I received a complimentary copy, and this review is my honest opinion.
I read this study guide paired with the book. This book is workbook in style so it cannot be read alone, but should be paired with You Bet Your Stretchmarks.
I loved that each chapter in the study guide had a short video clip from Abbie, giving it that personal touch. The guide contains some action steps like writing out scripture, some questions to answer, and some group discussion questions if you want to go through this book with a group. Though you do not need to have the study guide to go through the book, it was a nice tool. And pairs nicely with the book.
