Joseph "Jeph" Loeb III is an Emmy and WGA nominated American film and television writer, producer and award-winning comic book writer. Loeb was a Co-Executive Producer on the NBC hit show Heroes, and formerly a producer/writer on the TV series Smallville and Lost.

A four-time Eisner Award winner and five-time Wizard Fan Awards winner (see below), Loeb's comic book career includes work on many major characters, including Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Hulk, Captain America, Cable, Iron Man, Daredevil, Supergirl, the Avengers, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, much of which he has produced in collaboration with artist Tim Sale, who provides the comic art seen on Heroes.

Holiday kills sal the boss maroni.
And we get to see his face in the dark but i still think he is that vernon guy.
Batman is going all around searching for dent.
While dent is down at the sewers singing for solomon grundy.

2024 - Year of The Bat (366 Days of Batman)

Day 124: So…spoilers. I knew Alberto Falcone wasn’t dead. His “death” just didn’t fit with seeing Holiday commit the murder each time. Even when he shot at The Riddler, we saw it. But Harvey/Two-Face is still out there and we now know he’s been making the guns Holiday has used. At least one. I want you to know how he got it into the courtroom in his briefcase. Even as the DA, he would have been stopped at the metal detectors. One more to wrap this up!

Loeb does a sort of Agatha Christie thing here, where someone seems like an obvious choice, so he writes him off for you, and then finds a way to bring it back. It makes the revelation satisfying while making you feel that you weren't cheated. Good stuff.

Labor Day.

Who is that? I don't recognize him.

We learn that it was acid Maroni squeezed onto Dent in the courtroom. Dent freaked out at the hospital, stabbed someone, and left. Batman is convinced it is Dent who is Holiday. Gordon is not buying it.

Batman shows up in Dent's basement and talks to Gilda. There are metal shavings in the vise as to indicate Harvey had shaved off the serial number from the .22 used as Holiday.

Maroni is moved in jail out of fear that Dent will attack him. It ends with Maroni being shot. Is that Dent? It doesn't look like him.

The conclusion is ahead . . .

"What... What ARE you?"

The very first page, close-up on Harvey's bandaged face, is insane. Gorgeous, beautiful, haunting; all in one.

Harvey knowing the nursey rhyme for Solomon Grundy was a nice touch.

Batman and Catwoman still at odds, I mean, when are they not?

Gordon goes to take Maroni to try to end up luring Holiday... and Maroni is killed. And there we have it... the killer.

এই ধরণের কাহিনি খুবই কমন। পাঠককে বোকা বানানোর জন্য মেইন ভিলেনকে ভিলেনের হাতে মেরেই গল্প থেকে বের করে দেয়া যাতে কাহিনিটাকে দুমড়ে মুচড়ে আরো রহস্যময় করে তোল যায়।
মিশন ইম্পসিবল ওয়ানের কাহিনিটাও অনেকটা এমনই। যাহোক, যাকে হলিডে ভেবেছিলাম সেই যে হলিডে তা প্রমাণিত হল।
আমার মতে এ রহস্যটা সকলেই ধরে ফেলবে।

At first I hated the artwork style of this series...but somewhere along the line I did a complete 180 and now I love it so much. This series as a whole has been just amazing. So much better than much of what is put out today. 4.5/5
