A strong start to a new detective’s journey
I loved meeting Charlie on her very first day as a detective it’s such a fun way to launch into a mystery. The small town setting of Red Lake Villa feels vivid, and the case, while starting as vandalism, hints at deeper intrigue to come. Can’t wait to see more of Charlie in future books.
