An absolute joy to read. I'm in my 30s and it was so nice to be taken back nearly 100 years on how we used to live. This book is utterly charming

A very interesting book with lots of personal recollections from days gone by throughout Lancashire. A recommended read for anyone interested in the local history of Lancashire.
