Excellent book with easy to understand, down to earth, welcoming language. You won't mind any hysterical fits orrants about how meat is murder, or how people who aren't 100% veggie at all times, or better yet, vegan, are just slackers. There is minimal to no emotive language. Information is presented and you are left to your own beliefs, simple as that; the author clearly has a respect for personal choice and is there to help you make the right nutritional decisions for yourself. This is a great book designed to help you fulfill your body's natural needs for a range of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. The recipes are utterly delicious. The advice is succinct and presented in a well informed, well structured way. I've gone through a few books trying to find information in a non-judgemental, clear, easy to understand way and THIS is the book. I'm not 100% veggie, but this book has definitely helped me move towards a higher veggie-type diet. Great work.
