Kiyo's grandmother and Kenta's family visiting Kyoto arc has an air that the end is near for this series. The three have established themselves in their occupation and you can especially see the pride Kiyo's grandmother has for Kiyo managing her own kitchen. The triumvirate are no longer children. Their experience in Kyoto has made them grow.
