Written by two psychotherapists, this book provides an optimistic way of looking at the world so as to make sense of it, why people are the way they are, and how it is possible to instigate change. It sees into the causes of life's problems and uncovers what lies below the surface.
Anne Spencer Parry lived in Sydney, Australia. She was one of Australia's earliest writers of fantasy for young adults and also worked as a psychotherapist. She and Marjorie Pizer ran Pinchgut Press.
It was an easy read, which I enjoy. Although by the end of it I was ready to throw it away as some of the 'absolute' assumptions or thoughts of the time are now outdated.
