I didn't expect to cry; but I sobbed.

I technically loved this more than the first one, Audrey is more confident here, exploring more techniques in writing and having her own style away from the original series. I loved that we kept the original structure of the different POVs, getting Sam's POV was brilliant, I love him so much, seeing how it is inside an Alpha head was a beautiful / hectic experience. I believe that the system of the wolf pack thought process that the writer created is one of the most genius things I ever read. The story was well developed, logical and entertaining, it had everything I wanted, and other things I never wanted -sobs-. I disagree with some of the choices towards the end but oh well.

It took me three days to stop talking to myself out loud about the ending, but here we are I guess.

Also, protect Jacob Black at all costs thank you very much.

VERY realistic way it would have went down if Jacob and Bella ended up together.
I can honestly see both sides of the coin.
I would add that I am very happy with how the Twilight series actually ended though lol
This book was a realistic Jacob/Bella BUT... I could not be happy with everyone who was lost. :(
Honestly made me cry. The author hit so many home runs its crazy.
If you are looking for a good rendition of what actually would have happened if Jacob and Bella would have been the end all, definitely read this.

At first I was convinced that this is how it would have went down but I feel like there were too many random plot wholes that I feel weren’t resolved. Firstly the Alice and Jasper plot line really felt like it came out of nowhere. Secondly, I feel like she just got over Edward so quickly which I feel needed some more tough conversations. Also I just needed a tiny bit of spice. I also left feeling confused about Paul 🤷🏻‍♀️ but in the same sense I did finish this in one day so it definitely was enjoyable

Really liked the first part, the switching POV but… I don’t know… I didn’t really like the twists at the end ? Everything actually. About the Cullens and Jacob. Still loved the writing and the first part so I gave a 3 out of 5.
