Nadine Frye was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Coming from the inner-city never stopped her ability to dream big. Being raised in a large family, they used their creative minds to have fun making plays and songs and any other things they could dare to dream. In Nadine's younger years you could see her head inside of a book more often than experiencing the outdoors.
In her teen years, a personal tragedy unleashed a world of sadness and hurt only Her notebook could understand. Songs and poems poured from her soul, and for years it was to feel the relief from her heart. She began sharing small things with her close circle of friends. It was their motivation and that of her mother and sisters that she shared her talent with the world. That was the beginning of daring to dream.
She now resides in Washington, DC where she wears many hats including Mother and Wife and she graciously adds the cap of author to her line up.

What would you do if you felt you were suffocating in a marriage that you’ve been in for 18 years? This was a beautifully written story about Marion & Brenda Suitland who have been married for 18 years & have 2 children. In this short 80 page book, you learn that “marriage is a union of togetherness, but it doesn’t mean your individualistic needs stop. You both share a journey, but you will separately change. You have to evolve with those changes. You’ve gotta give each other the space to grow.” As well, that maybe just maybe, one or both parties is going through something the other doesn’t even know about.
A sweet HEA☺️‼️However, the real MVP is/was the sage advice from Papa Marshawn to his son Marion “Marriage is only as good as the work you put into it….” & “Don’t fumble your MVP, chasing things that can’t comfort, motivate, or get you closer to God.” Marion owes both Brenda & his dad for the tools needed to salvage his marriage. More so, the impetuous for their festive Yuletide Renewal 🥰‼️ “All I Want For Christmas Is You” was a great holiday 🎄love story 📖‼️
I’m glad that Marion got his act together because Brenda was in desperate need of some TLC because she was most definitely at her breaking point. I love the fact that they rededicated themselves to each other and that it was on Christmas day was even more special.
