I’d made a promise to live my life without fear.

When my parents passed, leaving my siblings and I completely alone in the world, I was broken—thrown down a path of reckless decisions. Seven years later, I was finally gaining solid ground. The bold attitude I’d held for most of my life had been shaken but not shattered.

Except when it came to matters of the heart.

As my mating heat approaches, I’m faced with the daunting task of finding a mate—of choosing one out of the four men that have stolen my heart. Can I even let someone grow close enough to form a mating bond? More so, what if I can’t choose between them? My heart tells me that all four of these men belong to me.

Can I be fearless enough to take hold of the happiness right within reach?

Fearless is book two in the Willowdale Village Collection , a paranormal romance reverse harem standalone. Follow Lena as four possessive shifters try to convince her that she doesn’t need to fear their place in her life. Contents are intended for mature audiences, with characters who are all 18+. This book includes violence and mature sexual content.

The Willowdale Village collection consists of standalone stories about the women that live in this cozy supernatural town and their stories of finding themselves and love. You won’t find any dark romance here, only possessive alpha males and true happily-ever-afters. Each woman is absolutely unique and strong for their own reason.

This collection of stories has been created by the author in an effort to give back. A certain percentage of the first month’s proceeds (for each new novel release within the collection) will be donated towards a select unique cause.

Obviously RH novellas are going to be insta and the first book in this series was as well but this was beyond insta. When the book starts everyone is already in love with each other. Booo. I felt no chemistry or connection between them.

My god the fmc was annoying as fuck in this. They’re already in love just not official yet but that’s whatever, but they could write ‘we fucking love you and want to be with you’ on a boxing glove and punch her in the face with it and she’d still be wondering and not sure if they want her and always assuming the worst.

162 pages never dragged so much for me.

This is a standalone, paranormal RH romance with a HEA. The content, both on and off page, may NOT be suitable for everyone. It covers topics that may be triggering to some. You MUST proceed with caution; your mental health matters.

Well this was the sweet, fluffy and oh so growly treat I didn’t know I needed!

Lena is a lonely bunny shifter who unfortunately for her, discovers she has not one, but four potential predator mates. Two wolves, and two dragons all wanting to get her attention. They all happen to be part of the small town police force too. Excuse me while I drool over four men in uniform 🤤 Lena is used to keeping people at arms reach for fear of losing those closest to her again. This story follows her journey as she navigates new emotional territories and dynamics alongside these men.

I read this in one sitting as it was so easy to read. It drew me in straight away and I was page turning like a maniac. It was such a light, cozy, heartwarming read! I think it could have been wrapped up sooner if the communication had been present earlier on but it made for an interesting read regardless. I’m not normally a fan of miscommunication but it worked well here.

I loved how protective the men were, knee shaking possessiveness. I lived for it throughout the read. I enjoyed Lena’s character and found her relatable. I absolutely adored that she had a bakery ♥️

I found this quite different to M. Sinclair’s other works as it was a lot spicier, had lower levels of angst with love as the main focal point. That being said, it was super enjoyable! Her characters were on point and the epilogue just finished it off nicely.

Would recommend to anyone on the search for a light, feel good read.

A short, sweet, fluffy read

If you need a palate cleaner, this will do the trick. It's a short book, mostly fluffy, and the guys are all in when it comes to the FMC.

Lena is a bunny shifter whose life has been pretty great. She has supportive brothers, lives in a beautiful, quaint little village... however, when she was young, her parents were killed by a group of humans who go after shifters. Ever since, she's been reluctant to let anyone too close to her for fear of losing them as well. Even any potential mates.

Two wolf shifters and two dragon shifters have decided that Lena is the one for them. Their mate. They're hurt that she doesn't seem to acknowledge it, however. Finally, they decide to push her about it more and hope it doesn't backfire! They know she's skittish, but they're determined to make her theirs.

I read this book first since I saw it can be read as a standalone. I was left with some questions after reading, but it didn't really take away from the story. It just left me a little confused on some points. After going to the first book on Amazon and reading the blurb, I see they would have been answered if I had read it first.
The timeline of the two books overlap, I assume, as Lena gets a call from one of her brothers in this book, explaining he's found their mate and is bringing her over. Meanwhile, the first book (Voiceless) is about her brothers and their mate, Colette.

SUMMARY: If you want to read them in order, it'll probably make more sense! If you don't, you'll still be able to follow along! You'll just be missing some details. If you enjoy shifter romances, fated mates, and even some knotting, this will suit you just fine!

Before I start this review, I strongly recommend that you read Voiceless (book 1 in the collection) if you haven't done so yet.
Fearless pretty much follows the same timeline, and there is a fair amount of crossover 🙂

With that out of the way... let's begin!

Welcome back to Willowdale Village (a place we all want to live at, to be honest), a quaint village filled with supernaturals of any kind. There are witches, wolves, dragons, and many more... including bunnies.

And so we meet up with our lady of the hour, Lena Graves (yes, sister of Hunter, Luca, and Dylan from Voiceless), a teal-haired bunny shifter who struggles with a fear of abandonment.
In this installment, she struggles with her love life—or lack thereof. She is convinced the men she wants to be with want her to choose, as they aren't all the same shifters. But is that really the case? Well, I sure as hell am not going to spoil that 😉. Have fun reading and finding out!

Fearless is a pretty short book, with only 170 pages, and since it leans so close to Voiceless, I would even call it a companion book or long novella.
The story is lighthearted and heartwarming, focusing on love, companionship, and overcoming personal fears. While I enjoyed revisiting the world of Willowdale Village, I found the overall tone a bit too sweet for my personal preference (so I'm giving it a 3.5 ⭐).

However, if you're looking for a quick and enjoyable read with a whole lot of love, "Fearless" is definitely worth checking out.

absolutely adore

Absolutely adored this sweet and spicy story from M Sinclair following bunny shifter Lena as she navigates running her own bakery (love that!!) and finding her true mates. It’s a great refresher read between the heavier things because it’s seriously sweet and cute and heart warming. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in this world and will definitely be running back to add the first one onto my TBR. They work great as standalones, no prior knowledge needed and M Sinclair is great at what she does so it’s a 10/10 all around from me.
Loved the storytelling, the vibes, the cosy friendships and sweet relationships. The side characters are just the best and the world building is top notch even for being a little shorter than other M Sinclair books I’ve read. It’s so easy to get into and relax into this world and just enjoy the journey. Loved this book and definitely recommend for all the readers out there looking for their next shifter obsession.

So excited to get more from this world!

I love Lena’s story. I love this universe and have since Collette’s story. I’m so excited to be getting more from it. I also enjoyed that we got to see a lot of Collette in this story as well and read about their friendship from Lena’s perspective. Lena is a ball of energy and nerves. She’s confident in a lot of things, but her feelings and relationship with the guys is not one of those things. Her impending heat puts the pressure on to figure it out. There is some push and pull between them all until Liam, Macon, Connery, and Ari finally give Lena the shove she needs to realize they’re in it for the long haul. I must say for a whychoose romance that has no group scenes… I didn’t miss them. Each guy was able to have their moment with Lena where it was just about them and the connection they have together. It was a nice change of pace. I’m excited to see what comes next in this world.

Shifter romances involving non-wolf/big cat/bears as the main character focus are so fun. I mean, Lena is a teal-furred BUNNY for gosh sake. Add in a surprise dragon shifter or two and you can hold a bit of my attention.

I just…I think it was super lucky that I’d read the first book before this one despite it being focused on another because, while the timelines overlapped for the two books, Lena’s story would’ve been completely confusing to follow without having that extra context. It sometimes felt like there were giant time jumps without explanation and I’d have to reread parts just to make sure of it. I get it: it’s a shorter book, but 🤷🏼‍♀️

Heads up though: plenty of miscommunication and misunderstanding runs amok here. I wanted to shake Lena a few times or even the guys for thinking that actions rather than words soothed anxieties 🫠

I enjoyed the men in this installment of the Willowdale universe and how it overlays with Voiceless. You get to see some of the other interactions and what some of the other characters were doing. These men were so sweet and caring and filthy.

I do usually struggle with miscommunication tropes and this FMC was too scared to face her men or herself, leading to constant misunderstandings and miscommunication. Her men were extremely thoughtful and caring and took into account her anxiety and fear. She slowly comes to a realization that what she thought wasn't right and it comes full circle in the end.

I'm looking forward to Eliza's story and curious how this world will continue to grow and expand. I love the different shifters and the ability to mix and match that work in this universe.

Lena is a bunny shifter, desperate to love and be loved. But she is also terrified to lose the ones she loves so she keeps to herself. She lost her parents in a traumatic incident as a child and it very much shaped the way she lives her life. She has potential mates but she keeps them at a distance to protect herself. I love all 4 of her guys. They are patient with her, but they are also very possessive and protective. Even growly at times ::swoon:: I think the mixed mating group with different shifters is so fun, and I enjoy that they don’t know what their kids will be until their first shift. The epilogue is perfect, a nice glimpse into the future of their happiness. Loved it and excited for more Willowdale stories

This standalone has a slightly different feel to it compared to the series this author usually writes. It’s spicier, with low angst and with the main focus on love. The paranormal small town vibe adds to the uncomplicated feeling of it all, making this a light read and perfect as a spicy palate cleanser.

I like the way our four men have been giving Lena space to take her time to get on board with building a family together. Things probably could have been resolved sooner if they had communicated better, but it’s clear it’s all done with the best intentions. The five of them are good together, there is no tension between the men and overall they are amazing and loving.

If you’re in the mood for something spicy and uncomplicated, I definitely recommend this standalone.

This was a very cute short read (approx 163 pages)! This was a small-town paranormal shared-world standalone, covered topics such as grief, anxiety, loneliness, and fear, but also pregnancy, love, and friendship. 💕
It was a bit heavy to start out, and it didn't give me enough character development to really know all the characters, but it had a great plotline, and I enjoyed it. 👏

Willowdale is BACK! I have loved Lena since we met the baking bunny shifter back in Voiceless, and I have been waiting for her story ever since. This did NOT disappoint! This story runs concurrently to the events in Voiceless, so you get to see both Colette’s version of events (Voiceless), and what was going on during that time for Lena (Fearless). Keep in mind, Lena is NOT Colette - they are very different and Lena is not the same slightly shy, timid girl that Colette is. This book is a lot spicier - this bunny is in the middle of her heat! Overall, loved the book, and I hope we get to see more of Willowdale in the future!

A quick sweet but spicy story that I really enjoyed. Such a good small town, find yourself, find love kind of book.

Lena is vulnerable and has such a good heart you can’t help but love her.

There’s four sexy shifters, 2 wolves and 2 dragons, who patiently wait for Lena to accept them all as her mates, until they aren’t. They each have their own distinct personality but they’re all possessive, protective and so caring I was swooning for all of them.

This is a standalone but it takes place at the same time as Voiceless so if you want more in depth details of certain events and more history of some of the characters I’d read that first.

Sweet shifter story.
This was an easy sweet read, if you’re looking for a cosy shifter romance this is a book for you 😁 there is no danger for this group, no outside factors, and no real drama!
It follows a sweet bunny shifter who after experiencing awful loss in life is reluctant to open her heart up again 😢 however four very persistent shifters, who happen to be the police force in this small town have their eyes, hearts and souls locked in on Lena 😍 thankfully they know she has feelings for them too just her mind is getting in the way and it’s a cute story of them persisting and doing whatever they can to show their girl they aren’t going anywhere 😄

A rabbit shifter (prey) falling for not one but 4 predators! Sign me up. Lena is a rabbit shifter super happy in the life she has built for herself after her parents were taken from her. Her bakery and her friends bring her joy but she cannot stop herself from yearning for more. Enter wolf shifters Ari and Liam and brothers/dragon shifters Connery and Macon. She feels pull to each of them and would ever compromise their friendship nor could she choose o e of them. The story is fast and sweet and everything you want in a happily ever after story. Alpha males who would do anything for their mates and brothers. I cannot wait to read more in this universe.

Fearless is a sweet and loving, make you feel good story. It is a standalone in a connected world but you do not have to have read the first book in order to grasp the book completely. We meet Lena who has the sweetest disposition and personality. She is a shifter that few issues that she is trying to work through. The guys are fantastic and each one has a personality that blends and fits Lens perfectly. The story is a quick read but, as usual with everything that M. Sinclair writes, is extremely well written and developed. We journey alongside of Lena as she navigates trying to see her way through with the guys. I loved how it ends and it is truly a beautiful story that doesn’t disappoint.

Oh, I want to be a blue bunny, and so you would you too if you could see the men, Lena absolutely adored! Liam, Ari, Connery, and Macon were gorgeous men, but how could Lena choose between them? How was she going to work out her feelings for the four men? Lena after loosing her parents in a car crash a few years back, was so scared to let anyone close or in for fear to love and loose like her parents. How would they feel about committing to a relationship and even possible children. Such a cute story you will love to see how Lena’s thought process gets her into more trouble than necessary. But a shifters world is not easily understood between a bunny, a couple of wolves and dragons.

Fearless is the second book in the Willowdale Village Collection, which is a series of interconnected standalones. It is a short and sweet, paranormal, why choose, shifter romance.

I loved all the characters and their story. Lena is simply the sweetest, and her guys, Liam, Ari, Connery, and Macon are obsessive, possessive, and protective in all the best ways. I loved their relationships, how they developed, and how they get their HEA.

The writing, pace, flow, plot, storytelling, storyline, characters, character development, relationship development, and world building are all terrific. I truly enjoyed this book and would absolutely recommend it.

I love everything this author writes, and this book didn't disappoint. This story is about Lena, a cute rabbit shifter that owns a bakery in a little shifter town. She's been through the wringer in life, and she's gun shy when it comes to allowing herself to feel the emotions she does for her men.

Liam, Connery, Macon and Ari are good for her though. They show her she's the woman she wants and give her the shoves she needs to make a decision about her life.

This was a light, low-angst read, that was just what I needed to "cleanse my palate". I can't wait for the next book in the series!!

Cute addition to the series

While this second book in the series wasn’t as sweet as book one, there was a bit more drama, and definitely more spice. I would recommend reading the first book prior to the second because the events take place along the same timeline and there will be spoilers.

I like that there is a bit of background with the group, it wasn’t just insta-love, although I guess it was for the men. However, they waited for her to become comfortable with them and with herself. Most of the time they knew what she wanted before she did. There were a few parts I was a little iffy on, but in the context that they were shifters/mates it works.

Don’t expect any hardcore drama, it’s just a girl overcoming her past and finally choosing herself and her future. It’s a good palate cleanser.

This is the 2nd book in the Willowdale Village series. We had met Lena in Voiceless and I always wanted to know what happened to her. I love that we get to find out more of her background and what happened with her family and how this shaped her into who she is. You get to see how the guys try and figure out how they will navigate the relationship with each other and Lena. The introduction to her bakery was fantastic, I wish I could try the food. I am so happy that they do not let miscommunication linger, they work hard to talk things through and or take action. This happy ending is everything and then some!!

Fearless brings us back into Willowdale Village introducing readers to a new FMC Lena and her four possessive shifters! This series has been a refreshing shifter read because I have enjoyed that overall calm and focus on connection with Lena and each of her men. While the intensity of her pending heat adds an extra level of urgency to this story, overall, the focus is on the relationships, which I really enjoyed. I also absolutely adored that we got to see snippets of Collette and her men from the first book. While these are standalone reads, it is always nice to revisit these characters to see what they are doing now as their HEA continues. I look forward to book 3!

Firstly, I highly recommend reading Voiceless, the first book in the Willowdale Village collection. It is one of my favorite books by our talented M Sinclair, and while it’s not essential, I strongly encourage you to dive into Colette’s story—you won’t want to miss it!

When we first meet Lena in Voiceless, I was eager to learn more about her, and Fearless certainly delivered a beautifully crafted narrative of her journey with her mates. I absolutely loved this book. M. Sinclair has a remarkable talent for creating strong, protective, and swoon-worthy characters that keep readers captivated and wanting more!

In true M Sinclair fashion, we get another reverse harem that’s sweet, comforting, and an easy read for a hard day.

Lena is our FMC and while she lives a nice, quiet life, she is hesitant to let people in after losing her parents a while ago. She has her brothers, sure, but is she going to push off connections with even her mates?

The guys are all super sweet. This is a standalone and shifter novel so of course there is insta-love, but M does it so well that you really can’t do anything but it eat up. I loved this book so much and am excited for the next book to come along.

Big thank you to M for the arc!

This is a standalone book, set in the Willowdale Village universe.

This book follows Lena and the men that love her fiercely.

I adore Lena, she has never recovered from loosing her parents, this meant that even though she was constantly surrounded by her mates, she wasn't quite aware of the bond and she was heartbroken at the thought of having to choose (thankfully she doesn't need too!)

As usual M creates fictional men who are extremely drool worthy and are fiercely loyal, loving and protective of their bunny shifter.

I honestly couldn't stop reading this book and hope to see them (even slightly) in other books in the future.

Maybe it’s just me but I’m not sure M. Sinclair’s books do it for me anymore. I used to really enjoy them when I wanted something simple and sweet but they’ve become too repetitive. It’s almost the same plot, same characters, some issues in all the books. This one was completely insta love to the point where we didn’t really even get to see much of the characters falling in love or getting to know each other. And then it becomes basically just smut and moments of miscommunication. The FMC always acts like a child and the men are always obsessed. Used to do it for me but now I just want something with a bit more.

This is a book I've waited quite some time on and is worth it for me. It is a stand alone with new characters but there is overlap with Voiceless so you'll understand better if you read Voiceless. This is about a bunny shifter and she's on the run, her nerves getting the better of it but the guys are done waiting and now don't give her much option. Does she know they are her mates? Yes and she can't resist them at all. Now she must pull on her big girl pants and deal with it. Can she let the guys in finally?

Quick and Cute!

This is the perfect cozy read! It’s a quick read with almost no angst at all, and it’s just utterly sweet. Lena is adorable, though perhaps struggling to be fearless in love. Her men know from the very beginning what they want, and they have no compunctions going for it.
The spice in this one will definitely have you fanning your face! I loved the tie ins to Voiceless, and I absolutely adored the HEA. M Sinclair never fails to deliver a truly satisfying ending!

M. Sinclair wrote a cute bunny shifter story that stole my attention from the very start. I couldn’t put this down. I love Lena and how concerned she is with everyone and even though she wants to be fearless, she’s still afraid of losing what her heart wants most. Each man brings something to the table that helps Lena be who she is always meant to be… happy. I would definitely recommend reading this story if you’re looking for a cute standalone story about love and facing your fears. I also love the crossover with Voiceless and getting to see those characters from another perspective.
