Good read
I wish it would have went a little further with how Rome made it to Aruba. I loved he and Harmony together. All in all it was a good standalone. I knew from the start that Yuri and Oliver had some to do with Quay and Rome be charged for it just didn't know Markus had anything to do with it. I'm glad they got their happy ending

Very different storyline. Easy and enjoyable read. Enjoyed the characters. Side story was almost more than main characters. There were a few typos but not enough to distract from the story

now this book was crazy from beginning to the end. It starts off with harmony stuck she’s in the house, depressed that her mom died, and all of a sudden, this random man breaks into her house, hold up her head and basically tells her if she tells on him, he will kill her. This guy in particular was Romeo who was on the run for a murder. He did not commit before he was on the run. Romeo had a successful, barber business, and his accountant of sorts had brought up to him that his best friend was stealing money from him, but Romeo didn’t believe it even his girlfriend was trying to push the narrative. and he didn’t believe it until his girlfriend told him that his best friend was planning to go on a trip to Dubai and he figured that’s where the money he stole was going to somehow his friend ends up getting shot and killed and Romeo runs into the shop at a similar time so the police arrest him and accuse him of the murder, even though he didn’t do it.
He was obviously set up when we found out the accountant, and his girl were the ones that set him up so his sister tells him to go to her homegirl’s house, but he accidentally breaks into Harmony‘s house and we are back at the same point now this is literally the definition of enemies to lovers harmony was scared out of her mind. This man would not even let her use the bathroom by herself he took her phone. He was just being real real crazy as time go on, they start to form a bond and they really start to get close and one time when Harmony sneaks to go on her phone she sees her best friend sent her a voice message basically saying that her boyfriend is trying to kill her so harmony begs Romeo to go with her he does he ends up killing the boyfriend but remember he’s on the run so he literally escapes. He goes in his car and drives off a bridge. Harmony is heartbroken. She’s going through her drawers and she finds a letter that he wrote her basically saying go to this resort my cousin owns it and we will see each other again soon and months later they end up seeing each other, which was really nice. I do feel like this book was rushed. I am rushing through this review. This book was a bit rushed when it came to the ending, but I thought the book was really nice and I would definitely read more by this author because it was insane.

So unexpectedly twisted and heart-wrenching.
Romeo is on the run for a murder he did not commit. The setup was perfect, but I guess they never bargained for the fact that Romeo was a smart fella. Breaking into Harmony’s house was the greatest blessing either of them ever expected.
While Egypt is worried about her best friend, Harmony after the devastating loss of her mother - no one knows that she quite literally fight for her life every day. Until she runs into an old friend Kerron.
This story was so complex and had so many twists and turns. I gobbled this book up.
Candy Moore, you did a fantastic job of keeping your reader on their toes with this one. I’m immediately a fan of your pen game.

The only thing I didn’t like is we should’ve been able to get 1-3 more chapters to read about them being able to be together without hiding or Romeo leaving because he can’t stay. Especially since months passed before he was able to get back to Harmony. Also, I wanted to know how he escaped and what he did within the months he was hiding. The ending could’ve been better it felt rushed because unless it was because she was pregnant she would’ve had a better reaction to seeing him other than just smiling. After how upset and sad she was that she didn’t know if he was alive and would make it to her or not the author could’ve made it where she jumped in his arms or pulled him to her or something instead of just a smile and saying he came back.

Literally 4/5 because of the ending… like WHAT IT CANT BE. the end was sweet but tooooo damn short. Like i wanted his pov.. how did he get back to her and idk man another epilogue after 5 years or something. Idk this felt so incomplete idk how to go to sleep now.
But aside from the ending (it was cute im just being dramatic.. kinda) I honestly did not think I was going to enjoy this book to the point I pulled an all nighter. I loved how the story flowed tbh. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was him yanking my girl by her hair but ig.

Taken and then falling in love
Harmony was battling depression from the loss of her mom. It was meant for Romeo to end up in Harmony house. How she fall in love with somebody that broke into her house and was an escaped convict is beyond me. I hate the part of him breaking Harmony’s phone and watching her literally have a breakdown bc mom’s voice notes were still stored on there. Then Harmony had her bestfriend who was being abused by her boyfriend. These two stories end up being tired together. This was a great read from front to back.

Unexpected Love
Enjoyable read! The relationship was unexpected, but Romeo was just what Harmony needed in her life! Abuse can be debilitating emotionally, physically, and psychologically, Egypt was tortured by Markus and didn't have the strength to leave, until Kenton came along and even then TBE fear overtook her ! I loved the epilogue and was happy that Romeo was able to keep his promise ! Those individuals who were conniving, deceptive and just evil, Karma was ready for each and everyone!

Let me just, Ms. Candy Moore, I truly enjoyed this book. From beginning to end, I was all in. Romeo was a really good dude. All he wanted to do was live a good life. However, Yuri had other plans.
Harmony was at a stand still in life. The death of her mother had her in a chockhold. She was existing and not living. Romeo, breaking into her house, changed everything. This story was very good. If you believe in a healing love, please read the book. You will not be disappointed.

I enjoyed Romeo and Harmony. They definitely had a very unique start to their story. I loved so much about this story and the happy endings BUT I do wish that Romeo’s story would’ve gone a little differently and the truth would have come out publicly.
Egypt deserved her happy ending and I’m so glad she got her man. Markus needed a taste of his own medicine.
I wouldn’t mind a follow up on these two couples.

This was such a beautiful story of love, redemption, and hope. Harmony and Romeo needed each other and reading their story as it unfolded was such an amazing and at times painful experience. They’ve both been through so much but in the end they healed, they lived, and they forgave. There was only one thing that happened that honestly blew me because I felt it went against the entire storyline but I won’t spoil the story. Just know this story is beautiful and 100% worth the read!

Romeo was crazy for breaking into Harmony’s home. My heart was breaking for her between her losing her mom battling depression and anxiety. Lawd then Anderson just didn’t get the hint. Leave her alone. Then Egygt get beat on my her boyfriend was another sense tragedy. I was so glad everyone got a happy ending in the end. Great read 🔥🔥🔥

Yes it was a great read I'm so glad Romeo came back. I knew Yuri was behind all the mess its a shame she did all that for money. They say its the root of all evil Money! Egypt was as great friend I a! Glad she did not get beaten to death. Anderson was a poor excuse of a man how he knew what happening to Egypt an did nothing.

I enjoyed this love story! God puts people in your life for a reason! Harmony and Romeo fell for each unexpectedly! He helped her over her depression of her mom’s death! I’m so glad Romeo found out the truth about his treacherous friends! Markus was so horrible to Egypt! I’m so glad Kerton survived! And the ending was so beautiful!

I enjoyed Harmony & Romeo ❤️ definitely gave insta-love but it was done extremely well. They definitely have an unconventional love story, but I loved every minute of it. Romeo really came in & helped her with her healing process. Neither of them expected that to happen when he broke in 😂 I was glad to see the people who set Romeo up get theirs.

I loved how Romeo and harmony fell in loved with teacher I loved the killing scenes and I love all the characters and I loved that she was pregnant I loved the keeping your girl hostage and you fall in lived with unhinged man and I love that fact that demo found the truth about his cousin and killed all the 3 people reasonably for his cousin death

Omg this book was the sweetest book ever. I’m so glad Harmony got her man back just before the baby would arrive and I’m so happy Egypt got out of that abusive situation and found a love with Kerron. I’m glad those 3 snake a*s MF’s got what they deserved.

The fact that romeo broke into harmony's house . Wrong house at that and he helped her heal from her trauma and grief. But her friend Egypt and her boyfriend really mad me so upset. It's a great read and i couldn't stop reading

I loved this story. Harmony was really going through it but here comes Romeo the convict helping her to cope and finding herself again. Glad they were able to get their HEA. Just kind of upset there was no real justice for Quay.

This story was definitely a page turner from the drama with Romeo trying to claim his innocence. I Loved how Romeo was able to get Harmony slowly out of her depression due from the loss of her mother. I also was glad that Harmony’s friend was able to get her happiness as well.

Hard Read
This book was so hard to read because both of the female characters were so weak and passive. I literally could not stand Egypt or Harmony. Therefore, it made it hard to read. I pushed through because I’m nosey like that but I was not a happy camper.
