I really enjoyed re-reading this zine, but this time (over a decade later) it's in a book. I loved the zine, but it's nice to have a paperback that fits in my pocket. Format aside, the story itself still holds up, and has a sweet ending as Aaron explores the his longstanding friendship with Green Day. Despite different paths, very different paths, their friendship holds. A well written account that humanizes one of the most famous bands in the world, while showcasing Cometbus' compelling writing.
