The tale starts on a bleak note as an adolescent is dragged to death by a merciless mob of rugged brutes, the Hyena Gang, much to the sorrow of his parents. They rampage the entire city of Chennai, assassinations of people in authority follow at the hands of an untraceable enemy.🔪

Amar is a shy kid who bears the brunt of his father's anger regarding his grades at school, constantly being compared to his high-achieving brother, Navin.
However, he has a knack for remaining undefeated in video games; his focus and excellent reflexes make him a legend in the gaming world. He even designs a game featuring the titular, morally gray protagonist.⛳
An accident resulting in a coma abruptly changes all plans.
Five years later, this EPIC GAME BEGINS!
Tech, lore, and all mystic forces conspire to bring a rollercoaster of heart-pounding adventure as we follow Red Flag into the eye of the storm.
Interestingly, the roots of this battle can be found in the sunken depths of the Indian Ocean, submerged along with the great myths, sacrifices, and prophecies.

Can our anti-hero stop an ancient evil from wreaking havoc on the world?😲

This book is, in fact, a graphic novel – not the usual format I read – but boy, was I hooked! The drama, action, relatability, and the absolutely stunning art style made the narrative vivid and engaging, as were the addictive plot twists, a dark backstory, and overall format, which turned the reading experience very immersive.
Can't wait for the sequel(s)!🙌🏻

I would describe it as a stunning blend of a game world and the real world, masterfully fused into one extraordinary narrative.

This is a graphical novel and comic book featuring a ruthless killer as the villain. However, around children, he transforms into one of them—playful and caring. He adores kids and would go to any lengths to fulfill their wishes.

An intriguing tale of a Superhero which combines the contemporary world with the gaming universe as well as intricate ancient tales. These unlikely themes are brought together with wonderful illustrations to create an enthralling reading experience.

The story starts with Amar , an introverted gaming addict whose life takes a turn and his real world collides with the gaming one. The result is a superhero named Red Flag who knows no fear and fights the Hyena clan taking over the city. What follows this encounter is an epic tale which takes the Red Flag on a journey back in time.

The tale is definitely not for young children. The action and characterization of the story is fierce and adrenaline inducing. The graphics are vivid and vibrant making the tale impactful. The sheer details given to the character graphics capture your attention. The illustrations are as bewitching as the plot.

The most impressive aspect for me was the sophisticated , elaborate tale created by the author which ties this series together. The expanse of the tale is impressive and leaves the reader craving for more.

Overall , this is a captivating read into the realm of a superhero which will leave you with goosebumps as well as a desire to read the next installment in the series.

"Red Flag" is a super cool comic that follows Amar, a young video game whiz whose life goes off the rails after a crazy accident. It kicks off with his dream of becoming the best game developer ever, but then he ends up in a coma for five years. When he finally wakes up, he’s somehow turned into Red-Flag, the character he used to create. Now, as Red-Flag, Amar has to take on the shady Hyena Clan and their tough leader, Krain Salvador, in a high-stakes showdown set in Chennai.

Amar’s journey from a video game fan to a full-on superhero is pretty fascinating and totally believable. Plus, the supporting characters, like the Hyena Clan members and the ancient legend of King Yazhi, really add some cool layers to the story.

Amar Williams' writing is super fast and really grabs your attention, packed with wild action and surprising twists. The way he mixes today's craziness with old legends makes for a really cool and interesting story.

The artwork/illustrations in the comic are stunning, with bright colors and rich detail that compliment the comic. Every page is treated as a work of art, and such that readers are invited into the narrative of Red-Flag. Not only the character development, but the tantalizing mix of contemporary superhero archetypes and ancient folklore creates this comic a novel and gripping component of the superhero genre. "Red Flag" by Amar Williams involves around some goons who can do anything and still get away with it, what happens when someone accidentally honks behind them? Would they be spared or killed in the worst way possible?

Then there's this gamer whose world revolves around it, however what he does is claimed to be a waste of time, but what happens when he goes into a coma and wakes up as a completely different person? Would that be a good thing or a bad thing? What happens when you wake up 5 years later as your game character and not you?

How will the Heyna Clan and Red Flag clash, and when they clash who would win this war?

This book is a wonderful illustration of an amazing book with great plots.

It is all about a gamer whose life changed by an accident.After give years he wakes up from coma only to be a character once he created. It gets interesting as he fights the evil heyna clan.The story is a blend of modern day super hero elements and ancient mysterious characters like the ancestor.

"Red Flag" by Amar Williams is an exciting graphic comic. This is one of the first comics I have ever read and I liked it. It's an action packed story along with colourful graphics, that will hook the readers to the book. The subtle amount of mystery throughout the book indeed felt very exciting.

It's the story of Amar, a gamer. His life takes an unexpected turn, and he finds himself converted into Red Flag, a powerful anti-hero he himself once created. The adventures afterwards, with a blend of mythology and mystery was a cherry on the top.

I must Praise the novel's artist for this amazing artwork. The book wouldn't have been the same without the fantastic illustrations. The character development was nice. Being someone who's a gamer, I absolutely adore the book.
