What that wordy title says. Here are recipes for one-pot meals you can cook in either of two popular small-size slow cookers. Recipes seem to have been worked out for the 2-qt pot and then reduced for the 0.65-qt pot, where some of them may be an awkward fit. However, they're easy, almost completely idiot-proof recipes. You can leave them simmering while you go to classes or a part-time job, finish and enjoy them when you come in.

If you begin with good ingredients the results will be palatable. Not what Grandma used to make, they even verge on being trendy. They'll be cheaper and safer than food from downtown restaurants, though, and fresher and more fun to eat than food from school cafeterias.

Like Graham's other e-cookbooks this one was self-published, not professionally edited. Here and there it shows. Illustrations, titles, ingredient lists, and instructions aren't always perfectly matched. However, results will be edible, whether or not they look like the pictures in the book.
