Once upon a time, there was a young woman whose prince wouldn't see her as a princess.

Madison has tried to be a friend and support to Timothy and his six-year-old daughter ever since his wife died, but she's having trouble not wanting more than that from him. He's everything she wants in a man, but he only looks at her as a friend who helps out with his daughter.

She knows she needs to start thinking of other men, since she can't have the man she wants. She's always been practical, so she makes a plan for moving on. A romantic weekend at a grand wedding in the mountains is the perfect opportunity to have fun and feel desirable again with someone other than Timothy. But he always seems to be around, kinder and sexier than ever. Maybe what's practical isn't the way to find her happy ending.

Unveiled is the third novella in the One Fairy Tale Wedding series, in which three friends make a pact to get what they really want during one wedding weekend.

This was a fun, steamy, low angst read that was perfect for a break in my day.

I adored Madison as she struggled with her feelings for Timothy. After all, he was married to her friend and after her death, Madison has really picked up a lot of the weight to help him out. Now, they are like great friends except she wants so much more from him. All of that touches on tropes that I usually try to avoid. So glad I didn’t do so this time around.

description

While we never have Timothy’s point of view, it was clear by his behavior as well as the long looks and subtle signs that he thought of Madison as more than just a nanny-friend. Some of his past actions were adorable and although they had caused things to become stalled at times, they were completely understandable.

May be a black-and-white image of one or more people and people kissing

This couple worked perfectly together and the fact that they had a clear conversation at the apex of their crisis was refreshing. Even with an ending that fit them beautifully, I loved this couple enough to wish we could have had a look at them much longer down the timeline.

The third story in a series of novellas is a sweet and sexy friends to lovers romance. Timothy is a widower with a young daughter, and Madison was friends with the couple and mourned the loss of his wife and her friend. It's been two years since she died, and Madison has become an integral part of Timothy and his daughter Jenny's life. At a mutual friend's wedding, they both become a little braver and finally admit they have feelings for each other. Both are worried about wrecking their friendship and have some trouble communicating their emotions so it's a bit of slow burn, back and forth while they sort things out. Some sexy love scenes and a sweet happy ending make it an enjoyable read.

Madison has been in love with Timothy for a while now. However he has come to the conclusion that a relationship between them isn’t going to happen, so when he gives little hints to maybe liking her as well she just brushes them off. Until they are hanging out a mutual friend’s wedding. It was interesting to see this play out, to see the things Timothy would say and do, and how Madison just talked herself out of thinking it was anything. This was a good friends to lover story. A quick read that did not feel to rushed. Overall I enjoyed this story and the characters. I also like how in this series each book can definitely be read as a standalone, but if you have read all three it’s fun to see the same weekend from each of the girls perspectives and their individual romances blossom.

I liked Madison and Timothy more than I liked Hannah and Bruce, but I think Charlie and Simon are still my favourites.

However, this onewas a cutesy, kind vibe, and especially amusing hearing all the panicky moments poor Timothy had and his word choices! It was nice to read.

All in all, however, an enjoyable trilogy of novellas!

My least favorite of the trilogy.

I think the conversation between the hero and heroine is what got annoying to me. It was probably actually a very realistic way that couples interact when they are insecure about the others feelings, but it got old to me. The hero kept pushing, "just tell me what you want!" and he kept mentioning how she never puts herself and her wants first... but I would have never known that was the case had he not kept rehashing it over and over.

Then the heroine is over there doubting each and every sign of potential flirtation coming at her from the hero, because she did not want to get her hopes up too high and be disappointed. Ugh. It became tedious.

This was a cute little novella. Definitely full of miscommunication. Both pine for each other without actually expressing their feelings. But it was cute how the two come together.

Timothy pun begitu, dia berulangkali ingin mengajak Madison nge-date, tapi terhalang dengan pemikiran "Whats if". Gimana kalau Madison ternyata menganggap mereka hanya teman. Gimana kalau Madison ternyata ngga suka nge-date ama Timothy.

Setelah itupun, hubungan mereka ternyata belum diklarifikasi satu sama lain. Tapi HEA jadinya.

This was my favorite out of the series. Madison and Timothy were genuine, likable characters. They were down to earth, but just needed a little push in the love department. Madison and Timothy decide to go to their friends wedding and "carpool" together. Madison's feelings for Timothy had changed over the last year, but she is convinced that he does not have any romantic feelings for her. However, once they begin spending more time together at the wedding festivities and Madison senses that he is getting a bit jealous over her getting friendly with an old friend, the heat starts to build between them. Once they finally admit to it, the sparks fly. I liked how they really didn't beat around the bush with their feelings. It took a bit of coaxing, but once they shared that first kiss, it was inevitable that they were meant to be together. I received this ARC from the author for an honest opinion. All opinions are my own.

**My thanks to the author for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**

This is the last book in the series and focuses on Maddison and Timothy.

Maddison had been hurt opening up her feelings as a teenager so is now much more reserved in showing what she is truly feeling. Timothy lost his wife 23 months ago and Maddison was one of his wives best friends and after her death, Maddion has helped look after his daughter.

This seemed to be a shorter novella than the other two, but i'm not sure that it captivated me in the same way that the other two did. Both characters were far too hesitant for far too long with each other and it is only at the wedding where Timothy pushes Maddison does she truly open up to tell him what she wants.

I almost feel that this book was a little bit of a let down to the end of this series.

I love Noelle Adam's books. They are so sutil, full of feelings and wonderful characters.
This is the third book of the series One Fairy Tale Wedding, three friends that decided in a night with champagne to go to a weekend wedding and get what they want.

All the stories have a fairy tale take on and all the stories are so beautiful and heartfelt.

This one is about Maddison and Timothy, they are good friends and she is helping him cope with his life and his daughter after his wife passed away. She is crazy about him, but he seems not to care.

She has given up on him, but this weekend wedding is the chance of a life time.

This book is so sweet and so beautiful. But, I swear to God that sometimes I felt like throwing something in Timothy's head. LOL

You will love this series and this book!

Widowed Father Looking For Love

Madison is going to Polly's wedding and she wants to have a good time. She has been talking to Kevin who she used to have a mini crush on in high school and she is ready to have a good time with him. Timothy, is Madison's friend and also Jenny's dad. Timothy's wife Emily died from cancer 2 years before. Timothy tries to engage Madison in his own way but she tries to not get her hopes up and read to much into it. Madison has liked Timothy for a while and she helps to care for Jenny. Timothy suggests Madison and him ride to Polly's wedding together. Timothy figures out Madison wants to hook up with Kevin and vows not to get in her way but Timothy wants the girl too. Will he fight for Madison and shoot his shot or will he step to the side for her to get with Kevin? I'm not telling but it's a nice ending.

The final book in the fairy tale wedding weekend. Madison the last to complete her pact. She was looking for a weekend fling.

Timothy drove her to the wedding, being the guy she secretly was in love with but couldn’t have. He was just a friend and a single dad. Her dilf 😉

Madison and Timothy have been friends for so many years, he married her other best friend who passed a couple years prior. So this weekend she had to move on.

This was a beautiful story of realizing you just need to ask to have a chance at what you want. If you don’t you’ll miss out. These two were so clueless.

I am glad that these two gave it one last try.

Along with the previous two books, I loved this series. Short, steamy, romantic, full of love, passion and pieces falling into place.

I have adored this series, and this novella may have just been my favorite! I really loved Madison and Timothy, and it was great to explore their relationship. I found Madison to be a very likable and relatable heroine, and I really sympathized with her confusion and struggles. Timothy was a great hero, and I liked that he pushed her to be honest about her feelings and stop hiding. I loved seeing them finally admit their feelings, and the ending was just perfection.

I have enjoyed this series of novellas so much, and I hope it's not the last we see of these characters! If it is, I'm glad this series went out on a high note!

I found this book discounted on Amazon.ca; this is my honest review.
-Timothy and Madison are not very good at communicating but I think it's because of what happened in their past: him being widowed so young, and her writing a love letter and being laughed at after.
-A bit sappy, a bit of drama; funny and emotional at the same time. The best story of all three.
-Editing: the fact that their hair were smoother and shinier when taking more time blowing it came back on all three books almost word for word. Also the fact that all three women were ready twenty minutes early! Wow, needs a bit more imagination here...

No one writes an avoidant heroine like Noelle Adams, and I mean it as a compliment. It is a big part of why I find her heroines so relatable and her books so enjoyable. The angst over revealing one's deep feelings and being vulnerable is something most people have experienced. Here, Madison has a very good reason for keeping her emotions to herself: Timothy is her late friend's husband and the king of cluelessly sending mixed signals. The relationship between Madison and Timothy's daughter Jenny is really nicely done, realistic and warm, without overwhelming the romance. A very enjoyable short read.

In this third part of the wedding trilogy, it’s Madison looking for a weekend fling. She was in love with Timothy while they were in college, but he fell in love with and married Emily. Unfortunately, Emily passed away two years ago. Madison and Timothy have always been friends and she’s really been there for both him and his daughter since Emily’s passing. But Madison’s in love with Timothy and he seems unable to move on. So, if she can’t have the man she wants, she’s going to try and have a fling to move herself past her feelings. Funny what happens to best laid plans...

Is it a love story of convenience or not, whether slow build-up or not, Tim & Madison's story gets to you. It touches a part of you that's lingering with your youth where you are unsure of your actions.

Tim has lost his beloved wife, but Madison has always been there to lend him a hand. For what it's worth, none of them ever crossed the line of their friendship but the chemistry between the two of them are palpable.

I also loved this. Madison and Timothy are meant to be together, but it’s complicated by the fact that he is a widow and she was best friends with his wife, Emily. He also has a daughter, Jenny, that Madison adores, so there’s a lot of potential landmines here. Timothy was great, but though I completely understood why he couldn’t be, I wish he’d been more assertive in his feelings for her. It would’ve saved a lot of heartache!

Even though I liked this story, Timothy pissed me off. By his own admission he hides how he feels just as much as Madison does. Yet, he essentially puts the onus on her for why it's taken them so long to get together. He's the one that lost his wife. Did it not occur to him that Madison didn't make her feelings known because she didn't want to interrupt his grieving process?

Madison was bestfriends with Timothy and his late wife. So after her bestfriend died of cancer, she helped Timothy and his daughter. She tried to move on because she didnt think he have any feelings to her. But oh he did. He wanted them to carpool to the wedding. He was so patient and sweet and ready to love Madison after 2 years of him losing his wife. 4 months later he proposed to Madison.

Unexpected surprises

Madison has been in love with Timothy for over a year but she doesn't want to make a move as he's only been widowed 2yrs. When they go to a friend's wedding things change between them. This is such a beautiful and slightly funny story. In all this is quite a good series.

some angst before the HEA

This one gets a 4.5 from me. The specific situation might not be relatable but the general idea is…wanting someone you think is not interested. More angst in this novella than in others in the series, probably because the FMC is less spirited than the others and MC a widower. Like how all characters from the series make an appearance.

I love Noelle's quick reads - she always has characters you just love and can relate to with the right amount of angst to keep you turning the pages. Reading this one I was screaming "please just talk to each other" and "hello?!?!". I enjoyed the awkwardness that was Timothy & Madison.

Thank you for delivering a perfect little break for me!

I always get butterflies when I'm reading one of Ms Adams novels and this one was no exception.

I loved it. I loved the characteres and their story...

Just the ending was a tiny bit disappointing. I was hoping for a little bit more (or maybe I just didn't want it to end.)

For want of!

Two people with hopes and dreams of loving the other. Both not sure where the truth in their relationship lies. They finally come together in love. A good read, loosely based on Cinderella.

I liked it but both the main characters frustrated me with their lack of gumption. I’m surprised they ever found their way to be together given that neither of them were willing to put themselves out there. And of course the heroine ended up being the one to confess her feelings first. Meh.

I liked this the least of the three in the series. I just didn't feel much of a spark between the leads. They had been friends for a long time and still had that energy. Which probably makes for a good relationship, but not a hot romance novel.

I am sad to see this series end, but I loved it. The characters, as well as the story lines made me so happy. I am a sucker for a good romance, and this series had 3. I really enjoy the way that Ms. Adams writes, this will not be the last time I read her books.
