A great book for those needing a little direction or pull in building confidence, I was familiar with most of the concepts but was reading it as a refresher. It’s a little repetitive but you will find some good from reading it. I enjoyed the first part diving into Erikas life and journey. Bonus heaps of resources and links to podcasts ect to help you continue in your self development.
