Stephen E. Meyer grew up in St. Marys, PA, where he discovered a lifelong love of the outdoors-- hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing-- though he never has enjoyed sleeping in a tent. His stories are focused on traditional themes and forgotten places. He lives with his family in Philadelphia.
This story is just so completely different and it's awesome! A long journey filled with relatable outdoorsman scenes and truly unique characters from several different familiar early American traditions, groups and native american tribes. I told my wife that if Wilson Rawls wrote science fiction this is what you would get. This story is outlandish but just feels so close to home. Can't wait to read the finale!
