My life had been mapped out from birth by my father, and my choices weren’t considered in his plan to make me into what he thought I should be. I had other ideas for myself, and when I challenged him and his blueprint, he turned his back on me and cast me out into the world.
She was everything to me, but outside interference drove us apart and drove her into the arms of another man. I tried to move on with my life, and I achieved my goals and earned my degree. As the club Treasurer, I’d helped the brothers and the club grow their wealth.
A twist of fate put us back on the same path, and she was just as shocked to see me as I was her. But I wasn’t the same boy she remembered, and I saw the pain in her eyes and the change in her personality. I’d do whatever I had to do to give Claire the peace she deserved, but this time, she wasn’t alone.
Would the outside forces who kept us apart all those years ago intervene again, or would we finally get our happily ever after?
Does a second chance at love ever work, or were we trying to resurrect something that died a decade ago?
An excellent read.I absolutely loved Comet and Claire’s story ❤️❤️❤️ A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤
A great second chance romance. Comet and Claire find their way back to each other after over a decade and even though they don’t get off to a great start, things work out. Claire’s story is a little heartbreaking, but I love that Comet still loves her just as much as he had when they were in high school as he does now and he’s shows it so freely. That’s what I love most about the brothers. They aren’t afraid to show their woman how much they love them in front of anyone. It’s so endearing. I’m excited for what comes next with the Sinners.
A scond chance at a love that was denied them. Comet and Claire were childhood sweethearts, but they were seperated by their parents. Grown up and meeting again years later, they felt the pull that was still there. It took a lot of patience as Claire was hurt by her ex. Luckily Comet has the patience of a saint. They deserve their HEA. I totally recommend this book and it gets my 5 stars plus...
