A Positive Apocalypse

Birth Pangs of the End Times: Casting the Devil Down

Rate this book
Synopsis:

In an age where headlines echo apocalyptic prophecies and faith hangs by a thread, Katie Whitefeather's journey from naive teenager to spiritual warrior captures the essence of humanity's final battle between good and evil.

When Katie became an Army medevac helicopter pilot, she dreamed of earning respect and escaping her troubled past. But after a heroic combat rescue mission leaves her decorated, but scarred for life, she faces a career-ending choice—receive an experimental vaccine injection or lose everything she's worked for. Her decision sets her on a path that will test her faith, courage, and her very survival.

As America crumbles and a global dictatorship rises from the ashes, Katie discovers the real war isn't fought with helicopters and guns—a spiritual battle will determine the fate of humanity. Guided by her uncle Andy, a Vietnam veteran turned pastor, Katie learns how Biblical prophecies are unfolding before our eyes.
When a ruthless UN administrator demands worldwide allegiance and controls all buying and selling through a new digital currency, Katie must choose between security in the new world order or faithfulness to God.

From the rugged Alaskan wilderness to the war-torn mountains of Central Asia, "Birth Pangs of the End Times" weaves together military action, spiritual warfare, and apocalyptic prophecy into a gripping tale of faith, love, and courage in Earth's final days.
As natural disasters, economic collapse, and social upheaval tear society apart, Katie and a small group of believers must find a way to physically survive while staying true to their faith.

The Positive Apocalypse trilogy

This first installment in the Positive Apocalypse trilogy offers a fresh Biblical perspective on end-time prophecy, challenging traditional views while remaining firmly grounded in Scripture. The series continues with Book 2, chronicling the great tribulation through Armageddon, and concludes with Book 3, revealing how mortals achieve immortality during Christ's millennial reign.

Who Will Enjoy This Book?

Perfect for readers who enjoy Christian futuristic fiction, end-time prophecy, and inspirational stories of spiritual warfare. This end-time thriller will keep you on the edge of your seat while strengthening your faith. As the world descends into chaos, one question remains… When everything you know crumbles, will your faith stand strong?

Warning

This apocalyptic thriller may forever change how you view current events and humanity's future. Birth Pangs of the End Times is a masterful blend of military action, Biblical prophecy, and spiritual warfare that will leave you questioning everything you thought you knew about the end times.

How It’s Different?

Unlike typical futuristic, dystopian, and apocalyptic fiction, it presents an alternative to the traditional pre-tribulation rapture narrative—one where believers have a Spirit-led, end-time mission to accomplish, and one where they pray for and overcome their spiritual enemies through faith rather than escape. It’s a refreshing take on end-times fiction that focuses on hope and redemption rather than destruction, despair, and violence.

As we enter the end times ourselves, Katie’s story can inspire you to apply its lessons in your own journey of faith. Are you ready to face the spiritual battle of our time?

This book brings up global events like COVID-19 & the personal choice of taking the vaccine or not with many having to make a choice that could put their careers on the line, and what it is God would have us do…like having faith in him. The time of inflation, disease, famine & war along with disasters etc have come, are people ready? The UN comes & pushing the Agenda. The story is built around A young lady who is from a tribe in Alaska, who has had a tough start to life, all she wants to do is become a pilot like her uncle, flew planes in the military, which brought him lots of honor, and she wants to accomplish the same. She faces choices, that can end her goals. The book will have you asking yourself the tough questions.

It is a easy flowing story

Can't wait for the next book!

Thoroughly enjoyed this. I think a lot of 'preppers' don't often address spiritual preparedness, at least not out loud. This series should help everyone look at spiritual preparedness more seriously.

I enjoyed this story immensely. Traveling through ruggedly beautiful Alaska, beholding the awesome Heavenly scenes (my favorites) and even experiencing the dark ploys of the enemy. It’s an uplifting book, but also causes one to search the scriptures.

A realistic future is coming

Following closely from Daniel, Thessalonians, and Revelation, Maj Tom creates a narrative that’s only too close to current events about to happen. He weaves A story with characters dealing with their own life problems, but learning to trust in the goodness and sovereignty of God. It is a fascinating, but terrifying story that could well take place within a year or two of our current time line. It is well written, and the author even has accurate photographs of what is taking place within the text. He must have firsthand knowledge of Flying a medevac helicopter. I couldn’t put this book down and I’m looking forward to the next one in the series.

Exciting End Times Book

I really enjoyed this book. The characters were very believable and the progression of the book followed along with the book of Revelation. Now getting ready to start book number two in this series.

This is a brilliantly written, vividly real now and futuristic based story. Much of what is written about here has already come to pass, with more Biblical prophecy about to unfold. I believe that what is yet to come will align with what has been portrayed in this book. I don't watch television as I prefer to seek out truth through thoughtful research and reliable sources. The world is unmistakenly heading for the end times, yet many churches are remaining silent, failing to awaken their congregations. Instead, they offer a comforting placebo of feel-good messages, ignoring the urgency of the hour.
As a Spiritual Christian I worship in spirit and in truth, recognising that all things are ultimately in the hands of our Creator God. Yes, satan must come before HIM, and can do nothing unless he has permission to do so.
I look forward to reading the next book following this one. HIGHLY RECOMMENED.

If you are at all interested in prophecy this is the book for you. Great detail explaining the end times prophecies. An easy read, likable characters. Set in Alaska, which is somewhere you don't typically see as a setting for an end times novel. It takes you through real life situations and offers ideas about how to prepare for them, and navigate through those difficulties. Spoiler, not everyone gets out alive! LOL but isn’t that the point? It’s all about the journey, navigating life’s battles, the good and the bad, the evil forces around us, and learning how to hear the voice of God.

The weaving together of current events with end-time prophecy in this novel is an intriguing experience. Knowing the Bible and being well informed is one thing. This story gave me a new lense to view it all through. It puts so many pieces together. The storyline provides all the action, adventure, conflict and even romance that you would hope for. But it is so much more than a good story. It gives civilians, like me, a way to evaluate the issues strategically.

Good story

Not bad reading, though I think there are a few errors Biblically.. ... ... Not sure about this but I don't think Satan had conferences with Yahweh ...but maybe that is part of the fiction.....
Another thing is the 144,000...... The Bible definitely says these are Jews, 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes...

Between the Lines

This book is a page turner, filled with suspense and great hope. Still there were anti vaccine thrusts with no proof other than the author's story. Politically it seems ultra conservative, with veiled references to previous presidents.
Having laid that foundation, I read the book thoroughly and was captivated by Katie and Uncle Andy. Will probably get book 2.

great book

This was my first book by the author and I didn’t know what to expect. I started reading just to see if it was interesting and agreed with my beliefs and it did. He uses scripture to describe and justify the path of his main characters. I am moving on to book two to see where it takes the characters into the tribulation.

I couldn’t stop reading this one. I found it very interesting and hard to put down. I found myself rethinking my previous thoughts about heaven and how it must be like there. I loved it and can’t wait for the next one. Great work Thomas, thanks for sharing.
