The Simple Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners is a guide to a traditional cuisine that emphasizes the healthy heart benefits. It focuses on fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, and legumes.This book includes fast and easy recipes which can be cooked on an air fryer. This cooking reduces the rates of chronic diseases like heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. 


The introduction focuses on the Mediterranean Diet Pyramid, The bottom level is physical activity and social interaction which is so intrinsic to a Mediterranean dining experience. The next level focuses on staples like fruits, vegetables, whole grain, olive oil, beans, nuts, legumes, seeds, herbs, and spices. After that is fish, seafood, and water. Then poultry, eggs, cheese, and yogurt. Finally, meats, sweets, and wine. Like many dietary pyramids, it provides a visual aid for the necessary essential foods, and portions sizes for the specific diet.

Perfect for better health
