This was a rather unique anthology. It had eighteen stand-alone crime stories providing clues to solve the nineteenth tale which had commenced the collection.
Most of the tales were cozy mysteries, with the most hilarious one penned by Linda Solaya. Few tales had supernatural angles. Couple were really dark. But the beginning and the summing-up parts of the overarching story did a nice job.
I enjoyed the collection, and wish that 'Sisters in Crime Colorado Chapter' brings out more such anthologies.
Recommended.

If I had to describe this crime and murder-filled book in one word, I’d have to say, fun! It was a delight to read so many talented writers and different types of mystery fiction. The format of short stories that each contained their own crime while also referencing the one, overarching murder that began the book was, dare I say it again? Fun! I enjoyed that settings in both urban and rural in Colorado were present, and several stories, especially The Wrong Linda by Linda Solaya, had me laughing out loud!

A great idea: a collection of local writers each writing a piece of a combined mystery within their standalone piece. Some parts were great, others not so much.
