caz does so well in all of her books which helps them to feel as real as possible. They’re a full 3D person and don’t fall flat on their faces. Each character has their flaws and these are discussed but this makes them real. God I feel like I’m repeating myself but it’s true.

Noah struggles with anxiety and struggled with panic attacks. Before meeting Isla, the voice in his head was the teacher who found him during his first attack but part way into the book, the voice changes from her to Isla and this is a significant turning point for his character development throughout the book. Additionally, he struggles with homophobia from his father, who continuously cheats on his mother, and this is something that has been ongoing for some time. Towards the end of the book, after becoming more confident in himself and deciding to quit his job, Noah confronts his father and offer his mother support if she chooses to leave him.

Isla struggles with abandonment, after her mother left her as a child and all she has left from her mother is the white bow that she was given. Next Stop Us showcases Isla finding herself, finding who she is as an adult. Finding a job that she enjoys, putting herself in situations that are slightly uncomfortable at the start but then become comfortable when you start to know the people around you, putting herself out there to take the tube to work, accidentally falling into the arms of a man who has been looking out for her? Definitely that last one.

All in all, I’m really proud of Caz for writing this book. I know how much time, effort and love she’s put into this and it’s different to her other two releases which is scary but it doesn’t mean it’s without the typical Caz pulling at your heartstrings.

Would he lay in a puddle for her? After reading this ARC, it’s safe to say the answer is yes. And she would for him as well.
At first, I remember thinking the story kind of dragged a bit in the first act, but then it really picked up in the third act. I even felt tears coming to my eyes at a couple of points.
I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life, and the lessons here were similar to what I went through in therapy. The line from Paul (“We’re all broken in a way but that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve to be happy”) really resonated with me.
I could really see that Noah and Isla were great for each other. They supported and leaned on each other no matter the situation. Noah was a kind and patient man, and he always showed up for Isla, and she returned the favor later on.
Now about that third act, it was a real twist with a strong emotional punch. After all the time we are led to believe Isla’s mom was abusive, we found out she was very loving and just struggling.

This was a refreshing change of pace to the books I usually read.

Two strangers meet on the tube and a connection is formed, Isla is struggling with abandonment issues after her mum walks out on her at the age of Ten and is incredibly lonely due to struggling to form relationships. Noah suffers with anxiety, the loss of a childhood friend to suicide has had a massive impact on his life, one of those being that both he and his group of friends communicate effectively and freely with each other. (Which is a brilliant thing despite the sad cause for this)
Once these two meet they can’t stay away from each other, they face the highs and lows of life together and help each other navigate life and get to where they want to be.

Is it insta love vibes? Yes, however I felt this was very realistically written, sometimes you just meet a person that has a massive effect on your life.
I enjoyed the in depth way we delved into their lives, there was a massive focus on mental health also which was a tear jerker, but refreshing thing to read.

This book was a lovely read, it was slow to start but once it kicked in I couldn’t stop, by the end I was in tears along with the characters.

Next Stop Us Arc ✨❤️

Caz has done it again!
Noah and Isla are the most relatable characters and the writing of their stories is just beautiful.

We follow their journeys battling mental health and traumas, ultimately bringing them together.

This book covers some really difficult topics such as suicide which Caz handled beautifully. As someone who has unfortunately lost someone in this way, it can be difficult to read about, but this book highlighted the need for more awareness and was written so thoughtfully!

I absolutely loved the male characters in this book and their support system for each other, especially Paul. This book had me feeling all of the emotions.

The story sends such an important message and is a must read!

Next Stop Us will be released on 14.02.25, everyone mark their calendars, and thank you so much @authorcazredpath for the opportunity of reading this arc copy. Like your other books, this one has been a beautiful 5⭐️ read for me 🥰🫶

As per her previous books mental health is tackled delicately but honestly, which is essential for the foundations of this beautiful story. Isla and Noah’s backgrounds aren’t simple (whose are?), but the way Caz develops their characters leaves you wishing they will find a way forward…together. The way certain moments are captured made me well up, because life isn’t easy and we all have our own demons to confront. Something I’ve long-respected in Caz’s work is that drama isn’t used randomly to push the plot: every choice has a purpose. Her words and themes resonate with those of us who have experienced similar issues, wish for clearer communication from those around us and hope that one day things will get better.

It’s been so hard to avoid spoilers in this review, so please just trust me and read this fantastic book. You’ve smashed it again, Caz.

Content warning list appears at the beginning of the book, should you need it.

My thoughts: Next Stop Us is the second book I have read by the incredible Caz - and once again she has succeeded in making me feel every emotion under the sun while reading this book. There were moments where I felt I could weep, others where I could not stop smiling and then feel the utmost pain for the experiences of Isla and Noah - both of whom have their own challenged backstories but are also navigating towards a more positive future.

NSU is written as a dual POV and I loved getting the contrasting viewpoints of Noah and Isla. Both characters were extremely loveable and the side characters in this novel were of equal importance; a stand out favourite being Noah’s friend Paul.

Isla is haunted by the voice of her mother who acts as the antagonist in this novel, while Noah is comforted by his internal voice which resembles Mrs Baxter (his old school dinner lady). Caz does a great job of allowing both Noah and Isla to guide and support one another through their struggles and any adversity that comes their way.

This is a really special novel that is emotional on many levels, and readers will build a strong connection with Noah and Isla - this is a read I will be highly recommending as well as Caz’s other novels!

So Caz has only gone and broken my heart again, just to refix it.

The plot of this is so very sweet, with the side plot being intense and emotional.

We watch the FMC navigate her feelings for her mother and adoptive mother, starting a new job and falling for our handsome MMC.

Our MMC is going through a bit of an existential crisis (relatable) and falls in love with our lovely FMC with her white bow.

Honestly, I devoured this in a day. It's intense but ever so relatable. It's also really nice to see a group of men showing real emotions and always checking in with each other, something I wish we got to see more of in the real world. So thank you, Caz, for bringing some raw emotion into this book. It was refreshing.

This was an absolute joy to read!
I loved the organic way Noah & Ilsa’s relationship begins & develops. They have both experienced turbulent lives until this point & finding each other is almost fate. There are difficult times ahead for them both, but the support they provide each other is beautiful & selfless.

The discussion of trauma & mental health throughout this book was refreshing. I felt that the subject of suicide was covered delicately and was poiniont in the way it explored how such tragedy can lead to positive changes to the lives of those left behind. It was also a stark reminder of how important it is to be open & honest with those around us. I felt that it brought such an important message, by our nature as humans we feel our ‘failings’ deem us unworthy of true happiness when in fact these are lessons we can grow from and we each deserve to find true happiness.

My only wish is that we got a little more of the relationship purely between our MCs at the end.

This is a story of healing and self discovery. It was refreshing to read a healthy relationship with actual clear communication. And Noah and Isla couldn’t be more perfect for each other, the amount of understanding and patience Noah showed to Isla is exactly how a relationship should be. And Isla becoming Noah’s safe place was so endearing to read.

Now I can’t lie, I found this book quite heavy with all of the topics it included, they were well written but please just make sure you’re in the right head space when reading it otherwise it may feel a tad overwhelming. Chapter 53 made me cry buckets 😭

Overall a good read and another great book from Caz!

Triggers include:
Childhood abandonment
Dysfunctional family dynamic
Panic attacks
Anxiety
Su*cide

Isla and Noah’s relationship is the epitome of heartwarming, it’s filled with so many instances of genuine connection. They’re the type of characters who would lay in a puddle for each other. This kind of emotional connection leaves a deep sense of reassurance and respect with readers.

Next Stop us navigates difficult subjects with an intimate approach that feels profoundly sensitive. I truly appreciate novels that feature accurate representations of anxiety and panic attacks, as someone who experiences them. It helps me to connect to the characters personally, and it gives the narrative further depth.

This is my third book by Caz, and every time, the books just tug at your heart strings. This one, Noah, is a walking green flag, cinnamon roll, golden retriever man. He is amazing, and Isla is shut off from the world for fear of being hurt, abandoned, and lost. Instantly, you're connected to these two characters who have experienced moments in their childhoods that shaped them. I was rooting for them as people, and as a couple throughout the entire book, it's sweet, sad, funny, and heartwarming. Makes you reflect that you're not promised tomorrow or another moment and so take them when you can.

A special book by a special author. I loved Next Stop Us. It was beautiful and touched upon important topics very well.

Caz Redpath's Till Death Parts Us was my first ARC ever and I loved it. Caz got me into trying a new genre, Romance, and I'm forever grateful.

Next Stop Us is a heartwarming story of Isla and Noah who find each other in the daily chaos of the world. The mental health and sexuality depiction is done brilliantly and respectfully. I like Noah's group of friends, especially Paul. The plot is wonderful and comes in full circles towards the end. I am glad they got the closure they each deserved and had a new beginning.

This book focuses a lot on mental health. If reading about anxiety, panic attacks, and discussion of suicide is a trigger for you, then this might not be the best book for you.

However, I loved it. This is set in London which I loved, it had the cutest meet-cute ever. The found family vibes were strong which gave the main character's the stability they needed in their lives. Isla and Noah were just adorable. And it felt really refreshing to read a book with very little spice... the storyline was the main focus, and it was written so well. And Noah was just the perfect boyfriend.

This was my first read by Caz Redpath and it didn't disappoint!! I loved the two POV alternating chapters, Noah and Isla are both very well rounded and charming characters. The way they meet is just so sweet and their growing love for one another just makes your heart melt! Add in some tough situations and it makes the story sharper round the edges and much more realistic. The other characters in the story are really explored in depth too, they add so much value and emotion to the story. Can't wait to read the next in the series!!

~ 4.5 ⭐️

Ever since the first small teasers about this book, Ive been waiting very (im)patiently for the chance to read Next Stop Us and I can tell you it lives up to my hype and so much more 🤍
This is so much more than a romantic sweet and heartwarming story, it also has layers of insecurity, anxiety and personal trauma. Noah and Isla are two absolutely beautiful individuals and their random meet-cute is not only sweet but also destined for greatness. Several times during the story I cant help but to pause my reading to just sit in the realness of their story. It hit home several times and even if I cant relate to their trauma, its incredibly relatable. 🤍

Noah and Islas story is nothing out of the ordinary but how absolutely extraordinary isnt that?! 🤍

This was a very sweet, heart-warming love story! Im so glad I was chosen to obtain an ARC copy. The plot line was very sweet and felt very realistic. The two main characters were kind and loving and very human. Their relationship was so very healthy and non-toxic. There was a lot of filler and redundancy of emotions when we switched the POVs, which I didn't love, but otherwise, I enjoyed this read.

I didn't expect Noah and Isla's story to be one hell of a wild emotional ride filled with tears and beautiful hopes and everything!! Every moment with them was soo sweet and beautiful and eventful!! I never for one moment felt disconnected from their world, Noah is a whole green field and their love story is one that will remain with me forever💖🫂
