The team of strangers who have now become family, and have mastered their magic just in time to face their biggest challenge yet—returning to Earth, or what remains of it. After years of human chaos, Earth is in self-destruct mode. Ravaged by natural disasters and war, the planet is a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Now, as the newly formed Second Tribunal, their mission is save what’s left.
Join the team as they recruit new allies, restore what's been destroyed, and take down the forces of evil with ruthless precision. Along the way, they'll uncover shocking truths about human history and its deep connection to realms and creatures once thought to be nothing more than myths and bedtime stories. The fate of Earth—and perhaps more—rests in their hands.
I am a mother, a nurse, an advocate, a photographer, a writer, and a reader! I love everything outdoors, and I collect animals. I love to hear from my readers!
Holy smokes, was this the sequel I have been waiting for! After finally deciding it was time to read this so I can be up to date and ready for book 3, all I can say is: OH. MY. GOSH! This had me hooked since the beginning, and kept me hooked until I finished. Did I just binge read more than half the book in a day span? Why, yes. Yes, I did. Do I regret it? No. No, I do not. Everything about this book was phenomenal. Absolutely loved getting to see all the characters return from book 1, and even got to meet some new ones. I'm so excited for Resurgence to make its appearance, I can hardly stand it! This series will forever be one of my favorites. Sabreena, keep bringing the chaos! So much love and support, sweet friend! 😍😍💖💖
This second book in the series sees our characters use their new found powers to save earth from chaos and further train and recruit others and help them to hone their powers too. New characters find their way into your heart as earth is slowly moving towards it’s ruination and our MC’s work to turn the tides. I love the descriptive story telling, references to the stories we know from legends, fairytales, books and movies.
I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to read the ARC! The author is such a sweetheart!
The story pikes up right where it was left of, the world in chaos… I really found it interesting the way the world went from normale to an apocalyptic one it was really so well done! You also get introduced to a few new characters which I had no trouble connecting with. overall I really enjoyed this book way more than the first one and am excited for the next one in the series!
I have no words to adequately describe how amazing this book is. I had the extraordinary opportunity to arc read this book. The second one picks right off from where the first book ends and we get to go on an amazing adventure with the main characters. We meet new characters along the way, and fall in love with a shadow daddy, I know I know say less right? Sabreena does such an amazing job at creating a stunning book. Be prepared to have a new Roman Empire 😉 Grab the box of tissues, your emotional support cup, and your favorite fluffy blanket and curl up to dive head first into this stunning book
I really enjoyed this book, which is set in an apocalyptic version of the modern world. I think the author does a fantastic job with world-building and the details make everything feel real and relatable. The characters are interesting and different, but there are so many of them that it sometimes gets hard to keep track. The slow pace allows for some deep dives into their lives, but I have to admit the ending frustrated me a bit—it left some things hanging. Still, it’s a solid read and I’m excited for the next one!
"At the edge of chaos, unexpected outcomes occur. The risk to survival is severe."
"Chaos is what we've lost touch with. This is why it is given a bad name. It is feared by the dominant archetype of our world, which is Ego, which clenches because its existence is defined in terms of control."
Once, man and beast coexisted in a symbiotic union, where beasts bore man and man nurtured beasts, fostering an idyllic world free from chaos.
“just because a story CAN unfold a certain way, does not mean it WILL unfold that way. Ultimately you are the one in control of where your story goes.”
I am happy because we didn’t miss a sunrise together”
My bed is amazing.
“Let’s say that when you came here the world was on a level 1 on the chaos scale, which was already bad enough. In the time you have been here, it has climbed to level 7, which is cataclysmic.

Omg I’m still processing what I just read and immediately jumped into book 2
Emergence Wow, I love this! The magic system, the world building, the unitedness, the characters and I loved the animal guides that like are a part of your soul and aid you in your magical journey, the connection between them and the human, the elemental magic/clans, making the earth healthy with their magic. I loved the insight to each characters with multiple point of views I want to be a chosen one! Lol I am hooked and jumped immediately into book 2 let the adventures continue..
Book 2 Chaos: Ruination
We dive right into the second book. We return to their home world navigating a broken world, and our characters are learning to use their newfound powers in training and recruit others as well to help the character relatable and the magic system. Interesting it kept me captivated and made me rethink about how I can change things to contribute taking better care of our earth in our home. I’m still processing, but I’m hooked in this tribunal series and can’t wait for book 3!
Chaos Ruination is an explosive, gorgeously unhinged fusion of post apocalyptic grit and mythological revelation exactly the kind of saga that reminds readers why found family fantasies hit so hard. Sabreena Rodgers (with the sharp editorial hand of Molly Darling) brings together a team of once strangers who’ve leveled up into a full blown magical force, just in time to confront Earth in its most heartbreaking state: wounded, chaotic, and clawing its way toward collapse.
From the opening chapters, the tension is cinematic. Earth is unraveling under the weight of natural disasters, war, and human consequence, and the newly forged Second Tribunal is tasked with doing the impossible rebuild, restore, and face down the darkness with ferocity and heart. Fans of large scale fantasy will love the brutal precision of their battles, the strength of their bonds, and the jaw dropping truths they uncover about human origins and mythic realms that suddenly aren’t so mythical.
At nearly 500 pages, the book is a sweeping, immersive journey filled with high stakes, emotional punch, and worldbuilding that crackles with imagination. It’s a remarkable blend of magic, survival, and destiny and one of those rare epics that makes you believe in redemption even when the world is burning.
OMG the question continues! Chaos Ruination is a continuation of the adventures of the team of chosen ones. This time a plague came and made the world slowly die and with a rise of the evilness of those who have done wrong. Aria, Vega, Archer, Jaliah, Katerina, and the others have to find and train new recruits to fight the siphon. I love how the story follows them and we meet other new characters. I also love the twist in the story and how we get the other side of what is really happening in the world. Their adventure continues and new prophecies come to light, which causes them to work together in killing the wicked. I really love their story and how they become the saviors of the world. I can’t wait to read what happens next.
I voluntarily leave an honest review of this gifted reader copy.
The story continues with the gang using their powers to heal the world… The book makes you really think about the state of the world… What made me love this book was the found family aspect of it all… The gangs powers are growing and they are recruiting more people to join them in their missions… The magic is amazing the bonds and relationships built I love!!!! We get more spice in this book… Love the multi pov!!!! Pick it up and be prepared to get hooked in a whole new world full of relatable characters, relatable storylines, a book that makes you think about the universe and how we contribute to it!!!!
This second book in the Tribunal series was an absolute ride. Our original characters are trying to make the world safe but are coming up against not only natural disasters but also the wickedness of humans. Meanwhile, Aria is on her own journey discovering...things 👀 (I don't wanna spoil)
This one had me laughing and crying. The new characters are absolutely amazing, the relationships are growing, and new connections are made. This book broke my heart but left me with hope
Need book 3 ASAP!!! Ruination is one of the best books I've read this year!! It has the best mix of dystopia, fantasy, romance, and a bit of real world drama. If you thought book 1 of the tribunal of chaos is good, just wait until ruination locks you in.
As the journey to save the world from chaos continues, our original gang grows into their abilities and gain some new friends along the way. Will their efforts be enough to save the doomed world from Chaos?
Dive into the second part of the tribunal of chaos, you won't regret it.
So, in the last book, I struggled to figure out what it is that I didn't like about these books, and in this book, I figured it out. I don't think there is a lot of character development which makes it incredibly hard to bond with the characters in the story. I find myself drawn to Kerian the most, and that is because he has the most depth. I struggled to read most of the book but about 60% in, I really liked the story. My last comment on this is that I am not a fan of reading the word ethereal 47+ times in one book and it is a theme in this series.
Okay Okay. Things are moving along. I found book 1 to move a little slow. Definitely not the case with this one (book 2). Must read Chaos Emergence first. This group of second Tribunals grows quickly while doing the work they’ve set out to do. All in rapid succession without being rushed for vague. This magical world will pull you in. But, oh my corkscrew. That twist left me in cliffhanger-hangover. Bring on book 3.
Shadow daddy lovers, this is your book. So many relationships in this continuation of the world thrown into chaos. It was well written and easy to follow. So many times when perspectives change throughout a story, things get lost in the switch, but this author did it beautifully. There’s a definite plot twist about halfway through, and I’m loving it. I’m so excited to continue this series with the next book. The blend of real world and fantasy will leave you spellbound
Hello, people! A few days ago I finished the "Chaos" trilogy. Continuing in the second book Chaos Ruination we see the development of the characters, new ones are added, the world building develops and the plot becomes tighter and more connected. Of course, it is worth noting that the author manages to captivate you and trap you in the story.
Many thanks to the author and Happily Booked PR for the eARC!
The fantasy world Sabreena created is exceptional. The characters have depth and you love them all. The villain is top notch. The entire story keeps you on the edge of your seat and leaves you begging for more. My only complaint is that there isn't a date for book 3 yet!
If you have not read the Tribunal Series yet, what are you doing? This series takes you into a whole different type of world. It makes you stop and think "Were all the fairytales we were told as kids real?" I highly recommend this series! It left me wanting more! I need to know what happens next! The battle between good vs evil is on. Who will win? I can't wait for book 3!
well, I am glad I get to slam right into the 3rd book and read it as an arc. I read the first book after I got to interview the author for my podcast. I won the second book in a giveaway so of course I'm gonna read it. especially since book one was so good. now im on to book three!
The chaos continues and the world depends on tribunal’s success at working together to save themselves and their world. With the right amount of spice (a little) and enough action we could make this a movie, Sabreena does a phenomenal job creating a world you won’t want to leave, pick it up and join the chaos.
Our story continues on from Chaos Emergence with our found family returning back to their home world and everything is in disarray. Our characters must try and navigate this broken world and save as much as humanly possible.
We meet some new friends and explore their relationships and challenges with them.
Multi POV New characters More magic
I enjoyed this book so much, the story, the characters, the banter. It makes you question who's the hero(es) and who exactly is our villain.
I cannot wait to find out where the next book leads us!
