I liked that the author shared personal experiences of how he has built upon his own spiritual foundations. He talked about historical buildings, as well as temples, and how their foundations need to be strong, relating that to our own spirituality. It's a fairly quick read and at the end of each chapter, there is a sort of review and questions to think upon.
